Description

Vehicle seat reclining apparatus
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat reclining device mounted on an autonomous vehicle or the like.
Background
In an autonomous vehicle that constantly or temporarily performs driving operations such as acceleration, braking, and steering operations, there may be times when a passenger does not participate in driving the vehicle at all. In the case of so-called automatic travel in which the occupant is not involved in driving of the vehicle at all, attention of the occupant to the state of the vehicle and the state of the environment outside the vehicle becomes insufficient. Therefore, at the time of automatic travel, the occupant cannot expect a change in the vehicle behavior due to a braking operation, a steering operation, or the like, and the body is likely to swing greatly due to the inertial force generated by the change in the vehicle behavior. This reduces the ride comfort of the autonomous vehicle.
For this reason, for example, patent document 1 discloses a vehicle seat that improves the riding comfort of a vehicle when the vehicle turns left and right. The vehicle seat described in patent document 1 is configured such that the seat is coupled to the floor portion so as to be able to tilt left and right, thereby suppressing an increase in the amplitude of the seat body due to torsional deformation of the vehicle body during vehicle traveling, and improving the riding comfort of the vehicle during left and right cornering.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the vehicle seat described in patent document 1 is provided on both left and right sides in the vehicle interior with respect to the center line of the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction, and each vehicle seat is independently tilted left and right with respect to the floor portion. Therefore, when a center console or the like protruding upward from the floor portion is disposed between the vehicle seats arranged in the left-right direction, for example, there is a problem that the vehicle seats cannot be tilted greatly because the vehicle seats may interfere with the center console or the like when tilted greatly in the left-right direction with respect to the floor portion. Further, in order to largely tilt the vehicle seats, the vehicle seats arranged in the left and right direction must be disposed apart from the center console or the like by a predetermined distance or more, which causes a problem of a reduction in the riding quality in the left and right direction in the vehicle compartment.
The invention provides a vehicle seat reclining device which can enable a seat to be inclined more greatly by a simple structure and can improve the sitting performance in the left and right directions in a vehicle chamber.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a vehicle seat reclining apparatus, wherein,
the vehicle seat reclining device includes:
a plurality of seats for seating occupants, which are arranged side by side in a left-right direction in a vehicle compartment of a vehicle;
a seat fixing floor provided at a floor portion of the vehicle compartment and to which the plurality of seats are fixed;
a roll-direction driving device that causes the seat fixing floor to tilt in a roll direction;
a pitch direction driving device that causes the seat fixing floor to tilt in a pitch direction; and
a control unit that controls the roll-direction driving device and the pitch-direction driving device,
the control unit performs the following control:
controlling the roll-direction driving device such that the seat fixed floor is inclined in a turning direction with respect to a floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle turns left and right;
controlling the pitch-direction drive device so that the seat fixed floor is inclined forward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion while the vehicle is accelerating; and
controlling the pitch-direction drive device so that the seat fixed floor is inclined rearward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle decelerates.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, since a plurality of seats arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be tilted by the tilting motion of one seat fixed floor, the seats can be tilted more largely with a simple structure. Further, since the plurality of seats arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be arranged close to each other in the left-right direction, the seating performance in the left-right direction in the vehicle interior can be improved.

A center seat 13 (see fig. 7) is provided between the left and right rear seats 12.
The seat fixed floor 20 has a pitch-direction tilt-movement floor 21 that tilts in a pitch direction, and a roll-direction tilt-movement floor 22 that tilts in a roll direction. The pitch-direction sloping motion floor 21 has a substantially rectangular shape, and the roll-direction sloping motion floor 22 is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the pitch-direction sloping motion floor 21 when viewed from above. The seat 10 is fixed to the pitch-direction tilt floor 21.
In the present embodiment, the seat fixing floor 20 has a front seat fixing floor 20A to which the front seat 11 is fixed and a rear seat fixing floor 20B to which the rear seat 12 is fixed.
The front seat fixed floor 20A has a front-seat pitch-direction tilt movement floor 21A that tilts in a pitch direction, and a front-seat roll-direction tilt movement floor 22A that tilts in a roll direction. The front seat pitch direction inclined floor 21A has a substantially rectangular shape, and the front seat roll direction inclined floor 22A is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the front seat pitch direction inclined floor 21A when viewed from above. Two front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction are fixed to the front-seat pitching-direction reclining floor 21A.
The rear seat fixed floor 20B has a rear seat pitch-direction tilt movement floor 21B that tilts in a pitch direction and a rear seat roll-direction tilt movement floor 22B that tilts in a roll direction. The rear seat pitch direction inclined floor 21B has a substantially rectangular shape, and the rear seat roll direction inclined floor 22B is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the rear seat pitch direction inclined floor 21B when viewed from above. The rear seat 12 is fixed to the rear seat pitch direction reclining floor 21B.
The roll-direction driving device 30 includes: a front-seat-tilting-direction drive device 30A that tilts the front-seat-fixed floor 20A in the tilting direction; and a rear-seat-tilting-direction drive device 30B that moves the rear-seat-fixed floor 20B in a tilting motion in a tilting direction.
The pitch direction driving device 40 includes: a front seat pitch-direction driving device 40A that tilts the front seat fixed floor 20A in the pitch direction; and a rear seat pitch-direction driving device 40B that tilts the rear seat fixed floor 20B in the pitch direction.
< tilting movement of front seat fixed floor >
Next, a mechanism of tilting the front seat fixing floor 20A will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the front tilting direction reclining floor 22A is fixed to a front tilting direction rotating shaft 60A (a tilting direction rotating shaft 60), and the front tilting direction rotating shaft 60A is pivotally supported by the floor portion 111 substantially at the center of the front tilting direction reclining floor 22A in the left-right direction and above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111 in the up-down direction, and extends in the front-back direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the front seat pitch direction inclined floor 21A is fixed to a front seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70A (pitch direction rotation shaft 70), and the front seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70A is pivotally supported on the front seat pitch direction inclined floor 22A at substantially the same position in the front-rear direction as the rear end portion 21A of the front seat pitch direction inclined floor 21A and extends in the left-right direction. In the present embodiment, the front seat pitch direction rotating shaft 70A (pitch direction rotating shaft 70) is disposed behind the front seat 11 and below the floor surface of the front seat reclining direction tilt floor 22A.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the front seat pitch direction drive device 40A is attached to the front seat reclining direction tilt floor 22A. The front seat pitch direction driving device 40A includes a servomotor 41A, a worm gear mechanism 42A, and a ball screw mechanism 43A. The front seat pitch direction driving device 40A transmits the forward/reverse rotation driving force of the servomotor 41A to the front seat pitch direction tilt floor 21A via the worm gear mechanism 42A and the ball screw mechanism 43A, thereby tilting the front seat pitch direction tilt floor 21A in the pitch direction. In the present embodiment, the front seat pitching direction reclining floor 21A includes a lever member 23A extending in an arc shape downward from a front end portion. The rod member 23A of the front seat pitching direction tilting floor 21A is engaged with the nut member 44A of the ball screw mechanism 43A. The rod member 23A of the front seat pitching direction tilting floor 21A is driven in the vertical direction together with the nut member 44A of the ball screw mechanism 43A. Therefore, the front seat pitch direction tilting movement floor 21A is tilted in the pitch direction about the front seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70A by the front seat pitch direction driving device 40A as indicated by an arrow a2 in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A is attached to the floor portion 111. The front seat reclining direction driving device 30A includes a servomotor 31A, a worm gear mechanism 32A, and a ball screw mechanism 33A. The front seat reclining direction driving device 30A transmits the forward and reverse rotational driving force of the servomotor 31A to the front seat reclining direction floor 22A via the worm gear mechanism 32A and the ball screw mechanism 33A, thereby tilting the front seat reclining direction floor 22A in the reclining direction. In the present embodiment, the front seat reclining direction floor 22A is engaged with the nut member 34A of the ball screw mechanism 33A. The front seat reclining moving floor 22A is driven in the left-right direction together with the nut member 34A of the ball screw mechanism 33A. Therefore, the front seat reclining floor 22A is tilted in the roll direction about the front seat reclining direction rotation axis 60A by the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A as indicated by an arrow a1 in fig. 2 and 4.
At this time, since the front seat pitch-direction inclined floor 21A is fixed to the front seat pitch-direction rotating shaft 70A (pitch-direction rotating shaft 70) pivotally supported on the front seat pitch-direction inclined floor 22A so as to extend in the left-right direction, and the front seat pitch-direction driving device 40A is attached to the front seat pitch-direction inclined floor 22A, the front seat pitch-direction inclined floor 21A also tilts in the roll direction integrally with the front seat pitch-direction driving device 30A when the front seat pitch-direction driving device 30A tilts in the roll direction. Therefore, the front-seat-roll-direction tilting floor 22A and the front-seat-pitch-direction tilting floor 21A are tilted in the roll direction integrally by the front-seat-roll-direction driving device 30A. In this way, the front seat pitch-direction driving device 40A and the front seat roll-direction driving device 30A are driven, whereby the front seat pitch-direction tilt movement floor 21A tilts in the pitch direction and the roll direction. Thus, the two front seats 11 fixed to the front-seat pitching direction tilting floor 21A and arranged side by side in the lateral direction tilt in the pitching direction and the rolling direction together with the front-seat pitching direction tilting floor 21A.
In this way, one front seat fixed floor 20A is tilted, whereby a plurality of front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be tilted. Therefore, even when a center console or the like protruding upward from the floor portion 111 is disposed between the plurality of front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, for example, the center console or the like can tilt together with the plurality of front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction because the front seat fixing floor 20A tilts. Therefore, when the plurality of front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction are tilted, there is no possibility of interference with the center console or the like. This enables the front seat 11 to be largely tilted, and the front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction do not need to be arranged apart from a center console or the like by a predetermined distance or more, but can be arranged close to each other in the left-right direction, in order to largely tilt the front seat 11, so that the sitting performance in the left-right direction in the vehicle interior 110 can be improved.
Further, in the front seat fixed floor 20A, the front seat reclining direction inclined floor 22A and the front seat pitching direction inclined floor 21A are integrally inclined in the roll direction by the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A, and the front seat pitching direction inclined floor 21A is inclined in the pitch direction by the front seat pitching direction driving device 40A, so that the front seat fixed floor 20A can be inclined in the pitch direction and the roll direction with a simple configuration.
Further, the front-seat-roll-direction reclining floor 22A tilts about the front-seat-roll-direction rotation axis 60A in the roll direction. Further, since the front-seat-tilting-direction rotating shaft 60A is pivotally supported by the floor portion 111 at a position substantially at the center of the front-seat-tilting-direction tilting floor 22A in the lateral direction and above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111 in the vertical direction, and extends in the front-rear direction, when the front-seat-fixing floor 20A tilts in the tilting direction and one end portion in the lateral direction of the front-seat-fixing floor 20A displaces downward, the one end portion displaces downward while further displacing toward the center in the vehicle width direction. For example, as shown in fig. 4, when the front seat fixed floor 20A is tilted in the roll direction and the right end portion of the front seat fixed floor 20A is displaced downward, the front-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60A is positioned above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111, and therefore the right end portion of the front seat fixed floor 20A is displaced downward while being displaced further toward the vehicle-width-direction center side than in the case where the front-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60A is positioned substantially at the same position as the floor surface 111a in the vertical direction and the case where the front-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60A is positioned below the floor surface 111 a. This can reduce the displacement of the upper end 10A of the front seat 11 fixed to the front seat fixed floor 20A outward in the vehicle width direction when the front seat fixed floor 20A tilts in the roll direction and the one end portion in the left-right direction of the front seat fixed floor 20A tilts to displace downward.
< reclining motion of rear seat fixed floor >
Next, a mechanism of tilting the rear seat fixing floor 20B will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 11.
As shown in fig. 7, the rear seat reclining floor 22B is fixed to a rear seat reclining direction rotating shaft 60B (roll direction rotating shaft 60), and the rear seat reclining direction rotating shaft 60B is pivotally supported by the floor portion 111 substantially at the center of the rear seat reclining direction floor 22B in the left-right direction and above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111 in the up-down direction, and extends in the front-back direction.
As shown in fig. 8, the rear seat pitch-direction inclined floor 21B is fixed to a rear seat pitch-direction rotating shaft 70B (pitch-direction rotating shaft 70), and the rear seat pitch-direction rotating shaft 70B is pivotally supported on the rear seat pitch-direction inclined floor 22B at substantially the same position in the front-rear direction as the front end portion 21B of the rear seat pitch-direction inclined floor 21B and extends in the left-right direction. In the present embodiment, the rear seat pitch direction rotating shaft 70B (pitch direction rotating shaft 70) is disposed in front of the rear seat 12 and below the floor surface of the rear seat reclining direction tilt floor 22B.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the rear seat pitch-direction drive device 40B is attached to the rear seat reclining-direction tilt floor 22B. The rear seat pitch direction driving device 40B includes a servomotor 41B, a worm gear mechanism 42B, and a ball screw mechanism 43B. The rear seat pitch direction driving device 40B transmits the forward/reverse rotation driving force of the servomotor 41B to the rear seat pitch direction tilt movement floor 21B via the worm gear mechanism 42B and the ball screw mechanism 43B, thereby tilting the rear seat pitch direction tilt movement floor 21B in the pitch direction. In the present embodiment, the rear seat pitching direction reclining floor 21B includes a lever member 23B extending downward in an arc shape from a rear end portion. The rod member 23B of the rear seat pitching direction tilting floor 21B engages with the nut member 44B of the ball screw mechanism 43B. The rod member 23B of the rear seat pitching direction tilting floor 21B is driven in the vertical direction together with the nut member 44B of the ball screw mechanism 43B. Therefore, the rear seat pitch direction tilt floor 21B tilts in the pitch direction about the rear seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70B as indicated by arrow B2 in fig. 8 by the rear seat pitch direction drive device 40B.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, the backseat tilting direction driving device 30B is attached to the floor portion 111. The backseat tilt direction driving device 30B includes a servomotor 31B, a worm gear mechanism 32B, and a ball screw mechanism 33B. The rear seat reclining direction driving device 30B transmits the forward and reverse rotational driving force of the servomotor 31B to the rear seat reclining direction floor 22B via the worm gear mechanism 32B and the ball screw mechanism 33B, thereby tilting the rear seat reclining direction floor 22B in the reclining direction. In the present embodiment, the rear seat reclining direction floor 22B is engaged with the nut member 34B of the ball screw mechanism 33B. Then, the rear seat reclining direction floor 22B is driven in the left-right direction together with the nut member 34B of the ball screw mechanism 33B. Therefore, the rear-seat-roll-direction reclining floor 22B is tilted in the roll direction about the rear-seat-roll-direction rotation axis 60B by the rear-seat-roll-direction driving device 30B as indicated by an arrow B1 in fig. 7 and 9.
At this time, since the rear seat pitch-direction tilt floor 21B is fixed to the rear seat pitch-direction rotation shaft 70B (pitch-direction rotation shaft 70) that is pivotally supported by the rear seat pitch-direction tilt floor 22B and extends in the left-right direction, and the rear seat pitch-direction drive device 40B is attached to the rear seat pitch-direction tilt floor 22B, when the rear seat pitch-direction drive device 30B tilts in the roll direction, the rear seat pitch-direction tilt floor 21B also tilts in the roll direction integrally with the rear seat pitch-direction drive device 30B. Therefore, the rear-seat-roll-direction tilt floor 22B and the rear-seat-pitch-direction tilt floor 21B tilt integrally in the roll direction by the rear-seat-roll-direction drive device 30B. In this way, the rear seat pitch-direction driving device 40B and the rear seat roll-direction driving device 30B are driven, whereby the rear seat pitch-direction tilt movement floor 21B tilts in the pitch direction and the roll direction. Thereby, the two rear seat seats 12 fixed to the rear seat pitching direction tilting floor 21B and arranged side by side in the left-right direction tilt in the pitching direction and the rolling direction together with the rear seat pitching direction tilting floor 21B.
In this way, one rear seat fixed floor 20B is moved obliquely, whereby a plurality of rear seats 12 arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be tilted. Therefore, even in the case where the center seat 13 is disposed between the plurality of rear seats 12 arranged side by side in the left-right direction, the center seat 13 can be tilted together with the plurality of rear seats 12 arranged side by side in the left-right direction because the rear seat fixed floor 20B is tilted. Therefore, when the plurality of rear seats 12 arranged side by side in the left-right direction are tilted, there is no possibility of interference with the center seat 13. This enables the rear seat 12 to be largely tilted, and the rear seats 12 arranged side by side in the left-right direction do not need to be arranged apart from the center seat 13 by a predetermined distance or more, but can be arranged close to each other in the left-right direction, in order to largely tilt the rear seat 12, so that the sitting performance in the left-right direction in the vehicle interior 110 can be improved.
Further, in the rear seat fixed floor 20B, the rear-seat-roll-direction inclined moving floor 22B and the rear-seat-pitch-direction inclined moving floor 21B are integrally inclined in the roll direction by the rear-seat-roll-direction driving device 30B, and the rear-seat-pitch-direction inclined moving floor 21B is inclined in the pitch direction by the rear-seat-pitch-direction driving device 40B, so that the rear seat fixed floor 20B can be inclined in the pitch direction and the roll direction with a simple configuration.
Further, the rear seat reclining movement floor 22B is tilted in the reclining direction about the rear seat reclining direction rotation axis 60B. Further, since the rear-seat-tilting-direction rotating shaft 60B is pivotally supported by the floor portion 111 at a position substantially at the center of the rear-seat-tilting-direction tilting floor 22B in the lateral direction and above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111 in the vertical direction, and extends in the front-rear direction, when the rear-seat-fixing floor 20B tilts in the tilting direction and one end portion in the lateral direction of the rear-seat-fixing floor 20B displaces downward, the one end portion displaces further toward the vehicle-width-direction center side and displaces downward. For example, as shown in fig. 9, when the rear seat fixed floor 20B is tilted in the roll direction and the right end portion of the rear seat fixed floor 20B is displaced downward, the rear-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60B is positioned above the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111, and therefore, the right end portion of the rear seat fixed floor 20B is displaced downward while being displaced further toward the vehicle-width-direction center side than in the case where the rear-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60B is positioned substantially at the same position as the floor surface 111a in the vertical direction and the case where the rear-seat-tilt-direction rotating shaft 60B is positioned below the floor surface 111 a. This can reduce the displacement of the upper end 10a of the rear seat 12 fixed to the rear seat fixed floor 20B outward in the vehicle width direction when the rear seat fixed floor 20B tilts in the roll direction and the one end portion in the left-right direction of the rear seat fixed floor 20B tilts so as to displace downward.
In this way, since the seat 10 has the plurality of front seats 11 arranged side by side in the left-right direction in the vehicle cabin 110 of the vehicle and the rear seat 12 arranged behind the front seats 11, the seat fixing floor 20 has the front seat fixing floor 20A to which the front seats 11 are fixed and the rear seat fixing floor 20B to which the rear seats 12 are fixed, and the seat fixing floor 20 is divided into the front seat and the rear seat, the seat fixing floor 20 can be downsized, and the roll direction driving device 30 and the pitch direction driving device 40 can be downsized. Further, since the degree of freedom of the positions where the roll-direction driving device 30 and the pitch-direction driving device 40 are arranged is increased, the roll-direction driving device 30 and the pitch-direction driving device 40 can be arranged with efficient use of space.
Further, since the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A and the front seat pitch direction driving device 40A that drive the front seat fixed floor 20A can be disposed in front of the vehicle interior 110 and the rear seat reclining direction driving device 30B and the rear seat pitch direction driving device 40B that drive the rear seat fixed floor 20B can be disposed behind the vehicle interior 110, it is possible to reduce transmission of sound and vibration generated when one of the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B is driven to the other. Further, the vehicle interior 110 can be increased, and the ride quality in the vehicle interior 110 can be improved.
< control of drive of seat fixing floor >
When the vehicle 100 turns left and right, the control unit 50 controls the front seat roll direction driving device 30A and the rear seat roll direction driving device 30B so that the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B are tilted in the turning direction with respect to the floor portion 111. Specifically, the control unit 50 controls the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A and the rear seat reclining direction driving device 30B such that the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B are tilted with respect to the floor portion 111 such that the left end portion is downward and the right end portion is upward when the vehicle 100 turns left, and controls the front seat reclining direction driving device 30A and the rear seat reclining direction driving device 30B such that the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B are tilted with respect to the floor portion 111 such that the right end portion is downward and the left end portion is upward when the vehicle 100 turns right.
The control unit 50 controls the front seat pitching direction driving device 40A and the rear seat pitching direction driving device 40B so that the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B are inclined forward with respect to the floor portion 111 when the vehicle 100 is accelerated, and controls the front seat pitching direction driving device 40A and the rear seat pitching direction driving device 40B so that the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B are inclined rearward with respect to the floor portion 111 when the vehicle 100 is decelerated. Specifically, the control unit 50 controls the front seat pitching direction driving device 40A and the rear seat pitching direction driving device 40B so that the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B are tilted with respect to the floor portion 111 such that the front end portions are downward and the rear end portions are upward when the vehicle 100 is accelerated, and controls the front seat pitching direction driving device 40A and the rear seat pitching direction driving device 40B so that the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B are tilted with respect to the floor portion 111 such that the rear end portions are downward and the front end portions are upward when the vehicle 100 is decelerated.
Thus, when the vehicle 100 turns left and right, the seat fixing floor 20 (the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B) is inclined in the turning direction with respect to the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111, when the vehicle 100 is accelerated, the seat fixing floor 20 (the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B) is inclined forward with respect to the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111, when the vehicle 100 is decelerated, the seat fixing floor 20 (the front seat fixing floor 20A and the rear seat fixing floor 20B) is inclined rearward with respect to the floor surface 111a of the floor portion 111, therefore, when the vehicle 100 turns left and right and when accelerating or decelerating, the plurality of seats 10 (the front seat 11 and the rear seat 12) fixed to the seat fixing floor 20 are tilted in a direction in which the inertia force generated by the occupant seated in the seat 10 is canceled. This reduces the swinging of the occupant in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction with respect to the seat 10, and improves the riding comfort of the occupant seated in the seat 10.
Further, since the front-seat pitching direction rotating shaft 70A and the rear-seat pitching direction rotating shaft 70B can be disposed at positions close to each other, even when the front-seat fixed floor 20A and the rear-seat fixed floor 20B are tilted in the pitching direction, the difference in height between the front-seat fixed floor 20A and the rear-seat fixed floor 20B can be reduced, and the sitting property in the vehicle interior 110 can be improved. Further, since the front seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70A and the rear seat pitch direction rotation shaft 70B can both be disposed in the vicinity of the center of the vehicle 100 in the front-rear direction, when the vehicle 100 is accelerated or decelerated, if the front seat fixed floor 20A and the rear seat fixed floor 20B are tilted in the pitch direction, the discomfort given to the occupant can be reduced.
When the vehicle 100 is automatically driven, the control unit 50 performs feedforward control on the roll direction driving device 30 and the pitch direction driving device 40 based on automatic driving control plan information, which is information as a plan on how to control the vehicle 100 in the future, and vehicle behavior estimation information, which is information for estimating what behavior the vehicle 100 performs in the future by external recognition.
This can prevent the seat attachment floor 20 from tilting with a time difference with respect to the behavior of the vehicle. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the seat 10 from feeling uncomfortable or carsickness due to the tilting movement with a time difference with respect to the behavior of the vehicle, and to reduce the swinging in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction by the occupant seated in the seat 10.
Further, the control unit 50 controls the roll-direction driving device 30 and the pitch-direction driving device 40 so that the seat fixing floor 20 does not tilt with respect to the floor portion 111 in the case of manual driving in which the vehicle 100 is driven by an operation of the occupant.
This enables the occupant who drives the vehicle 100 to accurately grasp the behavior of the vehicle 100 and to perform safe driving operation.
< seat suspension device >
Each seat 10 of the front seat 11 and the rear seat 12 is fixed to the seat fixing floor 20 via a seat suspension device 80. In the present embodiment, the seat suspension device 80 is an air spring capable of absorbing vibration and reducing vibration transmitted to the seat 10, and capable of adjusting the height of the seat 10 in the vehicle interior 110. The air spring is of a diaphragm type capable of supporting thrust from the lateral direction, for example, and includes a pneumatic pump, a pneumatic pressure adjusting valve, an auxiliary air chamber, a variable throttle mechanism, a seat height detection sensor, and the like, which are not shown.
In the related art, each seat is individually tilted by a seat tilt movement device provided under the seat. Therefore, since the seat reclining device is provided under the seat, it is difficult to provide the seat suspension device 80 under the seat due to the space under the seat.
In the present embodiment, since the roll direction driving device 30 and the pitch direction driving device 40 can be provided at positions offset from the center portion of the seat surface of the seat 10 when viewed in the vertical direction, the seat suspension device 80 can be easily provided below the seat 10.
Further, according to the present embodiment, when the vehicle 100 turns left and right and when accelerating or decelerating, the front-rear direction and left-right direction inertial forces generated by the occupant seated in the seat 10 are cancelled by the tilting motion of the seat fixing floor 20, and therefore the load generated by the occupant is integrated in the up-down direction. Thus, the seat suspension device 80 as an air spring can effectively absorb vibration including high-frequency vibration from the road surface, and thus improves the riding comfort at the time of turning the vehicle 100 left and right and at the time of acceleration and deceleration.
Further, since the seat suspension device 80 is an air spring, the height of the seat 10 in the vehicle compartment 110 can be adjusted by the air spring. This allows the height of the seat 10 in the vehicle interior 110 to be adjusted to the target position without being affected by the magnitude of the swing in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction by the occupant seated in the seat 10.
< leg rest and leg rest >
A leg rest 15 and a foot rest 16 are provided on the seat 10. When the vehicle 100 is automatically driven, the leg rest 15 is disposed at a position where the calf of the occupant seated in the seat 10 can be placed, and the leg rest 16 is disposed at a position where the sole of the occupant seated in the seat 10 can be placed (see solid lines in fig. 3 and 8). On the other hand, when the vehicle 100 is driven by the operation of the occupant, the leg rest 15 and the leg rest 16 are housed in the lower portion of the seat 10 (see the broken lines in fig. 3 and 8).
Accordingly, when the vehicle 100 is automatically driven, the burden on the feet and the waist of the occupant seated in the seat 10 can be reduced by the leg rest 15 and the leg rest 16. On the other hand, when the vehicle 100 is being driven by the operation of the occupant, the leg rest 15 and the leg rest 16 are stored in the lower portion of the seat 10, so that the leg rest 15 and the leg rest 16 can be made not to interfere with the driving operation.
< rotating pair seat >
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the front seat 11 is fixed to the front seat fixing floor 20A via a seat rotating mechanism 81. The front seat 11 is rotatable on the front seat fixed floor 20A by the seat rotation mechanism 81, and can select a state in which the occupant is seated forward and a state in which the occupant is seated rearward.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 12, the front seat 11 can be seated rearward by the occupant during automatic driving of the vehicle 100 or the like. By setting the front seat 11 to a state in which the occupant is seated rearward, the occupant seated in the front seat 11 and the occupant seated in the rear seat 12 in the vehicle compartment 110 can spend time in a face-to-face state.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like can be appropriately made.
For example, although the present embodiment shows an example in which the vehicle seat reclining device 1 is applied to the vehicle 100 capable of both automatic driving and manual driving, the vehicle seat reclining device 1 may be applied to a vehicle capable of only automatic driving, or the vehicle seat reclining device 1 may be applied to a vehicle capable of only manual driving.
For example, in the present embodiment, the roll direction driving device 30 and the pitch direction driving device 40 include a servomotor, a worm gear mechanism, and a ball screw mechanism, but may include other mechanisms such as a hydraulic mechanism and a wire mechanism.
Further, for example, in the present embodiment, the seat suspension device 80 is an air spring, but the seat suspension device 80 is not limited to the air spring, and may be a spring device based on a magnetic force, or may be an electric or hydraulic actuator capable of actively performing vibration damping control.
In the present specification, at least the following matters are described. Although the corresponding components and the like in the above-described embodiments are shown in parentheses, the present invention is not limited to these.
(1) A vehicle seat reclining device (vehicle seat reclining device 1) in which,
the vehicle seat reclining device includes:
a plurality of seats (seats 10) for seating occupants, which are arranged side by side in the left-right direction in a vehicle compartment (vehicle compartment 110) of a vehicle (vehicle 100);
a seat fixed floor (seat fixed floor 20) which is provided in a floor portion (floor portion 111) of the vehicle compartment and to which the plurality of seats are fixed;
a roll-direction driving device (roll-direction driving device 30) that moves the seat fixed floor in a roll direction in a tilting manner;
a pitch direction driving device (pitch direction driving device 40) that causes the seat attachment floor to tilt in a pitch direction; and
a control unit (control unit 50) that controls the roll-direction driving device and the pitch-direction driving device, wherein,
the control unit performs the following control:
controlling the roll direction driving device so that the seat fixed floor is inclined in a turning direction with respect to a floor surface (floor surface 111a) of the floor portion when the vehicle turns left and right;
controlling the pitch-direction drive device so that the seat fixed floor is inclined forward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion while the vehicle is accelerating; and
controlling the pitch-direction drive device so that the seat fixed floor is inclined rearward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle decelerates.
According to (1), since the seat fixing floor is inclined in the turning direction with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle turns left and right, the seat fixing floor is inclined forward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle accelerates, and the seat fixing floor is inclined rearward with respect to the floor surface of the floor portion when the vehicle decelerates, the plurality of seats fixed to the seat fixing floor are inclined in the direction opposite to the inertial force generated by the occupant seated in the seat when the vehicle turns left and right and when the vehicle accelerates or decelerates. This reduces the front-rear and left-right swinging of the occupant seated in the seat, and improves the riding comfort of the occupant seated in the seat.
Further, since the plurality of seats arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be tilted by the tilting motion of the single seat fixing floor, the seats can be tilted more largely with a simple structure. This makes it possible to further reduce the front-rear direction and left-right direction swings caused by an occupant seated in the seat with a simple structure. Further, since the plurality of seats arranged side by side in the left-right direction can be arranged close to each other in the left-right direction, the seating performance in the left-right direction in the vehicle interior can be improved.
(2) The reclining device for a vehicle seat according to (1), wherein,
the seat fixing floor has: a pitch-direction inclined moving floor (pitch-direction inclined moving floor 21) which is inclined moving in the pitch direction; and a roll-direction inclined moving floor (roll-direction inclined moving floor 22) which is inclined-moved in the roll direction,
the roll-direction inclined moving floor is provided so as to surround an outer periphery of the pitch-direction inclined moving floor when viewed from above,
the seat is fixed to the pitch direction tilt movement floor,
the rolling-direction tilt floor is fixed to a rolling-direction rotation shaft (rolling-direction rotation shaft 60) that is pivotally supported by the floor portion substantially at the center of the rolling-direction tilt floor in the left-right direction and above the floor surface of the floor portion in the up-down direction and extends in the front-back direction,
the tilt floor is fixed to a tilt rotation shaft (tilt rotation shaft 70) that is pivotally supported by the tilt floor in the roll direction at a position substantially identical to a front end portion or a rear end portion of the tilt floor in the front-rear direction and extends in the left-right direction,
the roll-direction tilt floor and the pitch-direction tilt floor are integrally tilted in the roll direction about the roll-direction rotation axis by the roll-direction driving device,
under the action of the pitching direction driving device, the pitching direction inclined motion floor performs the inclined motion along the pitching direction by taking the pitching direction rotating shaft as the center.
According to (2), since the seat fixing floor has the pitch-direction tilt-movement floor that tilts in the pitch direction and the roll-direction tilt-movement floor that tilts in the roll direction, the roll-direction tilt-movement floor is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the pitch-direction tilt-movement floor when viewed from above, the roll-direction tilt-movement floor and the pitch-direction tilt-movement floor tilt-move in the roll direction integrally under the action of the roll-direction driving device, and the pitch-direction tilt-movement floor tilts in the pitch direction under the action of the pitch-direction driving device, it is possible to tilt the seat fixing floor in the pitch direction and the roll direction with a simple configuration.
Further, since the roll-direction tilt floor is fixed to the roll-direction rotation shaft which is pivotally supported by the floor portion substantially at the center of the roll-direction tilt floor in the lateral direction and above the floor surface of the floor portion in the vertical direction and extends in the front-rear direction, and the roll-direction tilt floor and the pitch-direction tilt floor tilt integrally tilt in the roll direction about the roll-direction rotation shaft by the roll-direction driving device, when the seat fixed floor tilts in the roll direction and one end portion in the lateral direction of the seat fixed floor displaces downward, the one end portion displaces downward while further displacing toward the center in the vehicle width direction. Thus, when the seat fixing floor is tilted in the roll direction and the one end portion in the left-right direction of the seat fixing floor is tilted so as to be displaced downward, the displacement of the upper end of the seat fixed to the seat fixing floor outward in the vehicle width direction can be reduced.
(3) The reclining device of a vehicle seat according to (1) or (2), wherein,
the seat is fixed to the seat fixed floor via a seat suspension device (seat suspension device 80),
the seat suspension device is an air spring that absorbs vibrations from the road surface in the vertical direction and can adjust the height of the seat in the vehicle compartment.
According to (3), when the vehicle turns left and right and when the vehicle accelerates or decelerates, the inertial force in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction generated by the occupant seated in the seat is cancelled by the tilting motion of the seat fixing floor, and therefore the load generated by the occupant is integrated in the up-down direction. Thus, the suspension device as an air spring can effectively absorb vibration including high-frequency vibration from the road surface, and thus improves the riding comfort during the lateral turning and acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle.
(4) The reclining movement device for a vehicle seat according to any one of (1) to (3),
the vehicle is capable of being driven automatically,
the control unit performs feed-forward control on the roll-direction driving device and the pitch-direction driving device based on automatic driving control plan information at the time of automatic driving of the vehicle and externally recognized vehicle behavior estimation information.
According to (4), the vehicle can be automatically driven, and the control unit performs the feed-forward control of the roll direction driving device and the pitch direction driving device based on the automatic driving control plan information at the time of automatic driving of the vehicle and the externally recognized vehicle behavior estimation information, so that it is possible to prevent the seat fixed floor from performing the tilting motion with a time difference with respect to the vehicle behavior. This makes it possible to prevent a feeling of discomfort or a car sickness due to a tilting movement of the seat with a time difference with respect to the behavior of the vehicle, and to reduce the front-rear and left-right swinging of an occupant seated in the seat.
(5) The reclining movement device for a vehicle seat according to any one of (1) to (4),
the control portion controls the roll-direction driving device and the pitch-direction driving device such that the seat fixing floor is not inclined with respect to the floor portion in a case where the vehicle is being driven by an operation of an occupant.
According to (5), when the vehicle is being driven by the operation of the occupant, the control portion controls the roll-direction driving device and the pitch-direction driving device so that the seat attachment floor does not tilt with respect to the floor portion, so that the occupant driving the vehicle can accurately grasp the behavior of the vehicle and can perform a safe driving operation.
(6) The reclining movement device for a vehicle seat according to any one of (1) to (5),
the vehicle is capable of being driven automatically,
a leg rest (a leg rest 15) and a foot rest (a foot rest 16) are arranged on the seat,
the leg rest is disposed at a position where a calf of an occupant seated in the seat can be placed, and the foot rest is disposed at a position where a sole of the occupant seated in the seat can be placed, when the vehicle is automatically driven,
the leg rest and the leg rest are housed in a lower portion of the seat in a case where the vehicle is being driven by an operation of the occupant.
According to (6), since the vehicle can be driven automatically, the leg rest and the foot rest are provided on the seat, and when the vehicle is driven automatically, the leg rest is disposed at a position where the calf of the occupant seated in the seat can be placed, and the foot rest is disposed at a position where the sole of the occupant seated in the seat can be placed, it is possible to alleviate the burden on the feet and the waist of the occupant seated in the seat. On the other hand, when the vehicle is being driven by the operation of the occupant, the leg rest and the leg rest are stored in the lower portion of the seat, and therefore the leg rest and the leg rest can be prevented from interfering with the driving operation.
(7) The reclining movement device for a vehicle seat according to any one of (1) to (6),
the seat is rotatable on the seat fixed floor, and is capable of selecting a state in which the occupant is seated forward and a state in which the occupant is seated rearward.
According to (7), since the seat can be rotated on the seat fixed floor and the state in which the occupant is seated forward and the state in which the occupant is seated rearward can be selected, the occupant can be seated rearward at the time of automatic driving of the vehicle or the like.
