Technical Field

Background
The gold mark tracking is an important guarantee for accurate radiotherapy of a wave-shooting knife and other accelerators. The gold mark positions can be checked through pasting a certain number of gold marks on the body surface and then through real-time images or CBCT of the radiotherapy equipment, and the precision of radiotherapy is further ensured.
At present, the gold label is fixed mainly by pasting a plurality of gold labels to the skin of the pathological change part of a patient by a doctor through adhesive tapes, and the fixing mode of the gold label has the following problems: firstly, the numbers and positions of the gold markers placed by different doctors are different, the marked images may overlap when tracking is performed due to too close distance between the gold markers or overlapping of a plurality of gold marker angles, and the tracking effect is also influenced due to tissue deformation between the gold markers when the distance between the gold markers is too far; secondly, the gold mark is easy to be misplaced when being stuck on the skin of a patient, and the operation is not easy.
Therefore, how to provide a gold-labeled composite structure which can provide accurate tracking arrangement for clinical accurate radiotherapy and is convenient to operate becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel technical scheme of a gold mark tracking application, which can provide accurate tracking arrangement for clinical accurate radiotherapy and is convenient to operate.
According to a first aspect of the invention, a gold mark tracking application for an accurate radiotherapy body surface is provided.
The gold mark tracking application for the surface of the precise radiotherapy comprises an adhesive layer, a gold mark positioning layer, a gold mark combination and an application fixing layer; wherein,
the sticking layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the sticking layer is positioned on one side of the gold mark positioning layer, which is adjacent to the skin of the patient, and is set to be stuck on the skin of the patient;

Optionally, the adhesive layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are made of transparent film dressing materials.

Optionally, the gold markers have a cylindrical structure, and an extending direction of a central axis of each gold marker is parallel to a long axis of the ellipse.
Optionally, the length of a connection line between geometric centers of adjacent gold markers is greater than or equal to 2cm.
Optionally, a connecting line between the geometric centers of the gold markers located on the same side of the major axis of the ellipse is parallel to the major axis of the ellipse.
Optionally, the length of a connection line between adjacent ones of the gold markers located on one side of the major axis of the ellipse is not equal to the length of a connection line between adjacent ones of the gold markers located on the other side of the major axis of the ellipse.
Optionally, the pasting layer and the application fixing layer are both in an oval shape, the gold mark positioning layer is in a rectangular shape, and the symmetry axes of the pasting layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are coincident.
Optionally, the gold mark combination includes 6 gold marks, two of the gold marks are located on the major axis of the ellipse, and two sides of the major axis of the ellipse are respectively provided with two of the gold marks.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the gold mark tracking application for the precise radiotherapy body surface of the present disclosure includes an adhesive layer 1, a gold mark positioning layer 2, a gold mark combination and an application fixing layer 3.
Paste layer 1, gold mark locating layer 2 and apply ointment or plaster fixed layer 3 and arrange from bottom to top in proper order, and paste layer 1 and be located one side that gold mark locating layer 2 is close to patient's skin and can be used to paste on patient's skin. The adhesive layer 1 can be used to adhere the dressing to the skin of a patient. The size of the gold mark positioning layer 2 can be smaller than or equal to that of the pasting layer 1.
The gold mark combination is positioned between the sticking layer 1 and the gold mark positioning layer 2, and the gold mark combination comprises a plurality of gold marks 4. The geometric centers of the gold labels 4 are all positioned on the locus curve of an ellipse. The gold markers 4 on the major axis of the ellipse are oppositely arranged, and the geometric centers of the gold markers 4 on the two sides of the major axis of the ellipse are staggered.
The gold mark positioning layer 2 can be used for positioning the gold mark 4 on the sticking layer 1. The application fixing layer 3 can cover the gold mark positioning layer 2 to prevent the gold mark 4 between the gold mark positioning layer 2 and the adhesive layer 1 from piercing the gold mark positioning layer 2 and being separated from the application.
In practice, the shape and size of the application fixing layer 3 can be the same as those of the gold mark positioning layer 2, or the size of the application fixing layer 3 can be larger than that of the gold mark positioning layer 2 and/or the adhesive layer 1, so as to more stably fix the application on the skin of the patient.
This accurate radiotherapy body surface gold mark is tracked to apply ointment or plaster and will apply ointment or plaster directly to paste and can realize the fixed of gold mark 4 at patient skin surface, convenient operation, and specific gold mark 4 mode of arranging more is favorable to going on that the gold mark was tracked moreover to guarantee radiotherapy's precision.
In an embodiment of the application for tracking the gold mark on the surface of the precise radiotherapy body, the adhesive layer 1, the gold mark positioning layer 2 and the application fixing layer 3 are all made of transparent film dressing materials. The transparent film dressing material is beneficial to more conveniently detecting whether the position and the quantity of the gold labels 4 are correct or not, thereby improving the reliability of application.
In one embodiment of the gold mark tracking application on the surface of the precise radiotherapy body, the application fixing layer 3 covers the adhesive layer 1 and the gold mark positioning layer 2. That is, the edge of the application fixing layer 3 exceeds the edges of the adhesive layer 1 and the gold label positioning layer 2. The edge of the application fixing layer 3 is pasted on the skin of the patient, so that the safety and the reliability of pasting on the skin of the patient can be effectively improved.
Further, the gold mark positioning layer 2 covers a part of the sticking layer 1.
In one embodiment of the application for tracking gold markers on the surface of a precise radiotherapy body, in order to improve the precision of radiotherapy, the gold markers 4 have a cylindrical structure, and the central axis of each gold marker 4 extends in a direction parallel to the long axis of the ellipse.
In one embodiment of the precise radiotherapy body surface gold mark tracking application of the present disclosure, in order to improve the precision of radiotherapy, the length of a connecting line between the geometric centers of the adjacent gold marks 4 is greater than or equal to 2cm.
In one embodiment of the precise radiotherapy body surface gold mark tracking application of the present disclosure, in order to improve the precision of radiotherapy, a connecting line between the geometric centers of the gold marks 4 located on the same side of the major axis of the ellipse is parallel to the major axis of the ellipse.
Further, in order to more effectively improve the accuracy of the radiation therapy, the length of the connection line between the adjacent gold markers 4 positioned on one side of the major axis of the ellipse is not equal to the length of the connection line between the adjacent gold markers 4 positioned on the other side of the major axis of the ellipse.
In this disclosed an embodiment that accurate radiotherapy body surface gold mark was tracked and is applied ointment or plaster, in order to improve the convenience that applies ointment or plaster the use, paste layer 1 and apply ointment or plaster fixed layer 3 and all have oval shape, gold mark location layer 2 has the rectangle shape, and the symmetry axis that pastes layer 1, gold mark location layer 2 and apply ointment or plaster fixed layer 3 coincides.

In practical implementation, for the gold mark combination comprising 6 gold marks 4, the non-intersecting connecting lines between the geometric centers of the gold marks 4 positioned on different sides of the major axis of the ellipse are not parallel, so that the precision of radiation treatment can be effectively improved.

1. A gold mark tracking application plaster for a precise radiotherapy body surface is characterized by comprising an adhesive layer, a gold mark positioning layer, a gold mark combination and an application fixing layer; wherein,
the sticking layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the sticking layer is positioned on one side of the gold mark positioning layer, which is adjacent to the skin of the patient, and is set to be stuck on the skin of the patient;
the gold mark combination is located paste the layer with between the gold mark locating layer, just the gold mark combination includes a plurality of gold marks, the geometric centre of gold mark all is located an oval orbit curve, is located on the major axis of oval the gold mark sets up relatively, is located the both sides of the major axis of oval the geometric centre of gold mark crisscross setting.
2. The application of gold mark tracking on precision radiotherapy body surface of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are all made of transparent film dressing materials.

6. The patch for tracking a gold marker on a surface of a patient with precise radiotherapy according to claim 1, wherein the length of a connecting line between the geometric centers of the adjacent gold markers is greater than or equal to 2cm.
7. The application of claim 1, wherein the geometric centers of the gold markers on the same side of the major axis of the ellipse are parallel to the major axis of the ellipse.
8. The application of claim 7, wherein the length of the connecting line between the adjacent gold markers on one side of the major axis of the ellipse is not equal to the length of the connecting line between the adjacent gold markers on the other side of the major axis of the ellipse.

The application of gold mark tracking on precise radiotherapy body surface of claim 1, wherein the pasting layer and the application fixing layer are both in an oval shape, the gold mark positioning layer is in a rectangular shape, and the symmetry axes of the pasting layer, the gold mark positioning layer and the application fixing layer are coincident.

The application of gold marker tracking for precision radiation therapy body surface according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said gold marker set comprises 6 said gold markers, two of said gold markers being located on the major axis of said ellipse, two of said gold markers being located on either side of the major axis of said ellipse.
