(F) dipping the glove in the step (E) into latex, and drying the glove after dipping at 130 ℃ for 30 min;
(G) and (F) performing sand blasting treatment on the gloves by using a sand blasting machine, so that an anti-skid effect is realized.
(H) And (D) finally, thinning the joints of the finished gloves in the step (G) by using polishing strips to finally obtain finished gloves.

(2) cleaning a formed finished product: adding the finished product obtained in the step (1) into a washing tank for washing, wherein the detergent adopts an alkyl glycoside (APG) surfactant, and the dosage of the alkyl glycoside (APG) surfactant is 18%;
(3) a softening treatment step: adding a softener into the finished product obtained in the washing process in the step (2) for softening treatment to obtain a finished product for standby, wherein the softener is VARISOFT 3696 and the using amount is 11%;
(4) and (3) drying a finished product: drying the finished product washed in the step (3) for later use;
(5) an antibacterial treatment step: and (4) spraying an antibacterial agent on the finished product obtained in the step (4) for antibacterial and deodorant treatment to obtain the finished product, wherein the antibacterial agent is an inorganic nano silver antibacterial agent-LD 940, and the inorganic nano silver antibacterial agent-LD 940 is subjected to surface spraying treatment.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the process for manufacturing the butyronitrile ultrathin anti-slip skin-care labor protection gloves comprises the following steps of preparing slurry, wherein the slurry comprises 100 parts of carboxylated butyronitrile latex, 2 parts of sulfur, 1.2 parts of zinc oxide, 3 parts of phenolic resin, 2 parts of antioxidant, 1.8 parts of dispersing agent, 4 parts of thickening agent, 2.5 parts of pigment and 1.2 parts of softener, and the whole process flow of the process is as follows:
(A) adding 2 parts by mass of sulfur, 1.2 parts by mass of zinc oxide, 3 parts by mass of phenolic resin, 2 parts by mass of antioxidant and 1.2 parts by mass of softener into a grinding machine for grinding, and waiting for standby;
(B) adding 100 parts of carboxyl butyronitrile latex and 1.8 parts of diffusant into the material in the step (A), and then pouring the mixture into a vulcanization kettle to obtain a vulcanized rubber material finished product;
(C) adding 2.5 parts of pigment and 4 parts of thickening agent into the vulcanized rubber finished product obtained in the step (B) to increase the viscosity of the finished product and color, and finally preparing butyronitrile slurry for standby;
(D) fixing the knitted gloves on a mold, and then heating and preheating the mold;
(E) dipping the pre-heat treated glove of step (D) first with a coagulant and then drying at 75 ℃ for 5 minutes;
(F) dipping the glove in the step (E) into latex, and drying the glove after dipping at 130 ℃ for 35 min;
(G) and (F) performing sand blasting treatment on the gloves by using a sand blasting machine, so that an anti-skid effect is realized.
(H) And (D) finally, thinning the joints of the finished gloves in the step (G) by using polishing strips to finally obtain finished gloves.

(C) adding 3.5 parts of pigment and 4 parts of thickening agent into the vulcanized rubber finished product obtained in the step (B) to increase the viscosity of the finished product and color, and finally preparing butyronitrile slurry for standby;
(D) fixing the knitted gloves on a mold, and then heating and preheating the mold;
(E) dipping the pre-heat treated glove of step (D) first with a coagulant and then drying at 80 ℃ for 5 minutes;
(F) dipping the glove in the step (E) into latex, and drying the dipped glove at 130 ℃ for 40 min;
(G) and (F) performing sand blasting treatment on the gloves by using a sand blasting machine, so that an anti-skid effect is realized.
(H) And (D) finally, thinning the joints of the finished gloves in the step (G) by using polishing strips to finally obtain finished gloves.

(B) adding 100 parts of carboxylated nitrile latex and 0.8-2 parts of dispersing agent into the material in the step (A), and then pouring into a vulcanization kettle to obtain a vulcanized rubber material finished product;
(C) adding 1-3.5 parts of pigment and 2-4 parts of thickening agent into the vulcanized rubber material finished product obtained in the step (B) to increase the viscosity of the finished product and color, and finally preparing butyronitrile slurry for later use;
(D) fixing the knitted gloves on a mold, and then heating and preheating the mold;
