(2) adding 15 parts of electroplating solution into the reserve tank; the viscosity of the feed liquid can be adjusted by adding electroplating liquid, the feed liquid is prevented from being too thick, and the difficulty in filtering of a plate-and-frame filter press is avoided;
(3) filtering the feed liquid in the reserved tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain zinc-containing mud and the filtered feed liquid, and pumping the filtered feed liquid into a reaction tank; the zinc-containing mud can be sent to a secondary zinc oxide workshop to produce a secondary zinc oxide finished product;
(4) adding 1.5 kg of potassium permanganate and 4 kg of activated carbon into the reaction tank, wherein the activated carbon is wood activated carbon, and stirring for reaction for 2 hours; the material is yellowed due to the electroplating mother liquor, and the active carbon is added to adsorb organic matters, so that the feed liquid is prevented from being too yellow; potassium permanganate is added to react with the iron element, so that the iron content in the feed liquid can be further reduced;
(5) and filtering the feed liquid in the reaction tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain activated carbon sludge and filtered feed liquid, and feeding the filtered feed liquid into a triple-effect evaporator to produce a regenerated potassium chloride product.
By the mother liquor treatment method after electroplating liquid evaporation treatment, the problem of mother liquor production can be solved, the mother liquor can be recycled, the cost for treating the mother liquor is reduced, and secondary damage to the environment is avoided.
The invention also provides a plate-and-frame filter press for a mother liquor treatment method after electroplating solution evaporation treatment, which comprises a frame 1 and a main beam rail 2 fixed on the frame 1, and further comprises:
a plurality of filter plates 3 which are arranged on the main beam track 2 and can move on the main beam track 2, and extension plates 4 are fixed on two sides of each filter plate 3; the filter plate 3 is used for filtering wastewater, the filter plate 3 is provided with a roller part rolling on the main beam track 2, and the extension plates 4 on two sides of the filter plate 3 are in contact fit with the plate pulling mechanism so as to be pulled by the plate pulling mechanism to move;
the cleaning support rail 5 is fixed on the rack 1, and the cleaning support rail 5 is positioned at two sides of the main beam rail 2; the cleaning support rail 5 and the main beam rail 2 are both provided with two rails so as to support the cleaning transverse moving mechanism at the upper part of the cleaning support rail in parallel;
the cleaning and transverse moving mechanism is arranged on the cleaning and supporting track 5 and can move along the cleaning and supporting track 5, the cleaning and transverse moving mechanism comprises a lower shell 6, the bottom of the lower shell 6 is provided with a track wheel 7 which is in rolling connection with the cleaning and supporting track 5, and a moving driving mechanism for driving the track wheel 7 to move is arranged in the lower shell 6; the cleaning traversing mechanisms on the two cleaning support rails 5 work synchronously, and the track wheels 7 are driven to rotate by the traveling driving mechanism, so that the track wheels 7 move on the cleaning support rails 5;

The cleaning transverse moving mechanism drives the pulling plate mechanism to integrally move for a section of displacement each time, the displacement is the width of the filter plate 3, meanwhile, the annular conveying guide rail 9 drives the telescopic pushing mechanism to move for a section of fixed displacement through the sliding piece 12, and the displacement is the distance between the adjacent sliding pieces 12; after the cleaning traversing mechanism is in a static state after moving, the telescopic pushing mechanism at the cleaning point 14 moves to the cleaning point 15, the extending plate 4 is pushed by the pushing head 18 to push the filter plate 3 to the cleaning point 15, and the telescopic pushing mechanism at the cleaning point 15 drives the cleaned filter plate 3 to move to the stacking point 16; meanwhile, the next telescopic pushing mechanism at the point 14 to be cleaned moves to the position where the universal ball 26 is separated from the limiting guide rail 10 and enters the opening area 13, under the action of the elastic restoring force of the spring telescopic rod 17, the spring telescopic rod 17 extends out to drive the pushing head 18 to move to the position of the filter plate 3 of the point 14 to be cleaned, and the clamping groove 19 clamps the extension plate 4; at the moment, the annular conveying guide rail 9 stops moving intermittently, the lifting driving mechanism of the lifting cleaning mechanism drives the cleaning frame 28 to descend, the cleaning roller 30 cleans the filter plates 3 at the cleaning points 15, the high-pressure cleaning pipe 31 washes the filter plates 3, the L-shaped rod 32 descends to be in motion contact with the back-pushing transmission mechanism in the descending process of the cleaning frame 28 to provide motion power for the back-pushing transmission mechanism, the back-pushing transmission mechanism pushes the back-pushing plate 20 at the stacking points 16 to enable the telescopic material pushing mechanism to be changed from an extension state to a compression state, and when the telescopic material pushing mechanism moves again, the material pushing head 18 cannot be in contact with the extension plate 4, so that interference is avoided.
The walking driving mechanism comprises a second speed-reducing stepping motor 33 arranged in the lower shell 6, the output end of the second speed-reducing stepping motor 33 is provided with a first synchronous belt wheel 34, the shaft end of the rail wheel 7 is provided with a second synchronous belt wheel 35, and the first synchronous belt wheel 34 and the second synchronous belt wheel 35 are in transmission connection through a first synchronous transmission belt 36; the rack 1 is also provided with a horizontally arranged rack 37, and the shaft end of the rail wheel 7 is provided with a first gear 38 which is meshed and connected with the rack 37.
The second speed-reducing stepping motor 33 moves the second synchronous pulley 35, the rail wheel 7 and the first gear 38 through the first synchronous pulley 34 and the first synchronous transmission belt 36, and the first gear 38 moves on the rack 37, so that the second speed-reducing stepping motor 33 can accurately drive the rail wheel 7 to move and fixedly displace on the cleaning support rail 5, and the filter plates 3 can be accurately cleaned.
The lifting driving mechanism comprises a third speed reducing stepping motor 39 arranged at the center of the top of the support 27 and guide wheels 40 positioned on two sides of the top of the support 27, a winding wheel 41 is arranged at the output end of the third speed reducing stepping motor 39, guide grooves 42 are formed in two sides of the support 27, guide trolleys 43 are fixed on two sides of the top of the cleaning frame 28, rollers of the guide trolleys 43 are in rolling connection with the guide grooves 42, pull ropes 44 are arranged on the guide wheels 40, and the pull ropes 44 are connected with the guide trolleys 43 after bypassing the guide wheels 40.
The third speed-reducing stepping motor 39 drives the two guide trolleys 43 to synchronously ascend and descend through the winding wheel 41 and the pull rope 44 bypassing the guide wheel 40, and further drives the cleaning frame 28 to smoothly ascend and descend in the guide groove 42.
The high-pressure cleaning pipe 31 is positioned below the cleaning roller 30, and the spraying direction of the high-pressure cleaning pipe faces the filter plate 3 at the cleaning point 15; a pre-cleaning roller 46, a brush washing pipe 47, a water guide sloping plate 48 and a first driven rotating shaft 49 are arranged on the guard plate 29 close to one side of the point to be cleaned 14, the pre-cleaning roller 46 is arranged on the outer wall of the guard plate 29 towards one side of the point to be cleaned 14, the brush washing pipe 47 is positioned right above one side of the cleaning roller 30 close to the pre-cleaning roller 46, the spraying direction of the brush washing pipe is towards the cleaning roller 30, a water guide opening 50 is arranged at the lower part of the guard plate 29, the water guide sloping plate 48 is fixed at the water guide opening 50, the inclined upper end of the water guide sloping plate 48 extends to the lower part of the cleaning roller 30, the inclined lower end of the water guide sloping plate 48 extends to the lower part of the pre-cleaning roller 46, the water guide sloping plate 48 guides the waste water after the cleaning roller 30 is cleaned by the brush washing pipe 47 to the pre-cleaning roller 46, and the pre-cleaning roller 46 pre-cleans the filter plates 3 of the point to be cleaned 14; a second gear 51 is installed at one end of the cleaning roller 30 close to one side of the point 14 to be cleaned, a third gear 52 and a first chain wheel 53 are installed on the first driven rotating shaft 49, the third gear 52 is meshed with the second gear 51, a second chain wheel 54 is installed at one end of the roller 30 to be cleaned, and the first chain wheel 53 is in transmission connection with the second chain wheel 54 through a transmission chain 55.

When the cleaning frame 28 descends to the lowest point, the L-shaped rod 32 and the lower pressing plate 62 descend to the lowest point, and the telescopic pushing mechanism is in a compressed state.

The lifting driving mechanism drives the cleaning frame 28 to descend to clean the filter plates 3 at the cleaning points 15, the descending position of the cleaning frame 28 can be judged according to the angular displacement output by the third speed reducing stepping motor 39, when the cleaning rollers 30 are lowered to a position where they contact the filter plates 3 at the cleaning points 15, the rotating motor 67 is turned on, the high-pressure cleaning pipe 31 supplies high-pressure water, the rotating motor 67 rotates the first pulley 69 and a corresponding one of the cleaning rollers 30 via the second pulley 70 and the first transmission belt 74, the rotating motor 67 rotates the fifth gear 72, the second driven rotation shaft 68 and the third pulley 73 in the reverse direction via the fourth gear 71, the third pulley 73 rotates the other first pulley 69 and a corresponding one of the cleaning rollers 30 via the second transmission belt 45, cleaning the filter plate 3 at the cleaning point 15, and making the rotation directions of the two cleaning rollers 30 opposite, so as to wash dirt on the filter plate 3 downwards; the brush washing pipe 47 washes the cleaning roller 30 to wash away stains on the surface of the cleaning roller 30, so that the cleaning roller 30 can better clean the filter plates 3 at the cleaning points 15, the waste water washed by the cleaning roller 30 through the brush washing pipe 47 is guided to the pre-cleaning roller 46 through the water guide sloping plate 48 and the water guide opening 50, the cleaning roller 30 drives the third gear 52, the first driven rotating shaft 49 and the first chain wheel 53 to rotate through the second gear 51, the first chain wheel 53 drives the pre-cleaning roller 46 to rotate through the transmission chain 55 and the second chain wheel 54, so that the pre-cleaning roller 46 and the cleaning roller 30 reversely rotate, so that the pre-cleaning roller 46 can clean the filter plate 3, the pre-cleaning roller 46 can pre-clean the filter plate 3 of the point to be cleaned 14 after being stained with sewage, by pre-cleaning the filter plate 3 of the point to be cleaned 14 by using sewage, the utilization rate of water resources can be improved, and meanwhile, the filter plate 3 is convenient to be subsequently re-cleaned;

Example 2
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the mother liquor treatment method after the plating liquid evaporation treatment comprises the steps of:
(1) adding 15 square of electroplating mother liquor into the reserved pool, adding 8 square of liquid alkali, adjusting the pH value to 7, and reducing the content of zinc chloride in the electroplating mother liquor to below 50;
(2) adding 16 parts of electroplating solution into the reserve tank;
(3) filtering the feed liquid in the reserved tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain zinc-containing mud and the filtered feed liquid, and pumping the filtered feed liquid into a reaction tank;
(4) adding 1.5 kg of potassium permanganate and 4 kg of activated carbon into the reaction tank, wherein the activated carbon is wood activated carbon, and stirring for reaction for 2 hours;
(5) and filtering the feed liquid in the reaction tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain activated carbon sludge and filtered feed liquid, and feeding the filtered feed liquid into a triple-effect evaporator to produce a regenerated potassium chloride product.
Example 3
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that the mother liquor treatment method after the plating liquid evaporation treatment comprises the steps of:
(1) adding 15 square of electroplating mother liquor into the reserved pool, adding 10 square of liquid alkali, adjusting the pH value to 9, and reducing the content of zinc chloride in the electroplating mother liquor to below 50;
(2) adding 18 parts of electroplating solution into the reserve tank;
(3) filtering the feed liquid in the reserved tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain zinc-containing mud and the filtered feed liquid, and pumping the filtered feed liquid into a reaction tank;
(4) adding 1.5 kg of potassium permanganate and 4 kg of activated carbon into the reaction tank, wherein the activated carbon is wood activated carbon, and stirring for reaction for 2 hours;
(5) and filtering the feed liquid in the reaction tank by using a plate-and-frame filter press to obtain activated carbon sludge and filtered feed liquid, and feeding the filtered feed liquid into a triple-effect evaporator to produce a regenerated potassium chloride product.
