A solar garden lamp with a monitoring function comprises an installation base (1) and is characterized in that a stabilizing column (2) is vertically connected to the installation base (1), and one end of the stabilizing column (2) far away from the mounting base (1) is vertically connected with an upright rod (3), the upright rod (3) is connected with a mounting cylinder (4), and one end of the mounting cylinder (4) far away from the upright stanchion (3) is provided with a rotary drum (6), the surface of the rotary drum (6) is connected with a solar panel (8) through a support frame (10), the bottom of the solar cell panel (8) is rotationally connected with an adjusting rod (7), one end of the adjusting rod (7) movably penetrates through the rotary drum (6), and extend to the installation cylinder (4), install driving motor (12) in rotary drum (6), cylinder (16) are installed to the bottom in installation cylinder (4).
