The determination submodule includes: the second judging unit is used for judging whether the internal self-made materials are completely sleeved or not according to the scanning and warehousing information of the internal self-made materials when the required materials comprise the internal self-made materials; if the scanning warehousing information of the internal self-made materials shows that the internal self-made materials are not warehoused, judging that the internal self-made materials are short of materials; and (4) displaying the scanned warehousing information of the internally self-made materials as warehoused, and judging that the internally self-made materials are nested.
The determination submodule further includes: the third judging unit is used for judging whether the materials supplied by the branch factories are completely sleeved according to the receiving information confirmed by the main factory supplying the materials by the branch factories when the required materials comprise the materials supplied by the branch factories; if the receiving information is confirmed by the main factory supplying materials from the branch factory, that is, the receiving is not determined, the shortage of the materials supplied from the branch factory is judged; and if the receiving information is confirmed in the main factory supplying materials in the branch factories and the receiving information is displayed as the confirmed receiving, judging that the materials are supplied in the branch factories and are completely packaged.
In addition, the method further comprises the following steps: and the material shortage determining module is used for determining that the order to be processed is in a material shortage state when the required materials are not completely sleeved, and re-determining whether the order to be processed is in a material complete state after second preset time.

The material informatization matching and checking mode effectively solves the problems that the material matching and checking information in the production process of the product is not clear and the material matching and checking efficiency is extremely low, overcomes the defect of temporary discovery of abnormal matching and checking of the material of the product in the manufacturing industry, realizes automatic collection and display of the material matching and checking information, gives time for relevant units to process and solve the abnormal matching and checking of the material in advance, ensures the production stability and improves the production efficiency.
Example 4
Based on the material nesting determination method provided in embodiment 1 above, there is also provided in a preferred embodiment 4 of the present invention a storage medium containing computer executable instructions for performing the material nesting determination method as described above when executed by a computer processor.
In the above embodiment, a complete set judgment condition corresponding to the materials required by the order to be processed is set to judge whether the required materials are complete, and when the required materials are complete, it is determined that the order to be processed is in a material complete set state. The material informatization matching and checking mode effectively solves the problems that the material matching and checking information in the production process of the product is not clear and the material matching and checking efficiency is extremely low, overcomes the defect of temporary discovery of abnormal matching and checking of the material of the product in the manufacturing industry, realizes automatic collection and display of the material matching and checking information, gives time for relevant units to process and solve the abnormal matching and checking of the material in advance, ensures the production stability and improves the production efficiency.

Claims (11)

1. A method for determining complete material sleeve is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring required materials of an order to be processed;
judging whether the required materials are completely sleeved or not according to the sleeve aligning judgment conditions corresponding to the required materials;
and when the required materials are completely sleeved, determining that the order to be processed is in a material complete state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining required materials for a pending order comprises:
obtaining order information of the order to be processed;
and determining the required materials of the order to be processed according to the order information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the pending orders comprise at least orders from a current time node to within a first preset time before and after the current time node; the order information at least comprises: order number, online time, machine type information and order number;
determining the required materials of the order to be processed according to the order information comprises the following steps: determining the types of the required materials according to the model information, and determining the quantity of the required materials of each type according to the order quantity.

The method of claim 1, wherein the desired material comprises at least one of: purchasing materials and self-making the materials; the homemade material at least comprises one of the following materials: self-making materials inside and supplying materials by different factories; judging whether the required materials are completely sleeved according to the sleeve aligning judgment conditions corresponding to the required materials, and the method comprises the following steps:
for different types of required materials, acquiring corresponding material processing information;
and judging whether the required materials are completely sleeved or not according to the completely sleeved judging conditions corresponding to the different types of the required materials and the material processing information.

The method of claim 4, wherein when the required material comprises the procurement material, the material handling information is picking allocation information; according to the complete set judgment condition and the material processing information corresponding to different types of required materials, whether the required materials are completely set is judged, and the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the purchased materials are completely sleeved or not according to the sorting distribution information of the purchased materials;
if the sorting distribution information of the purchased materials shows that the purchased materials are not distributed, judging that the purchased materials are short of the materials;
and if the picking distribution information of the purchased materials shows that the purchased materials are released, judging that the purchased materials are completely packaged.

The method of claim 4, wherein when the desired material comprises the internal homemade material, the material handling information is scanning warehousing information; according to the complete set judgment condition and the material processing information corresponding to different types of required materials, whether the required materials are completely set is judged, and the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the internal self-made materials are completely sleeved or not according to the scanning and warehousing information of the internal self-made materials;
if the scanning warehousing information of the internal self-made materials shows that the internal self-made materials are not warehoused, judging that the internal self-made materials are short of materials;
and if the scanned warehousing information of the internal self-made materials shows that the internal self-made materials are warehoused, judging that the internal self-made materials are nested.

The method of claim 4, wherein the material handling information is general plant confirmation receipt information when the required material includes the branch plant supply material; according to the complete set judgment condition and the material processing information corresponding to different types of required materials, whether the required materials are completely set is judged, and the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the materials supplied by the branch plants are completely packaged according to the receiving information confirmed by the main plant supplying the materials by the branch plants;
if the receiving information is confirmed by the main factory supplying materials of the branch factories to show that receiving is not determined, judging that the materials supplied by the branch factories are short of materials;
and if the receiving information of the main factory supplying the materials by the branch factories is confirmed to show that the receiving is confirmed, judging that the materials supplied by the branch factories are completely packaged.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the required materials are not completely sleeved, determining that the order to be processed is in a material shortage state, and after second preset time, re-determining whether the order to be processed is in a material complete state.
9. A material nesting determination system, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the required materials of the order to be processed;
the judging module is used for judging whether the required materials are sleeved in a complete manner according to the complete-sleeve judging conditions corresponding to the required materials;
and the determining module is used for determining that the order to be processed is in a material complete set state when the required materials are completely set.

A display terminal comprising a material complete determination system according to claim 9 for displaying a material status of an order to be processed; the display terminal at least comprises one of the following components: the system comprises a webpage terminal and a centralized control display screen; the display terminal is further configured to: and updating the material state of the order to be processed every third preset time.
11. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing the material nesting determination method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by a computer processor.
