本发明属于太阳能路灯技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种自收纳太阳能LED景观灯,包括灯杆、安装在灯杆上的灯臂,灯臂上安装有LED灯头,灯杆顶部固接有花型收纳台,收纳台上固接有若干圆柱体,圆柱体上套接有空心圆柱,空心圆柱固接有花瓣形灯体,灯体上表面固接有太阳能电池板甲且内部安装有LED灯珠,空心圆柱上固接有扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮啮合有齿轮,齿轮转动连接于收纳台上;圆柱体顶部固接有花型安装箱,安装箱顶部固接有太阳能电池板乙,太阳能电池板乙上转动连接有清洁机构,安装箱内安装有触控一体式锂电池组、电机甲,电机甲的输出端连接有转轴甲,转轴甲一端伸出于安装箱并固接于齿轮。本发明为组合景观灯,美观性、安全性、功能性更佳。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能路灯技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种自收纳太阳能LED景观灯。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,路灯成为我们生活中不可缺少的照明工具。景观灯又叫装饰性照明灯,既有观赏性也有照明性质。它不仅自身具有较高的观赏性,还强调艺术灯的景观与景区历史文化、周围环境的协调统一。
LED路灯以功率消耗低、绿色环保等优势进入人们的视野,而太阳能更是因为在开发利用时,不会产生废渣、废水、废气等成为新能源的典范。因此,太阳能LED景观灯必然成为道路照明节能改造的典型代表。
电能的多少与太阳能电池板的面积直接相关,太阳能电池板面积越大,吸收太阳光越多,转换成的电能也就越多。但是太阳光电池板面积越大,自重越重,在大风等恶劣天气时有倾翻或者掉落的风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种自收纳太阳能LED景观灯,解决了以往景观灯不环保的问题,同时能够在大风等恶劣天气时实现收纳,提高了安全性能。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:一种自收纳太阳能LED景观灯,包括灯杆、安装在灯杆上的灯臂,所述灯臂上安装有LED灯头,所述灯杆顶部固接有花型收纳台,所述收纳台上固接有若干圆柱体,所述圆柱体上套接有空心圆柱,所述空心圆柱固接有花瓣形灯体,所述灯体上表面固接有太阳能电池板甲且内部安装有LED灯珠,所述空心圆柱上固接有扇形齿轮,所述扇形齿轮啮合有齿轮,所述齿轮转动连接于所述收纳台上;
所述圆柱体顶部固接有花型安装箱,所述安装箱顶部固接有太阳能电池板乙,所述太阳能电池板乙上转动连接有清洁机构,所述安装箱内安装有触控一体式锂电池组、电机甲,所述电机甲的输出端连接有转轴甲,所述转轴甲一端伸出于所述安装箱并固接于所述齿轮。
进一步的,所述清洁机构包括清洁杆和清洁刷,所述清洁刷固接于所述清洁杆的下部,所述清洁杆固接有转轴乙,所述转轴乙转动连接于所述太阳能电池板乙的中心并通过电机乙驱动,所述清洁刷与太阳能电池板乙相接触。
进一步的,所述安装箱的底部安装有一圈毛刷,所述毛刷与太阳电池板甲相接触。
进一步的,所述齿轮的齿数等于扇形齿轮的齿数乘以灯体的个数。
进一步的,所述收纳台与安装箱的底面尺寸相同且等于灯体的底面积之和。
进一步的,所述安装箱内安装有测风仪,所述测风仪的传感器伸出于安装箱外。
进一步的,所述安装箱和灯体上分别开有供电线通过的通孔,所述LED灯珠、LED灯头、触控一体式锂电池组通过电线连接。
进一步的,所述电机由控制器控制,所述控制器信号连接于所述测风仪。
进一步的,所述灯体和收纳台为透明材质制成。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明为组合景观灯,多灯体保证了一个灯体坏的情况下也能够照明,同时花型的灯体增强了美观性能;
2、本发明的太阳能电池板有多块,增加了太阳光的利用率,提高了光电转化率;在大风等恶劣天气时,控制器控制灯体转进收纳台中进行收纳,提高了安全性能;
3、本发明的太阳能电池板设置有清洁机构,在收纳的过程中可以对太阳能电池板甲和太阳能电池板乙进行清洁,提高了光电转化率,延长了太阳能电池板的使用寿命。

使用原理:
太阳能电池板甲8和太阳能电池板乙13吸收太阳能转化为电能储存在触控一体式锂电池组中,晚上的时候锂电池组为LED灯头3和LED灯珠9提供电能,灯体7和收纳台4为透明材质制成,比如我们可以选用透明塑料,这样不管是伸展状态还是收纳状态都不妨碍道路照明。
大风等恶劣天气时,测风仪的传感器检测到风速过大,超过控制器设定值,控制器即控制电机甲(图中未显示)转动,电机甲带动转轴甲14转动,转轴甲14带动齿轮11转动,齿轮11即带动扇形齿轮10转动,齿轮11的齿数等于扇形齿轮10的齿数乘以灯体7的个数,这样就可以保证灯体7全部收纳于收纳台4上,如说明书附图中的图4所示,提高了安全性能。
因为安装箱12的底部安装有一圈毛刷16,毛刷16与太阳电池板甲8相接触,在灯体7转动收纳和伸展的过程中,毛刷16将太阳能电池板甲8表面的灰尘清洁干净。
太阳能电池板乙13上转动连接有清洁机构15,清洁机构15包括清洁杆151和清洁刷152,清洁刷152固接于清洁杆151的下部,清洁杆151固接有转轴乙153,转轴乙153转动连接于太阳能电池板乙13的中心并通过电机乙(图中未显示)驱动,清洁刷152与太阳能电池板乙13相接触。电机乙带动转轴乙153转动,使得清洁刷152在太阳能电池板乙13的表面转动,将太阳能电池板乙13表面的灰尘清洁干净。毛刷16和清洁机构15的设置提高了太阳能电池板的光电转化率,延长了太阳能电池板的使用寿命。

所述圆柱体顶部固接有花型安装箱,所述安装箱顶部固接有太阳能电池板乙,所述太阳能电池板乙上转动连接有清洁机构,所述安装箱内安装有触控一体式锂电池组、电机甲,所述电机甲的输出端连接有转轴甲,所述转轴甲一端伸出于所述安装箱并固接于所述齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自收纳太阳能LED景观灯,其特征在于:所述清洁机构包括清洁杆和清洁刷,所述清洁刷固接于所述清洁杆的下部,所述清洁杆固接有转轴乙,所述转轴乙转动连接于所述太阳能电池板乙的中心并通过电机乙驱动,所述清洁刷与太阳能电池板乙相接触。
