The working principle is as follows: when the device for measuring and treating anal incontinence is used, firstly, one end of the excretion tube 1 is inserted into the anus of a patient, then the movable seat 5 is rotated to ensure that the expansion air bag 11 gradually expands, the device is fixed by matching with the plug seat 2, then the motor is started, the adjusting ring 8 drives the inclined plate 803 to push the guide pillar 10 to do telescopic motion, at the moment, the pressing plate 9 can reciprocally extrude the air storage bag 4, further the expansion air bag 11 reciprocally expands and contracts, and the current stimulation of the electrode plate 12 is matched to realize the rehabilitation training of the sphincter at the anus of the patient, further the recovery of the anus function of the patient is helped, meanwhile, the guide pillar 10 can pull the piston plate 14 to do reciprocal motion, so that the liquid discharge tube 17 can uniformly smear lubricating oil on the surface of the expansion air bag 11, further the friction force on the surface of the expansion air bag 11 is reduced, during the treatment process, the patient can discharge the excretion into the collection bag 18 through the excretion tube 1, the clothes of the patient are prevented from being stained, thereby completing a series of work.

the drainage tube is inserted into the anus of a patient and used for guiding excrement, a plug seat made of silica gel is integrally arranged on the outer side of the drainage tube, pressure-sensitive sensors are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the plug seat and used for measuring the contraction force of the sphincter of the patient, and an air storage bag is bonded on the end face of the plug seat;
the movable seat is sleeved on the outer side of the drainage pipe, a micro motor is arranged on the inner side of the movable seat, and a gear is connected with an output end key of the micro motor;
the adjusting ring is connected to the inner side of the movable seat through a bearing;
the pressing plate is arranged on the outer side of the movable seat, and 2 groups of guide pillars are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the movable seat;
the expansion air bag is embedded in the outer wall of the end head of the drainage pipe and used for exercising the sphincter;
the lubricating system is arranged on the inner side of the movable seat and is used for lubricating the surface of the expansion air bag;
the collecting bag is connected to the tail end of the drainage pipe in a threaded manner and is used for collecting and storing excrement;
the movable seat is in threaded connection with the drainage pipe, the pressure plate on the outer side of the movable seat is attached to the air storage bag, and the air storage bag and the pressure plate are both in a circular structure;
an air guide pipe for conveying gas is connected between the gas storage bag and the expansion air bag, the expansion air bag is arranged in an olive-shaped structure, and the outer wall of the expansion air bag is attached with an electrode plate;
an adjusting screw is in threaded connection with the inner side of the adjusting ring, a connecting ball is integrally arranged at the end of the adjusting screw, an inclined plate is in shaft connection with the surface of the adjusting ring, a sliding groove is formed in the surface of the inclined plate, and the sliding groove and the connecting ball form a limiting sliding structure;
the outer side of the adjusting ring is uniformly provided with tooth blocks, the adjusting ring is meshed and connected with the gear through the tooth blocks, and an inclined plate connected with the outer side shaft of the adjusting ring is attached to the guide pillar;
the movable seat can push the pressing plate to extrude the gas storage bag, so that partial gas in the gas storage bag enters the expansion gas bag through the gas guide tube, the expansion gas bag expands to a certain degree, the positioning of the device is further realized, meanwhile, the electrode sheet can be attached to the sphincter at the anus, the adjusting screw is rotated, the adjusting screw drives the connecting ball to slide along the chute, the inclined plate is further pushed to rotate and adjust, the slope of the inclined plate is changed, the rehabilitation training degree is further adjusted, then the micro motor is started, the micro motor drives the gear to rotate synchronously, the gear drives the adjusting ring to rotate synchronously through the meshing effect, the inclined plate can push the guide pillar to stretch and retract in the rotating process, the pressing plate can continuously apply pressure to the gas storage bag in a reciprocating manner, partial gas in the gas storage bag enters and exits the expansion gas bag in a reciprocating manner, and the expansion gas bag can effectively massage and train the sphincter at the anus of a patient, promoting the recovery of the anus function of the patient.
