The collecting frame is characterized by further comprising a fourth spring 38, a stop block 39, a second guide sleeve 40, a third guide rod 41, a rubber plate 42 and an L-shaped plate 43, the second guide sleeve 40 is arranged on the lower portion of the support 2 on the right side, the third guide rod 41 is sleeved in the second guide sleeve 40, the right end of the third guide rod 41 is connected with the rubber plate 42, the left end of the third guide rod 41 is in contact with the right side of the collecting frame 3, the L-shaped plate 43 is arranged on the lower portion of the left side of the support 2 on the right side, the fourth spring 38 is arranged in the middle of the right side of the left wall of the L-shaped plate 43, the right end of the fourth spring 38 is connected with the stop block 39, and the stop block 39 is arranged on the left side of the right wall of the collecting frame 3.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is needed to destroy disposable medical instruments, a user pours the disposable medical instruments to be destroyed into the third frame body 16, then the user controls the motor 6 to rotate to drive the first rotating shaft 8 to rotate, further drive the cylinder 9 to rotate, further drive the blade 10 to rotate, at the moment, the user pulls the pull ball 25 downwards, drives the first baffle plate 20 to move rightwards through the pull wire 23, the first spring 21 is compressed, when the first baffle plate 20 moves rightwards to open the blanking hole 17, the disposable medical instruments in the third frame body 16 flow out of the blanking hole 17 and enter the first frame body 12, meanwhile, the rotating blade 10 stirs the falling disposable medical instruments, when the disposable medical instruments in the first frame body 12 reach a certain amount, the user loosens the pull ball 25, the first spring 21 extends to reset, drives the first baffle plate 20 to move leftwards to reset, and blocks the blanking hole 17, at this time, the user controls the cylinder 27 to extend to drive the first sliding block 5 and the upper device thereof to move downwards, so that the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 move downwards, the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 move downwards to perform another mincing on the disposable medical instrument in the first frame 12, when the blade 10 moves downwards to be close to the bottom in the second frame 14, the user controls the cylinder 27 to contract, so that the first sliding block 5 and the upper device thereof move upwards, so that the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 move upwards, when the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 move upwards to be away from the disposable medical instrument in the first frame 12, the user controls the cylinder 27 to extend again, the operation is repeated, so that the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 continuously move upwards and downwards to perform the mincing on the disposable medical instrument in the first frame 12, the minced disposable medical instrument falls into the collecting frame 3 from the first through hole 15, and when all the disposable medical instruments in the first frame 12 are completely minced and enter the collecting frame 3, after the cylinder 9 and the blade 10 are moved upward and reset, the user controls the cylinder 27 to stop working. And then the user repeats the step of putting down the disposable medical instrument in the third frame body 16, puts the disposable medical instrument in the third frame body 16 into the first frame body 12 again, and if the step is repeated, the user controls the motor 6 to stop working until all the disposable medical instrument in the third frame body 16 is smashed and destroyed, and then takes away the smashed medical instrument in the collection frame 3 for processing.
Because the shaking device 28 is further included, the shaking device 28 is disposed on the bottom plate 1 and the left bracket 2, the shaking device 28 includes a first guide rod 281, a first ball 282, and a second ball 283, third slide rail 284, third slider 285, second spring 286 and connecting rod 287, 5 bottoms on left first slider are connected with first guide arm 281, first guide arm 281 right side lower part is equipped with first ball 282, second framework 14 left side lower part is equipped with second ball 283, second ball 283 is below first ball 282, bottom plate 1 top left side is equipped with third slide rail 284, third slide rail 284 upper sliding type is connected with third slider 285, third slider 285 top is connected with connecting rod 287, the left side in second framework 14 bottom is connected on the connecting rod 287 top, the inboard and the first framework 12 outside contact of second framework 14, be connected with second spring 286 between third slider 285 bottom and bottom plate 1 top. Therefore, when the first sliding block 5 moves downwards, the first guide rod 281 is driven to move downwards, and then the first round ball 282 is driven to move downwards, when the first round ball 282 moves downwards to be in contact with the second round ball 283, the second round ball 283 is pushed to move downwards, and the second round ball 283 is driven to move downwards, and then the connecting rod 287 is driven to move downwards, so that the third sliding block 285 is driven to move downwards, and the second spring 286 is compressed, when the first guide rod 281 moves upwards, the first round ball 282 is driven to move upwards, the second spring 286 extends, the connecting rod 287 and the third sliding block 285 are driven to move upwards, and then the second frame 14 is driven to move upwards, so that the second frame 14 can move upwards and downwards to shake, so that the disposable medical instrument in the second frame 14 can be turned over, the crushing of the blade 10 is facilitated, and the crushing speed of the disposable medical instrument is accelerated.
Because still including travel switch 29 and fixture block 30, the upper portion in left side and the lower part of the first slide rail 4 on right side all are equipped with travel switch 29, and travel switch 29 is connected with cylinder 27 through the circuit, and the upper portion in right side of support 2 on right side is equipped with fixture block 30. Therefore, when the first slider 5 moves downwards to contact with the lower travel switch 29, the travel switch 29 controls the cylinder 27 to contract, and when the first slider 5 moves upwards to contact with the upper travel switch 29, the travel switch 29 controls the cylinder 27 to extend, so that the user can conveniently operate the device, and the fixture block 30 can clamp the pull ball 25 when the user pulls down the pull ball 25, so that the first baffle plate 20 keeps an open state without the user pulling the pull ball 25 all the time.
Because still including first guide pin bushing 31, second guide arm 32, second baffle 33, cam 34, connecting block 35, third spring 36 and plastic ball 37, the right part of the branch 11 on right side is equipped with first guide pin bushing 31, be equipped with second guide arm 32 in the first guide pin bushing 31, second guide arm 32 top is connected with plastic ball 37, second guide arm 32 right side upper portion is equipped with connecting block 35, be connected with third spring 36 between connecting block 35 bottom and the first guide pin bushing 31 top right side, second guide arm 32 bottom is connected with second baffle 33, second pivot 26 left part is equipped with cam 34, cam 34 is below second baffle 33. Therefore, when the third frame 16 pours out the disposable medical device therein, the second rotating shaft 26 rotates to drive the cam 34 to rotate, when the cam 34 rotates to contact with the second baffle 33, the second baffle 33 is pushed to move upwards, and then the second guide rod 32 is driven to move upwards, so that the plastic ball 37 moves upwards, the plastic ball 37 moves upwards to knock the bottom of the third frame 16, when the farthest end of the cam 34 rotates to leave the second baffle 33, the second guide rod 32 and the device thereon move downwards rapidly under the action of the pulling force of the third spring 36 and the self gravity to reset, and the operation is repeated, so that the falling speed of the disposable medical device in the third frame 16 can be increased.
Because the collecting frame further comprises a fourth spring 38, a stop block 39, a second guide sleeve 40, a third guide rod 41, a rubber plate 42 and an L-shaped plate 43, the second guide sleeve 40 is arranged at the lower part of the right bracket 2, the third guide rod 41 is sleeved in the second guide sleeve 40, the rubber plate 42 is connected to the right end of the third guide rod 41, the left end of the third guide rod 41 is in contact with the right side of the collecting frame 3, the L-shaped plate 43 is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the right bracket 2, the fourth spring 38 is arranged in the middle of the right side of the left wall of the L-shaped plate 43, the stop block 39 is connected to the right end of the fourth spring 38, and the stop block 39 is arranged on the left side of the right wall of the collecting frame 3. Therefore, when a certain amount of stirred disposable medical equipment is arranged in the collection frame 3, a user can occasionally kick the rubber plate 42 leftwards to drive the third guide rod 41 to move leftwards and further drive the collection frame 3 to move leftwards, the collection frame 3 moves leftwards to be in contact with the stop block 39, the fourth spring 38 is compressed, when the foot of the user leaves the rubber plate 42, the fourth spring 38 extends to drive the stop block 39 to move rightwards to reset, the collection frame 3 is pushed to move rightwards to reset, and therefore the collection frame 3 is shaken, and the stirred disposable medical garbage in the collection frame 3 can be prevented from being accumulated at one position.

The disposable medical device destruction apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a shaking device (28), wherein the shaking device (28) is disposed on the bottom plate (1) and the left bracket (2) and is engaged with each other, the shaking device (28) comprises a first guide rod (281), a first ball (282), a second ball (283), a third slide rail (284), a third slider (285), a second spring (286) and a connecting rod (287), the bottom of the left first slider (5) is connected with the first guide rod (281), the right lower portion of the first guide rod (281) is provided with the first ball (282), the left lower portion of the second frame (14) is provided with the second ball (283), the second ball (283) is disposed below the first ball (282), the left side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is provided with the third slide rail (284), the third slide rail (284) is slidably connected with the third slider (285), the top of the third sliding block (285) is connected with a connecting rod (287), the top end of the connecting rod (287) is connected to the left side of the bottom of the second frame body (14), the inner side of the second frame body (14) is in contact with the outer side of the first frame body (12), and a second spring (286) is connected between the bottom of the third sliding block (285) and the top of the bottom plate (1).

The disposable medical instrument destruction device according to claim 2, further comprising a travel switch (29) and a fixture block (30), wherein the upper portion and the lower portion of the left side of the first slide rail (4) on the right side are both provided with the travel switch (29), the travel switch (29) is connected with the cylinder (27) through a circuit, and the upper portion of the right side of the bracket (2) on the right side is provided with the fixture block (30).

The disposable medical device destruction device according to claim 3, further comprising a first guide sleeve (31), a second guide rod (32), a second baffle (33), a cam (34), a connecting block (35), a third spring (36) and a plastic ball (37), wherein the first guide sleeve (31) is arranged at the right part of the support rod (11) at the right side, the second guide rod (32) is arranged in the first guide sleeve (31), the plastic ball (37) is connected to the top end of the second guide rod (32), the connecting block (35) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the second guide rod (32), the third spring (36) is connected between the bottom of the connecting block (35) and the right side of the top of the first guide sleeve (31), the second baffle (33) is connected to the bottom end of the second guide rod (32), the cam (34) is arranged at the left part of the second rotating shaft (26), and the cam (34) is arranged below the second baffle (33).

The disposable medical instrument destruction device according to claim 4, further comprising a fourth spring (38), a stopper (39), a second guide sleeve (40), a third guide rod (41), a rubber plate (42) and an L-shaped plate (43), wherein the second guide sleeve (40) is arranged on the lower portion of the right bracket (2), the third guide rod (41) is sleeved in the second guide sleeve (40), the rubber plate (42) is connected to the right end of the third guide rod (41), the left end of the third guide rod (41) is in contact with the right side of the collection frame (3), the L-shaped plate (43) is arranged on the lower portion of the left side of the right bracket (2), the fourth spring (38) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the left wall of the L-shaped plate (43), the stopper (39) is connected to the right end of the fourth spring (38), and the stopper (39) is arranged on the left side of the right wall of the collection frame (3).
