Claims (7)
1. A cable handling device, comprising:
a frame main body;
the pressure-bearing assembly is connected with the frame main body and is used for supporting and fixing the external assembly; the bearing assembly includes: the first pressure-bearing bottom plate is connected with the second pressure-bearing bottom plate;
the cable tray frame comprises at least two groups of stabilizing assemblies, wherein the stabilizing assemblies are arranged outside the pressure bearing assemblies and used for bearing and fixing the cable tray frame;
wherein the stabilizing assembly comprises:
a stabilizer disposed outside the pressure bearing assembly;
the hydraulic telescopic frames are arranged outside the stabilizing member and used for telescopic adjustment of the stabilizing member;
the front fixing component is arranged outside the stabilizing part and used for fixedly connecting the front end of the cable tray frame;
the rear fixing component is also arranged outside the stabilizing part and is used for being matched with the front fixing component to perform linkage support on the rear end of the cable tray frame;
a rotating assembly arranged inside the stabilizing member for rotational driving of the cable tray frame.
2. The cable handling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the front securing assembly comprises:
a first stabilising plate disposed externally of the pressure containing assembly;
the first convex belts are arranged outside the first stabilizing plate;
a top frame;
the two connecting shaft brackets are arranged outside the top frame;
the limiting frame is arranged outside the top frame and used for the front connection of the cable tray frame;
the first anti-slip layer is positioned inside the limiting frame.
3. The cable handling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rear securing assembly comprises:
a second stabilizer plate disposed outside the stabilizer;
the plurality of second convex belts are arranged outside the second stabilizing plate;
the connecting frame is arranged outside the stabilizing piece;
the second sliding part is arranged outside the stabilizing part and used for sliding connection of the connecting frame;
a second driving member disposed outside the second slider;
the third fixed shaft bracket is also arranged outside the second sliding part and is used for matching with the second driving part to carry out rotation driving adjustment on the connecting frame;
and the reinforcing component is connected with the connecting frame and used for supporting the tail part of the cable tray frame.
4. The cable handling device of claim 3, wherein the reinforcement assembly comprises:
the support frame is connected with the connecting frame;
the second anti-skid layer is positioned on the outer side of the supporting frame and is used for anti-skid supporting contact of the tail part of the cable tray frame;
the fourth fixed shaft bracket is arranged inside the supporting frame;
and the support plate is connected with the fourth fixed shaft frame and used for supporting and fixing the tail part of the cable tray frame.
5. The cable handler apparatus of claim 1, wherein the swivel assembly includes:
the limiting groove is arranged in the stabilizing piece;
the first fixing shaft bracket and the second fixing shaft bracket are both arranged in the limiting groove;
the driving wheel is connected with the first fixed shaft bracket;
the driving wheel is connected with the second fixed shaft bracket and is used for matching with the driving wheel to rotate the cable tray frame;
a first drive member located externally of the drive wheel for rotational drive connection of the drive wheel.
6. The cable handling device of claim 1, further comprising:
the counterweight assembly is arranged inside the pressure bearing assembly and is used for stably adjusting the cable during moving and paying off;
the hydraulic assembly is arranged outside the pressure bearing assembly; the hydraulic assembly includes:
the hydraulic top frames are connected with the first pressure-bearing bottom plate and the second pressure-bearing bottom plate and used for adjusting the height of the external stabilizing piece;
and the hydraulic bottom frames are also connected with the first pressure-bearing bottom plate and the second pressure-bearing bottom plate and are used for stably supporting the paying-off of the device.
7. The cable handling apparatus of claim 6, wherein the counterweight assembly comprises:
the third sliding chute is positioned at the inner sides of the first pressure-bearing bottom plate and the second pressure-bearing bottom plate;
the counterweight sliding blocks are arranged inside the third sliding grooves and are used for adjusting the gravity center of the whole device;
the push rod is arranged outside the counterweight sliding block and used for convenient adjustment of the counterweight sliding block.
