The fixed seat is fixed in a groove 44 which is used for installing the locking mechanism and arranged at the upper part of the lower box body through four M6 screws. The pull rod 53 and the fixed seat 55 are connected in series through a pin 56, the pin 54 is used for limiting connection, and the connecting rod 53 can rotate around the pin. The upper box body and the lower box body are locked through the nut 51, the back-tightening nut 52 and the locking block 57, the double-nut structure plays a role in preventing looseness, the locking block 57 is connected with the upper box body in a semi-cylindrical shape, the contact position is guaranteed to be in line contact, and reliable locking is facilitated. When the box is opened, the whole pull rod 53 can rotate around the pin shaft 56 by slightly loosening the nut 51 and the back nut 52, so that the upper box body can be taken down from the lower box body.
Referring to fig. 6, the inflation valve includes a sealing plug 61, a sealing pad 62, an inflation valve body 63, a cushion pad 64, a screw 65, a sleeve 66, a spring 67, and a bottom plug 68. The inflation valve is used for air tightness tests and can also be used for filling nitrogen. Before use, the screw plug 61 is opened, a special inflating device is in threaded connection with the inflating valve body, the interface is required to ensure air tightness, the cushion pad 64, the screw 65 and the sleeve 66 are pushed open by the inflating device, and the spring 67 starts to compress, so that gas flows into the packing box along the inflating opening 69 of the inflating valve body. After the inflation tool is used, the inflation tool is screwed off, the spring 67 automatically restores to the initial position, the cushion pad is in contact with the inflation valve body to play a sealing role, and finally the plug screw 61 is installed according to the state before inflation. The material of the inflation valve is machined and formed by 20# steel, and the end face of an o-shaped ring is used for sealing between the inflation valve and the lower box body. The inflation valve is connected to the upper box body through 8 internal hexagonal countersunk head screws of M6.
Referring to fig. 7, the pressure equalizing valve comprises a seal plug screw 71, a seal gasket 72, a pressure equalizing valve body 73 and a pressure equalizing bolt 74. Before use, the seal plug 71 is opened, the pressure equalizing bolt 74 is loosened, and gas leaks into the atmosphere from a pressure relief hole in the pressure equalizing valve body 73. The gas channel of the pressure equalizing valve body is increased from inside to outside, so that the harm to personnel caused by overlarge airflow is prevented. After use, the seal plug 71 is screwed down in the state before use. The pressure equalizing valve can be used for releasing air in the box body during nitrogen charging so as to purify the nitrogen purity. The pressure equalizing valve is made of 20# steel through machining and is sealed with the lower box body through an o-shaped ring. The pressure equalizing valve is connected to the upper box body through 8M 6 internal hexagonal countersunk head screws.
Referring to fig. 8, the humidity display device mainly includes a display panel 81, a sealing pad 82, a test paper mounting seat 83, a screw plug 84, and a humidity display test paper 85. The humidity display is used for measuring and displaying the humidity in the box body in the packing box, the humidity display is arranged at the middle lower part of the box body and keeps a certain distance with the drying agent, and the humidity display range is 30% -50%. And the humidity value of the air in the current packaging box is displayed by reading the value of the humidity display test paper. The humidity display material selects 20# steel machine tooling shaping, and the display panel 81 material is transparent organic glass, and the humidity display passes through 8M 6's interior hexagonal countersunk head screw and connects in box down. The humidity display and the lower box body are sealed by an o-shaped ring.
Referring to fig. 9, the adjustable buffering fixing structure includes an upper base 91, a lower base 92, a disc spring set 93, a wooden base 94, a felt 95, a guide bolt 96, and a nut 97. The upper end of the guide bolt 96 is connected with the wood base 94 through the upper base 91 and is screwed and fixed through the nut 97. The lower end is connected with the lower box body through a lower base 92, and a butterfly spring group 93 is connected in series in the middle. The contact part of the wood base 94 and the head section is bonded with felt 95. According to the size of the loaded load, the initial pretightening force is adjusted by adjusting the position of the nut 97 to achieve the effect of adjusting the buffering rigidity. When the packing box bears impact load, the head section compresses the disc spring downwards under the action of inertia to play a role in buffering.
The head section packing box vibration reduction interior decoration adopts a polyurethane vibration reduction material, and the material has the characteristics of low density, excellent vibration reduction and buffering performance, good fire resistance and heat insulation performance, simple processing and forming, good dimensional stability and the like. The cylindrical section of the lower box body of the packing box, which is wrapped by the vibration-damping inner decoration, has vibration-resisting and buffering effects on the product.
The packaging box can be used as a vertically placed packaging box for the head of the underwater vehicle. The packing box wholly adopts the structure of uncapping on the bucket formula, and upper and lower box body adopts and subtracts heavy design, has alleviateed self weight greatly, and the structure is light and handy, transport installation convenient operation. The inside is designed with an inflation valve, a pressure equalizing valve and a humidity display to ensure air tightness inspection and humidity display. The damping interior adopts polyurethane damping material, bonds in box, case lid inside, avoids head segment and packing box direct contact. An adjustable buffering and fixing structure is designed in the head section packaging box, so that the head section is reliably fixed in the packaging box and is damped.

the adjustable buffer fixing structure comprises an upper base, a lower base, a disc spring group, a wood base, a felt, a guide bolt and a nut; the upper end of the guide bolt is connected with the wood base through the upper base and is screwed and fixed through the nut; the lower end of the guide bolt is connected with the lower box body through the lower base, and the middle of the guide bolt is connected with the butterfly spring group in series; bonding a felt to the contact part of the wood base and the underwater vehicle head section; according to the size of the loaded load, the initial pretightening force of the butterfly spring is adjusted by adjusting the position of the nut, so that the buffer rigidity is adjusted; when the packing box bears impact load, the head section downwards compresses the disc spring under the action of inertia to play a role in buffering;
