本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能低频带空腔吸声反射帘。
背景技术
在建筑外围保护结构中,门窗的保温隔热能力差,因此,可设置可调节的活动这样(如遮阳棚、窗盖板、创联、热反射帘或自动卷帘等),减少夏季太阳辐射的热,增强冬季的保暖性能。
现有的热反射帘存在以下缺点:1、碰撞易损坏;2、不能过滤掉声音中多余杂音与低频;3、吸声效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种能过滤掉声音中多余杂音与低频、声音更清晰悦耳的多功能低频带空腔吸声反射帘。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含防撞条、薄壁共震层、空腔层、竹木结构层、微孔吸声层、不穿孔反射共震层、悬挂件、连接口;所述的防撞条的内侧设置有薄壁共震层,薄壁共震层的内侧设置有空腔层,空腔层内设置有竹木结构层;所述的薄壁共震层的外表面为微孔吸声层,薄壁共震层的内表面为不穿孔反射共震层;所述的防撞条、薄壁共震层、空腔层和竹木结构层一体连接,且上端固定有悬挂件;所述的防撞条的下部固定有两个连接口。
作为优选,所述的防撞条为橡胶条。
作为优选,所述的薄壁共震层采用超薄竹或木板制成,其外表面穿微孔。
作为优选,所述的两个连接口沿防撞条的轴线对称设置。
本发明的工作原理为:所述的薄壁共震层的一面为穿微孔面,穿微孔是为了吸声吸低频,声音通过微孔进入空腔再从空腔反射出微孔过滤掉声音中多余杂音与低频,使声音更清晰悦耳;另一面为不穿孔平面,平面是为了反射声音,光滑的表面具有反射声音的特性,同时薄壁共震层具有薄壁共震吸收低频功能;所述的空腔层吸收声音和低频;所述的防撞条是为了帘与帘之间发生碰撞时起缓冲隔断作用保护帘的表面不受损伤;所述的竹木结构层确保帘的形态稳定不变形。
采用上述结构后,本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种多功能低频带空腔吸声反射帘,碰撞不易损坏;能过滤掉声音中多余杂音与低频,声音更清晰悦耳,具有反射声音和吸收低频功能,吸声效果好,本发明具有结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低等优点。

所述的薄壁共震层2的外表面为微孔吸声层5,吸声吸低频,声音通过微孔进入空腔再从空腔反射出微孔过滤掉声音中多余杂音与低频,使声音更清晰悦耳。
所述的薄壁共震层2的内表面为不穿孔反射共震层6,反射声音,光滑的表面具有反射声音的特性。
所述的防撞条1、薄壁共震层2、空腔层3和竹木结构层4一体连接,且上端固定有悬挂件7,将帘悬挂在固定挂钩上;所述的防撞条1的下部固定有两个连接口8,用于帘与帘之间连接使用。
