本发明公开了一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯,包括灯柱,所述灯柱上方设置有灯臂,所述灯臂末端设置有LED灯头,所述LED灯头包括灯壳、灯罩、布设于灯壳和灯罩内的发光组件,所述灯壳与灯罩均呈中部凸出的弧形,所述灯壳上方还设置有固定板,所述固定板呈半球形,所述固定板一端固定于灯臂,另一端固定设置有微型电机,所述固定板与灯壳之间设置有毛刷,所述毛刷由微型电机驱动转动,毛刷转动时抵住灯罩、灯壳。本发明设置有可转动的毛刷,能够对灯罩表面进行清洁,实现路灯的自清洁,同时,还设置有风轮以及传动结构,实现利用风力驱动毛刷转动,节约了能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明路灯技术领域,具体涉及一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯。
背景技术
随着城市建设的发展,照明路灯的应用范围越来越大,而路灯处于露天状态,会在灯罩表面附有灰尘,虽然雨天时回对灯罩有所冲刷,能够清洁大量灰尘,但是,处于不下雨天气下的路灯则存在灯罩表面积灰的问题,且不易清洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述背景技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单,能够对灯罩实现自清洁的路灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯,采用了如下技术方案:
一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯,包括灯柱,所述灯柱上方设置有灯臂,所述灯臂末端设置有LED灯头,所述LED灯头包括灯壳、灯罩、布设于灯壳和灯罩内的发光组件,所述灯壳与灯罩均呈中部凸出的弧形,所述灯壳上方还设置有固定板,所述固定板呈半球形,所述固定板一端固定于灯臂,另一端固定设置有微型电机,所述固定板与灯壳之间设置有毛刷,所述毛刷由微型电机驱动转动,毛刷转动时抵住灯罩、灯壳。
本发明一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯的进一步改进之处在于,所述灯柱上设置有集水箱,所述集水箱通过导管连接于固定板内侧。
本发明一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯的进一步改进之处在于,所述灯壳与固定板远离灯壳一端中部之间设置有转杆,所述转杆上固定有毛刷,所述转杆上还固定有第一齿轮,所述微型电机的输出轴连接于第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮相啮合。
本发明一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯的进一步改进之处在于,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮之间还啮合有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮通过伸缩连杆连接于固定板,所述第三齿轮相对于伸缩连杆转动,所述灯臂上还设置有风轮,所述风轮通过支架固定于灯臂,所述支架内设置传动结构,所述传动结构包括与风轮中心同轴连接的转轴,所述转轴通过锥齿轮结构连接于竖直的第二转轴,所述第二转轴也通过锥齿轮结构连接于横向布设的第三转轴,所述第三转轴伸入所述固定板,所述第三转轴上设置有第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮通过第五齿轮连接于第一齿轮,所述第五齿轮通过第二伸缩连杆连接于固定板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设置有可转动的毛刷,能够对灯罩表面进行清洁,实现路灯的自清洁,同时,还设置有风轮以及传动结构,实现利用风力驱动毛刷转动,节约了能源。

如图1和图2所示,一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯,包括灯柱1,所述灯柱1上方设置有灯臂2,所述灯臂2末端设置有LED灯头,所述LED灯头包括灯壳3、灯罩4、布设于灯壳和灯罩内的发光组件,所述灯壳3与灯罩4均呈中部凸出的弧形,所述灯壳上方还设置有固定板5,所述固定板呈半球形,所述固定板5一端固定于灯臂2,另一端固定设置有微型电机6,所述固定板与灯壳之间设置有毛刷7,所述毛刷7由微型电机6驱动转动,毛刷转动时抵住灯罩、灯壳。具体的,所述灯壳3与固定板5远离灯壳一端中部之间设置有转杆8,灯壳3与固定板5上可以固定设置轴承,转杆连接于轴承内圈,相对于灯壳能够实现转动。所述转杆8上固定有毛刷7,所述转杆8上还固定有第一齿轮9,所述微型电机6的输出轴18连接于第二齿轮10,所述第一齿轮9与第二齿轮10相啮合。微型电机6驱动第二齿轮10转动,带动第一齿轮转动,实现转杆8的转动,进而毛刷7转动,对灯罩实现自清洁,
更进一步的,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮之间还啮合有第三齿轮11,所述第三齿轮通过伸缩连杆12连接于固定板,所述第三齿轮相对于伸缩连杆转动,伸缩连杆可以为伸缩气缸,伸缩连杆的自由端连接有轴承,轴承内圈连接有连接杆,第三齿轮固定设置于连接杆上;通过移动第三齿轮,实现电机是否能够驱动转杆的转动。所述灯臂2上还设置有风轮13,所述风轮通过支架固定于灯臂,所述支架内设置传动结构,所述传动结构包括与风轮中心同轴连接的转轴14,所述转轴14通过锥齿轮结构连接于竖直的第二转轴15,所述第二转轴15也通过锥齿轮结构连接于横向布设的第三转轴16,所述第三转轴16伸入所述固定板5,所述第三转轴16上设置有第四齿轮17,所述第四齿轮通过第五齿轮19连接于第一齿轮,所述第五齿轮通过第二伸缩连杆20连接于固定板。利用传动结构实现将风能转变为机械能,实现第四齿轮的转动,进而带动第五齿轮和第一齿轮的转动,进而转杆及毛刷转动,对灯罩进行清洁。
进一步的,所述灯柱上设置有集水箱,所述集水箱通过导管连接于固定板内侧。对灯壳上方进行洒水,对毛刷进行润湿,增加清洁效果。
本发明的工作原理为:在白天且风大的时候,移动伸缩连杆和第二伸缩连杆,使得第一齿轮与第四齿轮相传动,第一齿轮与第三齿轮之间相断开,利用风能驱动毛刷转动,实现对灯罩的清洁,在无风状态下,控制伸缩连杆和第二伸缩连杆,使得第一齿轮与第三齿轮相传动,第一齿轮与第四齿轮之间相断开,利用电机实现毛刷转动,实现对灯罩的清洁,在晚上,控制第一齿轮与其他齿轮均断开,使得毛刷不转动,不会影响路灯的照明。

1.一种易于清洁的太阳能LED路灯,其特征在于:包括灯柱,所述灯柱上方设置有灯臂,所述灯臂末端设置有LED灯头,所述LED灯头包括灯壳、灯罩、布设于灯壳和灯罩内的发光组件,所述灯壳与灯罩均呈中部凸出的弧形,所述灯壳上方还设置有固定板,所述固定板呈半球形,所述固定板一端固定于灯臂,另一端固定设置有微型电机,所述固定板与灯壳之间设置有毛刷,所述毛刷由微型电机驱动转动,毛刷转动时抵住灯罩、灯壳,所述灯壳与固定板远离灯壳一端中部之间设置有转杆,所述转杆上固定有毛刷,所述转杆上还固定有第一齿轮,所述微型电机的输出轴连接于第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮相啮合,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮之间还啮合有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮通过伸缩连杆连接于固定板,所述第三齿轮相对于伸缩连杆转动,所述灯臂上还设置有风轮,所述风轮通过支架固定于灯臂,所述支架内设置传动结构,所述传动结构包括与风轮中心同轴连接的转轴,所述转轴通过锥齿轮结构连接于竖直的第二转轴,所述第二转轴也通过锥齿轮结构连接于横向布设的第三转轴,所述第三转轴伸入所述固定板,所述第三转轴上设置有第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮通过第五齿轮连接于第一齿轮,所述第五齿轮通过第二伸缩连杆连接于固定板。
