Abstract
In order to solve the problems of parking space occupation, fire fighting access, overspeed vehicle and the like in a community, the invention provides a community vehicle management control system, which comprises: the system comprises a monitoring module, a data processing module, a database and an alarm module. The monitoring module, the alarm module, the database and the data processing module are electrically connected. The database is used for pre-storing the owner vehicle information of the residential area, the camera serial numbers and the distances among the cameras, wherein the vehicle information comprises license plate numbers, car owner identities, mobile phone numbers and corresponding parking spaces.
The data processing module acquires image information acquired by the camera, identifies license plate numbers, judges strange vehicles, and records the license plate information of the strange vehicles and the intrusion time.
