The first surface and the second surface can have large fall, can be far away from and can be positioned on different sides of a product, and the films can be adhered by utilizing the adhesive tape. By utilizing the outlines of the first surface and the second surface, the protective film with relatively complex shape can be accurately positioned. The number of the diaphragms can be more than 2, and a plurality of connecting parts can be arranged for connecting the added diaphragms. When the number of the membranes is large, the structure is complex, or the area of part of the membranes is large, a plurality of connecting parts can be arranged between the adjacent membranes for connection.
Preferably, the first membrane is enclosed around the second membrane. Such an arrangement may cover typical exterior surface arrangements of electronic products, such as a smart watch back, a card camera surface, a smartphone surface with a raised camera and raised Logo in the middle, a meter case surface with a display screen in the raised position, and so forth.
Preferably, the protective film further comprises a separation strip for separating the protective film, so that a user can tear the protective film before using the product. The separating strips can be arranged in various ways, for example, one or more separating strips can be arranged on one membrane with a relatively large area, and the plurality of membranes can be torn off at one time due to the integral arrangement of the protecting membranes. When the protective film includes a plurality of membranes, a plurality of separation strips may be provided on different membranes for the convenience of the user. In a typical application where the first membrane is wrapped around the second membrane, the separator strip may be disposed in a cut-out between the first membrane and the second membrane, thereby preventing the separator strip from protruding beyond the product contour and easily damaging the separator strip during a boxing operation or the like. When the protective film is provided in a transparent form, the separation strip or a part thereof may be provided in a vivid color so that the user can quickly find the separation strip.

In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the present application or the prior art, the following will describe the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings. For the sake of simplicity, the figures only schematically represent parts relevant to the present application and they do not represent actual components of the product, method or process flow. In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components or modules having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically illustrated or only labeled. In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
It should be further understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. In this document, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
The first embodiment is as follows: a protective film.
As shown in fig. 1, the protective film 1 of the present embodiment is used for being adhered to the outer surface of a bottom case 2 of a smart watch, and includes a first film 101, a second film 102 and a connecting portion 103, which are punched or cut from the same raw material film; the connecting portion 103 integrally connects the first diaphragm 101 and the second diaphragm 102. As shown in fig. 4, the bottom case 2 has a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 which need to be protected by a film, and the first surface 201 surrounds the second surface 202 but is not connected with the second surface 202. There is a 3mm drop between the first surface 201 and the second surface 202.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the first membrane 101 is disposed around the second membrane 102, matching the first surface 201 and the second surface 202, respectively. As shown in fig. 5, due to the arrangement of the connection portion 103, the first film sheet 101 and the second film sheet 102 can adapt to the height difference and the position difference between the first surface 201 and the second surface 202, so as to realize the adhesion protection of two surfaces which are separated and have a large difference in height by using the same protective film 1.
In this embodiment, after the attachment is completed, since the connection portion 103 is not completely attached to the outer surface of the bottom case 2, the user can tear the protection film 1 off through the connection portion 103 before using the smart watch. As shown in fig. 2, as a variation of this embodiment, when the protective film 1 is not easily torn from the protected surface, a separation strip 104 may be further provided on the first film 101 or the second film 102 to facilitate the user to tear the protective film 1.
In addition, when the number of the surfaces needing film sticking protection is more than 2, only more corresponding membranes and connecting parts need to be arranged on the protective film 1 in a matching manner; in the case of a larger number of membranes, a plurality of separation strips 104 may also be provided at different locations for the convenience of the user. As shown in fig. 3, since the first film 101 of the present embodiment is enclosed around the second film 102, and a large cut-out portion is formed between the first film 101 and the second film 102, the separation strip can be disposed in the cut-out portion, so as to prevent the separation strip 104 from protruding out of the contour of the bottom case 2 and being easily damaged. When the separation strip 104 is disposed on the first film sheet 101, a user can tear the first film sheet 101 with a larger area first; when the separation strip 104 is disposed on the second film 102, the second film 102 is higher than the first film 101 after the protective film 1 is attached, so that a user can tear off the protective film 1 with the separation strip 104 more easily. In order to facilitate the user to quickly find the separation strip 104, the separation strip 104 or a portion thereof may be provided in a color that contrasts sharply with the color of the bottom case 2.
Example two: a smart watch.
As shown in fig. 6 (only relevant parts are shown), the smart watch 4 of the present embodiment includes a bottom case 2 disposed on the wrist side and a protective film 1 described in the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the outer surface of the bottom case 2 includes a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 which need to be protected by a film, and the first surface 201 and the second surface 202 are not connected to each other and have a drop height of 3 mm. The first and second films 101 and 102 are adhered to the first and second surfaces 201 and 202, respectively, and serve as scratch protection during transportation of the smart watch 4. Before use, the user only needs to tear off the protective film 1 once through the connecting portion 103 which is not attached to the surface of the bottom case 2.
In other embodiments, the protective film 1 may be provided with a separation strip 104 as shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3 to facilitate the user to tear off the protective film 1 before using the smart watch.
Example three: a film sticking jig.
The film sticking jig 3 of the present embodiment is used for sticking the protective film 1 of the first embodiment to the bottom case 2 of the smart watch 4 of the second embodiment. Because the protective film is usually thinner and softer, the protective film is difficult to directly paste by manpower, has low speed, is easy to paste askew, is easy to wrinkle and leave air bubbles, and therefore, the protective film is usually required to be pasted by a special jig. The functions that the film sticking jig 3 needs to include have at least: the positioning of the protective film 1, the positioning of the bottom shell 2, the laminating of the film surfaces on the protective film 1 and the bottom shell 2, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, the film sticking jig 3 includes a base 301, and a surrounding portion 302 is convexly disposed on the top of the base 301 for positioning the bottom case 2 in the horizontal direction during film sticking. The enclosing portion 302 encloses a lamination surface on top of the base 301, the lamination surface comprising a first lamination surface 303 and a second lamination surface 304 which are not connected to each other and have a drop height, and matching with the first surface 201 and the second surface 202 on the bottom case 2, respectively. The enclosing part 302 is provided with 2 pairs of vertical groove-shaped gaps 308, and each pair of the groove-shaped gaps 308 is oppositely arranged on two sides of the film pressing surface and divides the enclosing part 302 into 4 parts. Wherein the bottom surface of the 2 slot-like indentations 308 is flush with the top of the base 301, and the bottom surface of the 2 slot-like indentations 308 is lower than the top of the base 301, i.e. lower than the first press-fit surface 303 in the figure. 2 slot-shaped breach 308 that the parallel and level set up are used for placing intelligent wrist-watch 4's watchband, and the convenient getting of intelligent wrist-watch 4 is put when 2 recessed slot-shaped breach 308 that set up is used for the pad pasting.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the top of the base 301 is further vertically provided with 2 sliding grooves 305 away from each other, and the side surfaces of the 2 sliding grooves 305 are connected with the first pressing surface 303. A stop block 306 is arranged in the sliding groove 305 in a sliding mode, and a spring 307 is arranged between the bottom of the sliding groove 305 and the bottom surface of the stop block 306; when the spring 307 receives only the weight of the stopper 306 and the smart watch 4, the upper end of the stopper 306 is higher than the upper end of the chute 305. The purpose of the chute 305 and stop 306 is to: positioning the protective film 1 by using the side surface of the stop block 306; when the intelligent watch 4 is placed, the bottom shell 2 keeps a certain distance from the protective film 1, and the protective film 1 is prevented from being contacted before the bottom shell 2 is positioned, so that the protective film 1 is prevented from being attached askew; since there is no need to worry about contact with the protective film 1, the smart watch 4 can be placed and positioned faster, simplifying the operation while improving productivity; the operation of sequentially pressing the protective films 1 from one side to the other side can be simply realized at the time of pressing.
While the first pressing surface 303 and the second pressing surface 304 are respectively matched with the first surface 201 and the second surface 202 on the bottom case 2, the stopper 306 is matched with the surface of the bottom case 2 which does not need to be pasted with a film, and as shown in fig. 9, when the protective film 1 is placed on the film pasting jig 3, the side surface of the protective film 1 can be used for positioning the protective film 1. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a recess is formed above the 2 sliding grooves 305 and the second pressing surface 304, but the structure is limited to the application of this embodiment, so as to mill the structure at one time, and in other applications, the sliding grooves 305 can be flexibly arranged according to the surface of a specific product without film.
The surfaces of the first and second press- fit surfaces 303 and 304 have elasticity, and can be realized by sticking an elastic material. The elastic surface can prevent the surfaces of the protective film 1 and the bottom shell 2 from being damaged during film pasting, and the protective film 1 can be better pressed on the bottom shell 2.
Example four: a method for sticking a film.
The film attaching method of the embodiment is used for attaching the protective film 1 described in the first embodiment to the bottom case 2 of the smart watch 4 described in the second embodiment through the film attaching jig 3 described in the third embodiment. The first film 101 and the second film 102 of the protective film 1, the first pressing surface 303 and the second pressing surface 304 of the film sticking jig 3, and the sliding groove 305 are arranged according to the surface matching of the bottom case 2, and the enclosing part 302 is arranged according to the contour matching of the bottom case 2.
The film pasting method comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a protective film 1 on a film sticking jig 3, and positioning the protective film 1 through a first membrane 101 and 2 stop blocks 306;
s2, placing the intelligent watch 4 downwards along the inner side surface of the enclosing part 302 until the intelligent watch contacts the stop blocks 306, namely placing the intelligent watch 4 into the enclosing part 302 and placing the intelligent watch on the 2 stop blocks 306;
s3, pressing down the intelligent watch 4 until the first film 101 is pressed on the first surface 201 by the first pressing surface 303 and the second film 102 is pressed on the second surface 202 by the second pressing surface 304;
