The support assembly 3 has a support balloon 31, wherein the support balloon 31 is adapted to be connected to an external gas source such that the external gas source inflates the support balloon 31, thereby switching the support balloon 31 between the expanded state and the contracted state.
The support airbag 31 is configured to be expanded toward the seating space when the relative position of the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1 exceeds a predetermined value, so as to support the hip and waist of the user. The backrest portion 2 is rotatable with respect to the cushion portion 1, and the support airbag 31 is deployed when the position at which the backrest portion 2 is rotated with respect to the cushion portion 1 exceeds a set value, which can be flexibly set according to the height and body shape of the user. And the set value may be a rotation angle of the backrest part 2 with respect to the cushion part 1, such as when the rotation angle of the backrest part 2 with respect to the cushion part 1 is greater than 100 °, the supporting airbag 31 is deployed, or when a user with a large height may set the set value to a rotation angle of the backrest part 2 with respect to the cushion part 1 greater than 110 °, the supporting airbag 31 is deployed, or when the angle at which the user lies is large, the set value may be set to a larger angle. The set value may be the displacement amount of the backrest portion 2 with respect to the cushion portion 1.
It can be understood that, when a user lies on the seat 100, the backrest portion 2 needs to be rotated relative to the cushion portion 1, so that the seating space between the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1 is large, and the user can lie and lean on the seat in a relatively unfolded posture, at this time, the user can manually control the state of the support airbag 31, so that the support airbag 31 is manually inflated, or the inflation state of the support airbag 31 can be automatically controlled according to the position state of the backrest portion 2 relative to the cushion portion 1 by an automatic control device, so that the support airbag 31 can be in an open state, and the waist and hip portions of the user can be effectively supported in the seating space. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the support assembly 3 further comprises an inflator 32, the inflator 32 is connected to the support bladder 31 via an air tube 34, and the inflator 32 is configured to pump air into the support bladder 31. The inflator 32, as a power element for pumping gas towards the inside of the support airbag 31, can provide an effective gas driving force during the process of expanding the support airbag 31, and specifically, an outlet end of the inflator 32 and an inlet of the support airbag 31 can be connected through the gas pipe 34, so that the gas flow pumped by the inflator 32 can be output to the support airbag 31 through the gas pipe 34, thereby realizing the expanding action of the support airbag 31.
It should be noted that, the inflator 32 of the present invention may also be configured as a bidirectional pump, for example, the inflator 32 may rotate forward to enable the inflator 32 to pump gas toward the support airbag 31, or the inflator 32 may rotate reversely to enable the gas in the support airbag 31 to flow out, so that the gas in the support airbag 31 may be automatically input or extracted by the inflator 32.
Or in some embodiments, the inflator 32 may be used to inflate the supporting airbag 31, and an exhaust port may be provided on the supporting airbag 31, and an exhaust plug may be provided at the exhaust port, so that when a user needs to adjust the position of the backrest portion 2, the exhaust plug may be taken out from the exhaust port, so as to automatically exhaust the airflow on the supporting airbag 31, and also to implement a pressure releasing process of the supporting airbag 31.
In some embodiments, the support member 3 further comprises a gas storage bag 33, the gas storage bag 33 is used for temporarily storing gas, the gas storage bag 33 is disposed on the gas pipe 34, and particularly the gas storage bag 33 is connected in series with the gas pipe 34, that is, the gas storage bag 33 is always in communication with the gas pipe 34, so that the gas in the gas storage bag 33 can flow in the gas pipe 34 when the gas pressure in the gas pipe 34 changes.
The air storage bag 33 is located between the inflator 32 and the support air bag 31, and the inflator 32 is used for pumping the air in the air storage bag 33 to the support air bag 31, that is, the inflator 32, the air storage bag 33 and the support air bag 31 are connected in series through the air pipe 34, so that when the inflator 32 is started, the air in the air storage bag 33 can flow to the support air bag 31 through the air pipe 34. It is understood that the air reservoir 33 of the present invention can be used not only as an air source for the support airbag 31, but also as a receiver for the air flow discharged from the support airbag 31.
Specifically, when the user rotates the backrest part 2 with respect to the cushion part 1 beyond the set position, the inflator 32 rotates in the forward direction to drive the air flow in the air storage bag 33 toward the support air bag 31, so that the support air bag 31 is switched from the contracted state to the expanded state, at which time the support air bag 31 can support the hip part of the user with the air storage bag 33 as an air source.
When the user rotates the backrest portion 2 to a normal position (e.g. the backrest portion 2 is perpendicular to or nearly perpendicular to the cushion portion 1) relative to the cushion portion 1, the inflator 32 rotates in a reverse direction to drive the airflow in the support airbag 31 to flow back to the air storage bag 33, so that the support airbag 31 is switched from the expanded state to the contracted state, at this time, the support airbag 31 is accommodated in the gap between the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1, and the air storage bag 33 serves as an accommodating member for exhausting the airflow in the support airbag 31.
Therefore, the air storage bag 33 can achieve double functions of air supply and air collection, has dual purposes, is beneficial to reducing the cost and saving the installation space. It should be noted that an installation space may be provided at the bottom of the seat cushion portion 1, the air storage bag 33, the air pipe 34 and the inflator 32 in the present invention may be provided in the installation space, and the seat cushion portion 1 may shield components in the installation space so that the components in the installation space are not visible from the outside, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the external visual effect of the seat 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the seat 100 further comprises: the detection element 4 is electrically connected with the control element 5, the control element 5 is electrically connected with the inflator 32, the detection element 4 is used for detecting the relative position of the backrest part 2 and the cushion part 1, and the control element 5 is used for controlling the inflator 32 to be selectively started according to the detection result of the detection element 4.
That is, the detecting element 4 and the control element 5 in the present invention may be used in cooperation to collectively achieve the self-expanding action of the supporting airbag 31. Specifically, the detection element 4 is electrically connected to the control element 5, so that the detection element 4 can send the detection result to the control element 5, and the control element 5 can analyze and judge the detection result to determine the actual position of the backrest portion 2 relative to the cushion portion 1 according to the detection result. Thus, a specific algorithm can be integrated in the control element 5 to control the inflator 32 to be turned on when the control element 5 analyzes that the relative position of the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1 exceeds the set value according to the detection result, so that the inflator 32 pumps the gas toward the inside of the support airbag 31.
During specific installation, the detection element 4 can be installed on the backrest part 2 to detect the relative position of the cushion part 1 and the backrest part 2 in the movement process of the backrest part 2, or the detection element 4 can be installed on the cushion part 1 to detect the relative position of the backrest part 2 and the cushion part 1. Of course, the detecting elements 4 may be disposed at the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1 at the same time, that is, the detecting elements 4 may be disposed in plural, the detecting elements 4 are disposed at different positions of the seat 100, and the different detecting elements 4 are all electrically connected to the control element 5, so that the different detecting elements 4 detect the relative positions of the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1 at different positions at the same time, and the control element 5 can analyze and determine the detection results of the detecting elements 4, thereby synthesizing the detection results of the detecting elements 4, screening out abnormal data, and more accurately determining the actual relative position between the backrest portion 2 and the cushion portion 1.
Therefore, the automatic control of the supporting air bag 31 can be realized, the accuracy of the control process can be ensured in the automatic control process, the phenomenon that the error of a detection result is overlarge due to the fault of a part of detection elements 4 is avoided, and the supporting air bag 31 is prevented from being opened by mistake. That is, the detecting element 4 of the present invention can be used as an inductive switch of the supporting component 3, and the real-time detection function of the detecting element 4 is utilized to realize the automatic induction function, so as to cooperate with the control element 5 to realize the automatic control process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the seat 100 is suitable for a vehicle, and the control element 5 is integrated with a vehicle control unit, that is, the control element 5 of the seat 100 in the present invention can be directly integrated with the vehicle control unit, so that the existing vehicle control unit can be utilized to perform an optimization or modification control procedure based on the existing vehicle control unit, thereby implementing the cooperation with the detection element 4.
Therefore, a new control element 5 does not need to be separately developed or designed, the design cost of the seat 100 is reduced, the number of parts of the seat 100 is reduced, the installation space occupied by the parts is reduced, and the integrated arrangement of the seat 100 is realized. The control element 5 is integrated in the vehicle control unit, and a user can actively operate the state of the inflator pump 32 on the vehicle control unit, so that active intervention of the user is achieved, and the initiative and flexibility of the seat 100 in use are improved.
In some embodiments, the control element 5 comprises a control PCB board, and the control PCB board is disposed on the cushion part 1 or the backrest part 2. That is, the control element 5 can be separately provided, so that the structure of the control element 5 itself is simple, and a complicated program does not need to be provided, thereby being beneficial to reducing the difficulty of the arrangement of the control element 5.
In the specific arrangement, the control PCB, the detection element 4 and the inflator 32 can be arranged adjacent to each other, so that a signal transmission path between the PCB, the detection element 4 and the inflator 32 is short, thereby facilitating improvement of accuracy and corresponding speed of signal transmission.
In some embodiments, the detecting element 4 includes an angle sensor for detecting a rotation angle of the backrest part 2 with respect to the cushion part 1; and/or the detection element 4 includes a displacement sensor for detecting the amount of displacement of the backrest part 2 relative to the cushion part 1.
That is, an angle sensor may be provided for detecting a rotation angle of the backrest portion 2 with respect to the cushion portion 1 in real time, thereby indirectly determining the position of the backrest portion 2 according to the rotation angle, or a displacement sensor may be provided for detecting a displacement amount of the backrest portion 2 with respect to the cushion portion 1 in real time, or both the angle sensor and the displacement sensor may be provided to analyze the position of the backrest portion 2 with respect to the cushion portion 1 in combination with the detection results of the angle sensor and the displacement sensor, thereby more accurately and reliably analyzing the actual position of the backrest portion 2 and improving the accuracy of the detection results.
In other words, the type of the detecting element 4 in the present invention can be flexibly set according to actual installation requirements or accuracy requirements, which is beneficial to improve the flexibility and rationality of the seat 100 setting.
In some embodiments, the seat 100 further comprises: a manual switch connected to the inflator 32 and adapted to be actuated by a user to control the inflator 32 to selectively turn on. That is to say, the inflator pump 32 in the present invention can not only realize automatic control through the cooperation of the detection element 4 and the control element 5, but also be operated manually by the user, so as to reduce the limitation of automatic control and facilitate to meet the use requirements of the user in a larger scale.
When the chair is specifically designed, the manual switch can be arranged at a position where the hand of a user can conveniently touch, for example, the manual switch is arranged on the left side or the right side of the cushion part 1, so that when the user sits on the chair 100, the hand of the user can be naturally placed at the position where the manual switch is located, and therefore the user can conveniently and actively operate the manual switch, and the manual switch is favorably in control connection with the inflator pump 32 located below the cushion part 1.
In some embodiments, the support assembly 3 further comprises: the air valve switch 35, the air valve switch 35 is disposed on the air pipe 34, and the air valve switch 35 is located between the air storage bag 33 and the support air bag 31. The air valve switch 35 is used for controlling on/off between the air storage bag 33 and the support air bag 31, that is, when the air valve switch 35 is in a closed state, the air storage bag 33 is disconnected from the support air bag 31.
It can be understood that, when the user uses the seat 100 normally, the supporting airbag 31 does not need to be opened, at this time, a large amount of gas is stored in the gas storage bag 33 to serve as a stored gas source, and when the gas valve switch 35 is in the closed state, the gas storage bag 33 is disconnected from the supporting airbag 31, so that the gas flow in the gas storage bag 33 is not easy to enter the supporting airbag 31 automatically, and the supporting airbag 31 is prevented from entering the gas when the seat 100 is in the normal use state. Similarly, when a user lies on the seat 100, the supporting airbag 31 needs to be expanded, and at this time, the air valve switch 35 is in an open state, and the air storage bag 33 is communicated with the supporting airbag 31, so that the air flow in the air storage bag 33 enters the supporting airbag 31 under the action of the inflator 32, and the expanding action of the supporting airbag 31 is realized.
And, it should be noted that, after the inflator 32 pumps the air flow in the air storage bag 33 into the support air bag 31, the support air bag 31 is in an inflated state, at this time, the inflator 32 is not operated, and the air valve switch 35 can be closed, so that the air pressure in the support air bag 31 is kept constant, thereby ensuring that the support air bag 31 is in a stable state when the user lies on the seat 100.
The air valve switch 35 can be electrically connected with the control element 5, so that the control element 5 can directly control the air valve switch 35, and the automatic control function of the air valve switch 35 is realized.
In some embodiments, a storage space is formed at the connection position of the backrest part 2 and the cushion part 1, and the supporting airbag 31 is disposed in the storage space, wherein an elastic stretchable cloth is disposed at the connection position of the backrest part 2 and the cushion part 1, the elastic stretchable cloth is used for shielding the storage space, and the supporting airbag 31 and the elastic stretchable cloth are disposed opposite to each other.
The elastic telescopic cloth can be propped open to deform under the action of external force, and when the external force is removed, the elastic telescopic cloth is recovered to a contraction state. That is, the elastic stretchable cloth is located outside the support airbag 31. Thus, when the support airbag 31 is in the stowed state, the elastic stretchable fabric automatically contracts and shields the support airbag 31 so that the support airbag 31 is not visible from the user's perspective; when the supporting airbag 31 is in the expanded state, the elastic telescopic cloth is expanded under the action of the supporting airbag 31, that is, the elastic telescopic cloth does not interfere with the supporting effect of the supporting airbag 31 on the waist and the hip of the user, so that the structural arrangement of the seat 100 is more reasonable, and the improvement of the use comfort and the safety of the user on the seat 100 is facilitated.
