The intelligent PI emulsion high-pressure backwash filter device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the side surface of the spray column (17) is fixedly connected with a first connecting block; the surfaces of the first connecting blocks are fixedly connected with first rollers (25), and the first rollers (25) are in rolling connection with the filter rings (5); the inner side surface of the spray ring (11) is fixedly connected with a second connecting block; the surface of the second connecting block is rotatably connected with a second roller (26), and the second roller (26) is in rolling connection with the filter ring (5).
