Abstract
The disclosure relates to a live broadcast interaction method, a live broadcast interaction system, a live broadcast interaction device, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium, relates to the technical field of live broadcast, and can be applied to scenes of interaction between a main broadcast and audiences in live broadcast. The method is applied to a service control end and comprises the following steps: responding to a help seeking request initiated by a main broadcasting terminal, and sending a feedback control instruction to a spectator terminal so as to generate a help seeking feedback interactive interface at the spectator terminal; acquiring feedback information input through a help feedback interactive interface; and sending the feedback information to the anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode. The method and the system can realize the effective online and offline interaction between the anchor and the audience in the live broadcast process, and enhance the participation sense of the audience watching the live broadcast.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of live broadcast technologies, and in particular, to a live broadcast interaction method, a live broadcast interaction system, a live broadcast interaction apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Real person escaping from the Room (Trueman Room Escape) is a game of intellectual adventure type. The present disclosure is directed to a live broadcast interaction method, a live broadcast interaction system, a live broadcast interaction apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, so as to overcome, at least to a certain extent, the problems that the existing real-time scene audience lacks interactivity with a main broadcast, and the live broadcast participation of the audience is weak, resulting in a poor live broadcast effect.

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a live broadcast interaction method is provided, which is applied to a service control end, and includes: responding to a help seeking request initiated by a main broadcasting terminal, and sending a feedback control instruction to a spectator terminal so as to generate a help seeking feedback interactive interface at the spectator terminal; acquiring feedback information input through a help feedback interactive interface; and sending the feedback information to the anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the audience members is plural, and the obtaining of the feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface includes: the information input through the help-seeking feedback interactive interfaces of the multiple audience terminals is used as initial feedback information; determining audience weight corresponding to the audience sending the initial feedback information, and determining a target number of feedback information according to the audience weight and the initial feedback information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the help feedback interactive interface includes a help information display control and a feedback information receiving control, and the taking information input through the help feedback interactive interfaces of a plurality of audience terminals as initial feedback information includes: controlling a plurality of audience terminals to display help seeking information corresponding to the help seeking request in a request information display control; and acquiring initial feedback information input by the audience according to the help seeking information and through the feedback information receiving control.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, obtaining help information includes: acquiring initial information input by voice receiving equipment of a main broadcasting end, and determining help-seeking keywords corresponding to the initial information; and generating help seeking information corresponding to the initial information according to the help seeking keyword.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a live interactive system, including: the system comprises a main broadcasting end, a service control end and a spectator end; the anchor terminal is used for acquiring the help seeking information, generating a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information and sending the help seeking request to the service control terminal; acquiring feedback information corresponding to the help seeking request, and playing the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode; the service control terminal is used for responding to the help-seeking request and sending a feedback control instruction to the audience terminal so as to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface at the audience terminal; acquiring feedback information input through a help-seeking feedback interactive interface, and sending the feedback information to a main broadcasting terminal; the audience terminal is used for responding to the feedback control instruction and generating a help-seeking feedback interactive interface; and receiving feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a live interactive apparatus, including: the request receiving module is used for responding to a help seeking request initiated by the anchor terminal and sending a feedback control instruction to the audience terminal so as to generate a help seeking feedback interactive interface at the audience terminal; the information acquisition module is used for acquiring feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface; and the request feedback module is used for sending the feedback information to the anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal can play the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information obtaining module includes an information obtaining unit, configured to take information input through help feedback interactive interfaces of a plurality of spectators as initial feedback information; determining audience weight corresponding to the audience sending the initial feedback information, and determining a target number of feedback information according to the audience weight and the initial feedback information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information obtaining unit includes an initial information obtaining subunit, configured to control a plurality of audience terminals to display help information corresponding to the help request in the request information display control; and acquiring initial feedback information input by the audience according to the help seeking information and through the feedback information receiving control.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the live broadcast interactive apparatus further includes an information conversion module, configured to determine an information type of the feedback information, and determine whether the information type is a non-voice type; the non-voice type comprises a text type, an image type and a video type; when the information type of the feedback information is a text type, performing text-to-speech processing on the feedback information to generate feedback information of a corresponding speech type; and when the information type of the feedback information is an image type or a video type, performing information extraction processing on the feedback information to obtain the feedback information of the corresponding voice type.

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the request generation module includes a help information obtaining unit, configured to obtain initial information input through a voice receiving device of the anchor terminal, and determine a help keyword corresponding to the initial information; and generating help seeking information corresponding to the initial information according to the help seeking keyword.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device including: a processor; and a memory having computer readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the processor, implement a live interaction method according to any of the above.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a live interaction method according to any one of the above.
The technical scheme provided by the disclosure can comprise the following beneficial effects:
the live broadcast interaction method in the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure responds to a help seeking request initiated by a main broadcast end, and sends a feedback control instruction to a spectator end so as to generate a help seeking feedback interaction interface at the spectator end; acquiring feedback information input through a help feedback interactive interface; and sending the feedback information to the anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode. Through the live broadcast interaction method, when a help seeking request of the anchor terminal is received, the audience terminal is controlled to generate the help seeking feedback interaction interface, so that the audience terminal inputs feedback information through the help seeking feedback interaction interface, effective interaction between the anchor terminal and the audience terminal can be realized, and live broadcast participation and immersion of live broadcast audiences are enhanced.

The games participated by the game anchor mainly comprise offline games, such as intellectual adventure games like real person secret room escape. In step S220, the audience weight corresponding to the audience who sent the initial feedback information is determined, and a target number of pieces of feedback information are determined according to each audience weight and the plurality of pieces of initial feedback information. When the audience sends the initial feedback information through the help feedback interactive interface, the audience weight corresponding to the audience sending the initial feedback information can be determined, for example, the audience weight can be determined according to the audience information recorded by the audience terminal, for example, the audience weight can be determined according to the member level, the credit level, the historical interaction record in the historical live broadcast and the like of the audience, after the audience weight is determined, a certain amount of feedback information can be determined from the initial feedback information according to the determined audience weight, for example, the feedback information with the top rank is determined as the feedback information sent to the anchor terminal, and the feedback information with the top three ranks can be calculated as the feedback information sent to the anchor terminal.
For example, when the target number is set to 1, one feedback information that is finally transmitted to the anchor may be determined from among the received plurality of initial feedback information. For example, viewer 1, viewer 2, and viewer 3 may have viewer weights of 0.7, 0.8, and 0.9, respectively, and may use "key in the middle layer of the trunk" issued by viewer 3 as feedback information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a plurality of audience terminals are controlled to display help information corresponding to a help request in a request information display control; and acquiring initial feedback information input by the audience according to the help seeking information and through the feedback information receiving control.
The request information display control can be a page control for displaying help information. The help information may be related to the help information contained in the help request. The feedback information receiving control may be a page control that receives feedback information input by the viewer.
Because the help-seeking feedback interactive interface of the audience can comprise the request information display control and the feedback information receiving control, after the audience receives the feedback control instruction, the help-seeking information corresponding to the help-seeking request can be displayed in the request information display control in the help-seeking feedback interactive interface, for example, help-seeking information such as ' where the clue of the key ' is in ' can be displayed in the request information display control. In addition, the audience at the audience end can also adopt a mobile phone as a device corresponding to the anchor end, when the secret room escapes, the anchor can shoot the image of the related picture in the secret room as help information, for example, the anchor can shoot the subject content of a subject as help information. At this time, the help information displayed in the request information display control may be an image of title information photographed by the anchor.
And the audience at the audience end can display the help seeking information displayed in the control according to the request information and can input corresponding initial feedback information through the feedback information receiving control. For example, when the help information is "where the key is located", the viewer can input "the key is in the interlayer of the suitcase" through the feedback information receiving control; when the help information is image information of a calculation question, the audience can input the answer of the question through the feedback information receiving control.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, determining audience rating and historical behavior records corresponding to audiences of each audience; the audience weight is determined based on the audience rating and historical behavior records.
The audience rating can be various corresponding ratings of live broadcast users in live broadcast, and the audience rating can be composed of member rating, credit rating, consumption rating and the like of audiences. The historical behavior record may be a behavior record generated by the viewer during the historical live viewing, for example, the historical behavior may include all interaction records of the viewer in the historical live viewing, may also include the number of gifts and gift rating of the viewer to the game anchor during the live viewing, may also include a consumption behavior record generated by the viewer in the live viewing room, and the like.
After determining each viewer sending the initial feedback information, determining a viewer grade and a historical behavior record corresponding to the viewer sending the initial feedback information, and comprehensively determining the viewer weight of the live viewer according to the determined viewer grade and the historical behavior record. For example, the calculated weights corresponding to the member level, the credit level, the consumption level and the historical behavior record of the audience are respectively determined as 0.3, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.2, and after equivalent conversion is performed on the member level, the credit level, the consumption level and the historical behavior record, the audience weight corresponding to each audience can be determined based on the calculated weights. The audience weight is determined according to the historical interaction behavior or the audience level of the audience, so that initial feedback information sent by live audiences with larger audience weight values can be selected with higher probability and is sent to the anchor terminal as final feedback information. Therefore, the interaction between the audience and the game anchor can be promoted, the behaviors of promoting member grade and the like of the audience are increased, and the increase of user viscosity can be facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an information type of the feedback information is determined, and it is determined whether the information type is a non-voice type; the non-voice type comprises a text type, an image type and a video type; when the information type of the feedback information is a text type, performing text-to-speech processing on the feedback information to generate feedback information of a corresponding speech type; and when the information type of the feedback information is an image type or a video type, performing information extraction processing on the feedback information to obtain the feedback information of the corresponding voice type.
The information type may be a specific type corresponding to the feedback information, and the information type may include a text type, a voice type, an image type, a video type, and the like. The non-speech type may include a text type, an image type, a video type, or other types of feedback information. The text-to-speech process may be a process of converting text content into corresponding speech information. The information extraction process may be a process of extracting key information in the feedback information of the image type to obtain information of the corresponding voice type.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a process of converting non-speech type feedback information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In step S310, determining an information type of the feedback information, and determining whether the information type is a non-voice type; the non-speech type includes a text type, an image type and a video type. When receiving the feedback information sent by the audience, the service control end can determine the information type of the feedback information, and judge whether the feedback information is non-voice type information, and if the non-voice type feedback information exists, the service control end needs to further process the feedback information.
In step S320, when the information type of the feedback information is a text type, text-to-speech processing is performed on the feedback information to generate feedback information of a corresponding speech type. When the feedback information of the Text type is acquired, a Text To Speech (TTS) technology is adopted, and the feedback information of the Text type is converted in real time through the design of a neural network, so that characters are intelligently converted into natural voice streams.
In step S330, when the information type of the feedback information is an image type or a video type, information extraction processing is performed on the feedback information to obtain feedback information of a corresponding voice type. When the feedback information is of an image type, information extraction processing can be performed on the feedback information of the image type to obtain key information contained in the image, and the key information is converted into information of a corresponding voice type. For example, the viewer inputs an image through the feedback information receiving control, and the text information included in the image is "answer is 4", and the image may be subjected to information extraction processing to extract the text information included in the image and convert the text information into corresponding feedback information of a voice type. When the feedback information is of a video type, information extraction processing can be performed on the feedback information of the video type, and voice information contained in the video is extracted and used as the feedback information of the voice type.
It should be noted that, in other exemplary embodiments, after the audience inputs the text type information through the help feedback interactive interface, the text type information may be sent to the service control end through the audience end, and then the text-to-speech processing is performed on the received text type information through the service control end to generate corresponding speech type information, so that the service control end sends the received speech type information to the speech receiving device and plays the feedback information of the speech type to the game anchor.
The present disclosure also provides a live broadcast interaction method of another embodiment, which is applied to a main broadcast terminal, and the method of the present disclosure may be implemented by using a terminal device, where the terminal described in the present disclosure may include a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an intercom, smart glasses with a camera function, and a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of a live interaction method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Including the following steps S410 to S430, which will be described in detail below.
And S410, acquiring the help seeking information, and generating a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, when help information input by a anchor through an anchor terminal is received, a corresponding help request may be generated according to the received help information.
Step S420, sending a help request to the service control end, so that the service control end controls the audience end to generate a help feedback interactive interface.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, after the anchor terminal generates the help request, the anchor terminal may send the help request to the service control terminal, so that the service control terminal sends a feedback control instruction to the audience terminal to control the audience terminal to generate a help feedback interactive interface. After the audience generates the help feedback interactive interface, the audience of the audience can input corresponding feedback information through the help feedback interactive interface so as to provide corresponding prompts for the anchor.
And step S430, receiving feedback information acquired by the service control end through the help feedback interactive interface of the audience end, and playing the feedback information in a voice broadcast mode.
According to some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the anchor terminal may receive feedback information acquired by the service control terminal through the viewer terminal, and after the feedback information is acquired, the anchor terminal plays the acquired feedback information in a voice playing manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, initial information input through a voice receiving device of a host is acquired, and a help keyword corresponding to the initial information is determined; and generating help seeking information corresponding to the initial information according to the help seeking keyword.
Wherein, the initial information can be voice information directly input by the game anchor through the voice receiving equipment. The help keyword may be a keyword for requesting help contained in the initial information. The help information may be help information generated from the help keyword in the initial information.
When the anchor terminal is an interphone, the player corresponding to which interphone is set to be the game anchor can be set through the service control terminal. The control module in the secret room in the service control end can acquire the voice signal sent by the interphone of the game anchor and send the voice signal of the game anchor to the anchor server so as to send the message of the anchor to the audience.
In summary, in the live broadcast interaction method in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a help request initiated by the anchor terminal is responded, and a feedback control instruction is sent to the audience terminal, so as to generate a help feedback interaction interface at the audience terminal; acquiring feedback information input through a help feedback interactive interface; and sending the feedback information to the anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode. Through the live broadcast interaction method, when a help seeking request of the anchor terminal is received, the audience terminal is controlled to generate the help seeking feedback interaction interface, so that the audience terminal inputs feedback information through the help seeking feedback interaction interface, effective interaction between the anchor terminal and the audience terminal can be realized, and live broadcast participation and immersion of live broadcast audiences are enhanced.
It is noted that although the steps of the methods of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
In some example embodiments of the present disclosure, a live interactive system is also provided. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically illustrates a system structure diagram of a live interactive system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The live interaction system 500 includes: an anchor end 510, a service control end 520, and a viewer end 530.
Specifically, the anchor terminal 510 is configured to obtain help seeking information, generate a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information, and send the help seeking request to the service control terminal; acquiring feedback information corresponding to the help seeking request, and playing the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode; the service control end 520 is used for responding to the help-seeking request and sending a feedback control instruction to the audience so as to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface at the audience; acquiring feedback information input through a help-seeking feedback interactive interface, and sending the feedback information to a main broadcasting terminal; the audience 530 is used for responding to the feedback control instruction and generating a help feedback interactive interface; and receiving feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface.
Further, in a live broadcasting scene in a backroom, the live broadcasting interactive system 510 further includes at least one mobile camera 540, and the mobile camera 540 is a mobile camera for acquiring all picture information in a backroom area. The service control end 520 may include a central control module 521 for a closed room and a live broadcast server 522, and the central control module 521 may be a central control server that collects video information captured by all the mobile cameras 105 in the closed room and controls the start or reset of the closed room. The live server 522 may be used for collection, encoding, recording, distribution, etc. of live data. The spectator end 530 is a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a walkie-talkie, and a fixed terminal such as a desktop computer. In addition, according to implementation needs, the embodiment of the present disclosure may have any number of terminal devices and servers, for example, the service controller 520 may be a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers; anchor end 510 may include an anchor end 511, an anchor end 512, and an anchor end 513; the spectator end 530 may include a spectator end 531, a spectator end 532, and a spectator end 533.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the central control module 521 in the secret room is connected to the mobile camera 540, the central control module 521 in the secret room can control the mobile camera 540 to shoot, and each mobile camera 540 is an independent camera, it can be understood that video data shot by the mobile camera 540 can be transmitted to the central control module 521 in the secret room, and the central control module 521 in the secret room can transmit the video data to the audience 530 through the live server 522 for the audience to watch.
Further, the help request of the anchor terminal 510 may be sent to the service controller 520 through the network, and after receiving the help request, the service controller 520 may send a feedback control instruction to the spectator terminal 530, so as to generate a help feedback interactive interface through each spectator terminal, such as the spectator terminal 531, the spectator terminal 532, and the spectator terminal 533. After the audience inputs the feedback information through the help feedback interactive interface, the feedback information may be sent to the service control end 520, so that the service control end 520 forwards the feedback information to the anchor end 510, and plays the feedback information in a voice broadcast manner at the anchor end 510.
In addition, in this example embodiment, a live interactive device is also provided. Referring to fig. 6, the live interaction device 600 may include: a request receiving module 610, an information obtaining module 620 and a request feedback module 630.
Specifically, the request receiving module 610 is configured to send a feedback control instruction to the audience in response to a help-seeking request initiated by the anchor end, so as to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface at the audience; an information obtaining module 620, configured to obtain feedback information input through the help-seeking feedback interactive interface; and a request feedback module 630, configured to send the feedback information to the anchor terminal, so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcast manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information obtaining module includes an information obtaining unit, configured to take information input through help feedback interactive interfaces of a plurality of spectators as initial feedback information; determining audience weight corresponding to the audience sending the initial feedback information, and determining a target number of feedback information according to the audience weight and the initial feedback information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information obtaining unit includes an initial information obtaining subunit, configured to control a plurality of audience terminals to display help information corresponding to the help request in the request information display control; and acquiring initial feedback information input by the audience according to the help seeking information and through the feedback information receiving control.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the information obtaining unit includes a weight determining subunit, configured to determine audience rating and historical behavior records corresponding to audiences of each audience; the audience weight is determined based on the audience rating and historical behavior records.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the live broadcast interactive apparatus further includes an information conversion module, configured to determine an information type of the feedback information, and determine whether the information type is a non-voice type; the non-voice type comprises a text type, an image type and a video type; when the information type of the feedback information is a text type, performing text-to-speech processing on the feedback information to generate feedback information of a corresponding speech type; and when the information type of the feedback information is an image type or a video type, performing information extraction processing on the feedback information to obtain the feedback information of the corresponding voice type.
Further, in another example embodiment, a live interactive device is also provided. Referring to fig. 7, the live interaction apparatus 700 may include: a request generating module 710, an interactive interface generating module 720 and an information feedback module 730.
Specifically, the request generating module 710 is configured to obtain help seeking information, and generate a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information; the interactive interface generating module 720 is configured to send a help-seeking request to the service control end, so that the service control end controls the audience to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface; and the information feedback module 730 is configured to receive feedback information obtained by the service control end through the help feedback interactive interface of the audience, and play the feedback information in a voice broadcast manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the request generation module includes a help information obtaining unit, configured to obtain initial information input through a voice receiving device of the anchor terminal, and determine a help keyword corresponding to the initial information; and generating help seeking information corresponding to the initial information according to the help seeking keyword.
The details of the virtual modules of the live broadcast interaction devices are described in detail in the corresponding live broadcast interaction method, and therefore are not described herein again.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of a live interaction device are mentioned, this division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device capable of implementing the above method is also provided.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 800 according to such an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 8. The electronic device 800 shown in fig. 8 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, electronic device 800 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 800 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 810, the at least one memory unit 820, a bus 830 connecting different system components (including the memory unit 820 and the processing unit 810), and a display unit 840.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 810 to cause the processing unit 810 to perform steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention as described in the "exemplary methods" section above in this specification.
The storage unit 820 may include readable media in the form of volatile storage units, such as a random access storage unit (RAM)821 and/or a cache storage unit 822, and may further include a read only storage unit (ROM) 823.
The electronic device 800 may also communicate with one or more external devices 870 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 800, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 800 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 850. Also, the electronic device 800 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via the network adapter 860. As shown, the network adapter 860 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 800 via the bus 830. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 800, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.

Referring to fig. 9, a program product 900 for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. Claims (12)
1. A live broadcast interaction method is applied to a service control end and comprises the following steps:
responding to a help seeking request initiated by a main broadcasting terminal, and sending a feedback control instruction to a spectator terminal so as to generate a help seeking feedback interactive interface at the spectator terminal;
acquiring feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface;
and sending the feedback information to an anchor terminal so that the anchor terminal plays the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of the spectators is plural, and the obtaining the feedback information input through the help-seeking feedback interactive interface includes:
taking information input through the help-seeking feedback interactive interfaces of the plurality of audience terminals as initial feedback information;
and determining audience weights corresponding to audiences who send the initial feedback information, and determining the feedback information according to the audience weights and the initial feedback information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the help feedback interactive interface comprises a help information display control and a feedback information receiving control, and the using information input through the help feedback interactive interfaces of a plurality of audiences as initial feedback information comprises:
controlling a plurality of audience terminals to display help seeking information corresponding to the help seeking request in a request information display control;
and acquiring initial feedback information input by the audience according to the help seeking information and through the feedback information receiving control.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the viewer weight corresponding to the viewer at each of the viewers comprises:
determining audience grade and historical behavior records corresponding to audiences of each audience terminal;
determining the audience weight based on the audience rating and the historical behavior record.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein after said obtaining feedback information entered via said help feedback interactive interface, said method further comprises:
determining the information type of the feedback information, and determining whether the information type is a non-voice type; the non-voice type comprises a text type, an image type and a video type;
when the information type is the text type, performing text-to-speech processing on the feedback information to generate feedback information of a corresponding speech type;
and when the information type is the image type or the video type, performing information extraction processing on the feedback information to obtain feedback information of a corresponding voice type.
6. A live broadcast interaction method is applied to a main broadcast end and comprises the following steps:
obtaining help seeking information, and generating a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information;
sending the help-seeking request to a service control end so that the service control end controls a spectator end to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface;
and receiving feedback information acquired by the service control end through a help feedback interactive interface of the audience end, and playing the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining help information comprises:
acquiring initial information input by voice receiving equipment of the anchor terminal, and determining help keywords corresponding to the initial information;
and generating help seeking information corresponding to the initial information according to the help seeking keyword.
8. A live interactive system, comprising: the system comprises a main broadcasting end, a service control end and a spectator end;

9. A live interaction device, comprising:
the request receiving module is used for responding to a help seeking request initiated by a main broadcasting terminal and sending a feedback control instruction to a spectator terminal so as to generate a help seeking feedback interactive interface at the spectator terminal;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring feedback information input through the help feedback interactive interface;
and the request feedback module is used for sending the feedback information to a main broadcasting end so that the main broadcasting end can play the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.
10. A live interaction device, comprising:
the request generation module is used for acquiring help seeking information and generating a corresponding help seeking request according to the help seeking information;
the interactive interface generating module is used for sending the help-seeking request to a service control end so that the service control end controls the audience end to generate a help-seeking feedback interactive interface;
and the information feedback module is used for receiving the feedback information acquired by the service control end through the help feedback interactive interface of the audience end and playing the feedback information in a voice broadcasting mode.

a processor; and
a memory having computer readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the processor, implement a live interaction method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a live interaction method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
