Abstract
The invention relates to a cleaning device for a polytetrafluoroethylene transmission belt of a microwave press, which comprises a rack, a transmission roller, a transmission belt, a cleaning roller and a cleaning roller power structure, wherein the transmission roller is arranged on the rack; the conveying roller is arranged on the rack and can rotate, and the conveying belt is sleeved on the conveying roller; the cleaning roller is installed in the frame, and the cleaning roller is located the lateral surface one side of transmission band, and the output and the cleaning roller of cleaning roller power structure are connected, and the rotation direction of cleaning roller is opposite with the direction of delivery of transmission band. In the embodiment, the cleaning roller power structure comprises a first gear 11, a second gear 12 and a transmission chain 10; the first gear 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the transmission roller 8 and rotates along with the transmission roller 8, and the second gear 12 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the cleaning roller 5 and rotates along with the cleaning roller 5; the drive chain 10 is mounted on the first gear 11 and the second gear 12 in such a way that the cleaning roller 5 rotates in the opposite direction to the transport direction of the transport belt 1. When the cleaning roller is used, the motor of the microwave press drives the driving roller or the transmission roller 8 to rotate, the transmission roller 8 rotates to drive the first gear 11 to rotate, and the first gear 11 drives the second gear 12 to rotate through the transmission chain 10, so that the cleaning roller 5 rotates.
In the present embodiment, the transmission ratio of the first gear 11 to the second gear 12 is 2: 1 or 2.2: 1 or 2.4: 1 or 2.5: 1 or 2.8: 1 or 3: 1. when the cleaning device works, the cleaning roller 5 can better clean stains on the transmission belt 1.
In this embodiment, a pressure maintaining tow roller 7 is further included; the pressure maintaining dragging roller 7 is installed on the frame 3, and the pressure maintaining dragging roller 7 is located on one side of the outer side face of the conveying belt 1 and located above the cleaning roller 5.

1. A cleaning apparatus for a teflon transfer belt of a microwave press, comprising:
the device comprises a rack (3), a conveying roller (8) and a conveying belt (1); the conveying roller (8) is mounted on the rack (3) and can rotate, and the conveying belt (1) is sleeved on the conveying roller (8); and
a cleaning roller (5) and a cleaning roller power structure; cleaning roller (5) are installed in frame (3) and rotatable, thereby cleaning roller (5) are located lateral surface one side of transmission band (1) and clean transmission band (1) lateral surface, thereby cleaning roller power structure's output is connected with cleaning roller (5) and is driven cleaning roller (5) and rotate, and cleaning roller (5) rotation direction is opposite with the direction of delivery of transmission band (1).

A cleaning device for a teflon transfer belt of a microwave press as in claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning roller power structure comprises a first gear (11), a second gear (12) and a transmission chain (10); the first gear (11) is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the transmission roller (8) and rotates along with the transmission roller (8), and the second gear (12) is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the cleaning roller (5) and rotates along with the cleaning roller (5); the transmission chain (10) is sleeved on the first gear (11) and the second gear (12) so that the rotation direction of the cleaning roller (5) is opposite to the conveying direction of the conveying belt (1) and the conveying belt (1) can be cleaned.
3. A cleaning device for a teflon transfer belt of a microwave press according to claim 2, characterised in that the transmission ratio of the first gear wheel (11) to the second gear wheel (12) is 2: 1 to 3: 1.
