Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a method, a device, equipment and a medium for automatically setting electromechanical synchronization of a water meter, the water meter is automatically identified through a camera device, the reading of a pointer of the water meter is converted into a specific reading and sent to an electronic module, and the abnormal problems that manual reading is inaccurate and manual input is mistaken are avoided.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application has the following general idea: the camera device automatically identifies and collects the dial plate of the base meter, the pointer is identified through image processing, accurate reading is output to the upper computer, the upper computer and the photographing device are provided with an interface protocol, accurate reading can be received, corresponding instructions are sent through infrared communication, correct reading of the pointer is set in the electronic module, and the effect of setting the reading of the pointer of the mechanical meter to be consistent with the reading of the electronic module is achieved.
Before describing the specific embodiment, a system framework corresponding to the method of the embodiment of the present application is described, and as shown in fig. 1, the system is roughly divided into three parts: the electronic modules of the camera device, the upper computer and the water meter; the camera device is connected with the upper computer in a json communication mode through an http interface, and the upper computer is connected with the electronic module in an infrared communication mode through the infrared head.
Example one
The embodiment provides a method for automatically setting electromechanical synchronization of a water meter, as shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to the camera device in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
s11, identifying a reference object of the water meter dial through the reference object identification template, judging whether the matched water meter is correct, and if so, continuing to S12;
s12, adjusting the position, definition and brightness of the camera, adjusting the position and angle of the flash lamp to make the whole plane of the water meter light uniformly, and collecting the image information of the dial plate of the water meter;
and S13, identifying the pointer angle of the water meter dial in the image information through the pointer identification template to obtain a pointer identification angle, rotating the template pointer in the pointer identification template to the angle identical to the pointer identification angle, converting the rotation angle of the template pointer into a corresponding specific reading, converting the specific reading into a synchronous instruction by an upper computer, and enabling an electronic module of the water meter to synchronize the specific reading and the water meter pointer reading to be consistent.
As a more preferred or specific implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes: in the embodiment of the present application, the reference identification template in step S11 is obtained by matching a reference on the dial of the water meter, and the reference is m3For reference (because each base table has the character), if the reference identification template identifies m on the dial of the water meter3And continuing the subsequent steps, and if the reference object cannot be identified, replacing the water meter.
In step S13 in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps: the tonnage number on the display screen of the water meter dial is identified through the digital identification template and is subjected to digital judgment, the upper computer converts the tonnage number into a synchronous instruction, and the tonnage number is synchronously consistent with the tonnage number on the water meter display screen through the electronic module of the water meter. The specific method for carrying out digital judgment on the tonnage number comprises the steps of firstly judging whether the number on a display screen is a complete number; if the displayed number of the display screen is a complete number, the result is judged according to the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer on the water meter dial, when the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer indicates that the number is between 0 and 7, the result is the currently displayed number, and when the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer indicates that the number is between 7.1 and 9.9, the result is that the currently displayed number is reduced by 1; if the number on the display screen is not a complete number but is between two numbers, the result is the number displayed in the upper half. Because the number on the display screen of the water meter is turned upwards, the number is possibly between two numbers, for example, between the number 3 and the number 4, both the numbers are displayed incompletely, at the moment, whether the next number 4 is turned over by half or more is judged, and if not, the last number 3 is read; if the next number 4 is turned over by half or more, but the number 4 is not completely displayed, the result is judged according to the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer on the water meter dial, if the reading number indicated by the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer is less than 2, an error is reported, and the gear carry clearance of the pointer is indicated to have a problem; if the pointer of the x 0.1-bit pointer indicates a reading greater than 2, the result is the number 3 displayed in the upper half.
In step S13 in the embodiment of the present application, when receiving the specific reading, the upper computer firstly determines whether the pointer is successfully identified through algorithmic analysis, returns a normal specific reading if the pointer is successfully identified, and returns a fixed number "99" if the pointer is not successfully identified, and gives an alarm for an error; judging whether the pointer carry is normal or not, if the pointer carry is normal, returning to normal specific reading, and if the pointer carry is not normal, automatically identifying the pointer as an error and alarming to report the error; and finally, sending the correct specific reading to an electronic module of the water meter through a setting instruction.
In step S13, the pointer identification module can be converted into a specific reading by rotating the template pointer to any position, that is, setting a reading corresponding to the position, for example, rotating the template pointer to a position of 0, setting the corresponding reading to 0, and rotating the template pointer to different angles through the reference coordinate system. And debugging operation parameters when the pointer angle of the image information is identified, wherein the operation parameters refer to that a pointer compensation coefficient can be set during photographing, the range is 0-1, and different compensation coefficients are adjusted under different lighting brightness, so that the integrity of the identified pointer is the best, and the matching degree of a template pointer in the pointer identification template and the pointer in the image information is the highest.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a method which is applied to the system shown in fig. 1 and corresponds to the method in the first embodiment, and the details are shown in the second embodiment.
Example two
In this embodiment, an electromechanical synchronization method for automatically setting a water meter is provided, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, including: the method comprises the following steps:
s21, the camera device firstly identifies the reference object of the water meter dial through the reference object identification template, whether the matched water meter dial is correct or not is judged, if the matched water meter dial is incorrect, the water meter is replaced, if the matched water meter dial is correct, camera parameters are adjusted, such as the position, the definition and the light brightness of a camera and the position and the angle of a flash lamp are adjusted, so that the whole plane of the water meter is uniformly polished, and image information of the water meter dial is collected; then, identifying the angle of a water meter pointer in the image information through a pointer identification template to obtain a pointer identification angle, rotating a template pointer in the pointer identification template to the angle which is the same as the pointer identification angle, and converting the rotation angle of the template pointer into a corresponding specific reading; identifying tonnage numbers of a display screen on a water meter dial through a digital identification template, and carrying out digital judgment on the tonnage numbers by a specific method of judging whether the numbers on the display screen are complete numbers or not; if the displayed number of the display screen is a complete number, the result is judged according to the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer on the water meter dial, when the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer indicates that the number is between 0 and 7, the result is the currently displayed number, and when the pointer of the x 0.1 pointer indicates that the number is between 7.1 and 9.9, the result is that the currently displayed number is reduced by 1; if the number on the display screen is not a complete number but is between two numbers, the result is the number displayed in the upper half part; finally, the specific reading of the pointer and the tonnage number on the display screen are sent to an upper computer through a sending module;
s22, the upper computer receives the specific reading of the pointer and the tonnage number on the display screen, firstly, the specific reading of the pointer is judged through the algorithm analysis of the detection module, the algorithm analysis is to judge whether the pointer is successfully identified or not, if the pointer is successfully identified, the normal specific reading is returned, and if the pointer is not successfully identified, the fixed number '99' is returned, and an alarm module is used for giving an alarm and reporting an error; judging whether the pointer carry is normal or not, if the pointer carry is normal, returning to normal specific reading, and if the pointer carry is not normal, automatically identifying the pointer as an error and alarming and reporting the error through an alarm module; finally, the correct specific reading and tonnage number are sent to an electronic module of the water meter through a setting module;
and S23, the electronic module of the water meter synchronizes the specific reading with the reading of the pointer of the water meter, and the electronic module synchronizes the tonnage number with the tonnage number on the display screen of the water meter.
The identification method of the specific reference object identification template and the identification method of the pointer identification module are described in detail in the first embodiment, and for the sake of brevity of the description, a repeated description is not made herein.
It should be noted that, when it is determined in S22 whether the pointer carry is normal, because the pointer is driven by a gear, there is a gap of about 25%, that is, when the ten-bit increment points to 0, the increment may be within the ranges of 8,9,0,1, and 2, and the theoretical increment is also 0, but because of the existence of the gap, some pointer carry rules are incorrect, and the algorithm automatically identifies such a pointer incorrectly.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a device corresponding to the method in the first embodiment, which is detailed in the third embodiment.

the reference object identification template is used for identifying a reference object of the water meter dial and matching whether the water meter is correct or not; by matching a reference on the meter face in m3For reference (because each base table has the character), if the reference identification template identifies m on the dial of the water meter3The subsequent steps can be continued;
the image acquisition module is used for adjusting the position, definition and brightness of the camera, adjusting the position and angle of the flash lamp, enabling the whole plane of the water meter to be uniformly polished and acquiring image information of a dial plate of the water meter;
