Description

Portable saliva sampling detection device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of saliva sampling, in particular to a portable saliva sampling and detecting device.
Background
In recent years, saliva has been regarded as a noninvasive test sample in many fields such as disease diagnosis, psychological monitoring, and sports medicine. The components in the saliva are usually in good correspondence with blood, and the saliva sample has the advantages of being noninvasive, easy to sample and the like, and is easy to be received by a subject. However, the concentration of the target component in saliva is often significantly lower than that of blood, and therefore saliva collection must be sufficient to meet the instrumentation requirements (typically on the order of milliliters). Most of the prior saliva collection methods are that the subject spits a sufficient amount of saliva directly in a suitable container or a sampling paper strip made of a sampling rod or filter paper with a shape similar to a cotton swab.
Through the mass search of the team, the existing saliva sampling system is known as the sampling detection system disclosed in the publication numbers of US831776, JP2017015570A, JP2015215357A and CN102859358B, wherein the saliva collecting and detecting device disclosed in the publication number of CN102620953B is used, when the device is used for detection, an operator extrudes the rubber box body, saliva flows out of the rubber box body and contacts the reagent strip, the saliva starts to run and the detection is completed, the mode usually needs a detector to release the saliva on the saliva collector, so that the operation has certain difficulty for the detector, the saliva easily splashes out of the collector to pollute the environment and even other detection personnel, meanwhile, when the detection reagent strip is exposed for a long time, the detection accuracy is affected, the detection reagent is required to be stored and detected in a proper environment, and the reagent strip needs to be replaced frequently after the detection is completed, the complexity of the operation and even the risk of infection, so how to break the sampling device into a disposable part and a reusable part increases the safety and usability of the sampling device.
