Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described below are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The elevator sterilization system comprises an elevator and a sterilization lamp, wherein the sterilization lamp is arranged in a car of the elevator and is in communication connection with a controller of the elevator, and the controller can control the sterilization lamp to start and stop.
Wherein, the bactericidal lamp preferably adopts ultraviolet lamp, the quantity of ultraviolet lamp can be one or more, under the condition that the quantity of ultraviolet lamp is one, this ultraviolet lamp can set up in the top of car, lateral part or bottom, of course, preferably set up the ultraviolet lamp at the top of car, under the condition that the quantity of ultraviolet lamp is a plurality of, can all set up a plurality of ultraviolet lamp at the top of car, lateral part or bottom, or, also can set up a plurality of ultraviolet lamp respectively at the top of car, lateral part and bottom, of course, preferably set up a plurality of ultraviolet lamp respectively at the top of car, lateral part and bottom.
Based on the elevator sterilization system, the invention also provides a control method for the elevator sterilization system.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes: when a sterilization instruction is received, the sterilizing lamp is started to operate so as to sterilize the elevator; in the operating process of the germicidal lamp, acquiring the number of times of calling the elevator; acquiring the operation time of the germicidal lamp; and selectively stopping the operation of the bactericidal lamp according to the accumulated called times of the elevator, the operation time of the bactericidal lamp and the historical use data of the elevator.
Wherein, the sterilization instruction can be automatically triggered and also can be sent by the manager of the elevator.
Taking the automatic triggering of the sterilization instruction as an example, the sterilization condition can be set, and when the sterilization condition is met, the sterilization instruction is automatically sent to the sterilization lamp.
Wherein, can set up the bactericidal condition into, apart from last time to the elevator disinfect after accomplishing interval time surpass preset time, promptly, after the bactericidal lamp operation finishes, begin to record interval time, when interval time surpassed preset time, explain satisfied the bactericidal condition, can send the instruction of disinfecting to the bactericidal lamp automatically, make the bactericidal lamp start operation.
Or the sterilizing condition can be set to be that the accumulated number of people using the elevator exceeds the preset number of people after the elevator is sterilized last time, namely, the accumulated number of people using the elevator is recorded after the operation of the sterilizing lamp is finished, when the accumulated number of people exceeds the preset number of people, the sterilizing condition is met, and a sterilizing instruction can be automatically sent to the sterilizing lamp to enable the sterilizing lamp to start to operate.
Further alternatively, whether the sterilization condition is satisfied or not may be determined according to the two parameters, and the like, and such adjustment and change of the specific content of the sterilization condition without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Illustratively, the sterilization condition is taken as the distance from the last time when the elevator is sterilized, the interval time exceeds the preset time, and the accumulated number of people using the elevator exceeds the preset number of people. Install the camera in the elevator to make the camera carry out the communication with the controller of elevator, be provided with two counters in the controller: the elevator system comprises a first counter and a second counter, wherein the first counter is used for recording the number of accumulated people using the elevator, and the second counter is used for recording the interval time.
When the bactericidal lamp starts to operate, the numerical values of the first counter and the second counter are reset, after the bactericidal lamp operates, the second counter starts to record the interval time, when the camera shoots that a person enters the elevator, the first counter records the number of accumulated persons entering the elevator, meanwhile, the numerical value accumulated by the first counter is compared with the preset number of persons, the numerical value accumulated by the second counter is compared with the preset time, when the number of accumulated persons is greater than the preset number of persons and the interval time is greater than the preset time, the elevator needs to be sterilized, a sterilization instruction can be automatically sent to the bactericidal lamp, and the bactericidal lamp starts to operate.
In the running process of the bactericidal lamp, the controller of the elevator can automatically acquire the called accumulated times of the elevator and the running time of the bactericidal lamp, then comprehensively judge whether the bactericidal lamp needs to be stopped according to the called accumulated times of the elevator, the running time of the bactericidal lamp and the historical use data of the elevator, and stop running the bactericidal lamp when judging that the bactericidal lamp needs to be stopped so as to restore the normal running of the elevator; and when the bactericidal lamp does not need to be stopped, the bactericidal lamp is enabled to continuously sterilize the elevator.
It should be noted that, in the specific application, the determination may be directly performed according to the operation time length of the germicidal lamp, or the difference between the operation time length of the germicidal lamp and the standard time length (the time required for completing one sterilization) is calculated first, and then the determination is performed according to the difference, or the difference between the operation time length of the germicidal lamp and the standard time length is calculated first, and then the ratio of the difference to the standard time length is calculated, and then the determination is performed according to the ratio, and so on, and the flexible adjustment and change do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to two specific embodiments.
Example one
The following describes a technical solution of a first embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 2.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the elevator is divided into an idle time period, a general time period, and a busy time period according to the number of people using the elevator, where the idle time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is low, the busy time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is high, and the general time period is other time periods except the idle time period and the busy time period.
Illustratively, one day is divided into 24 time intervals by taking hours as a unit, the time intervals with the number of people using the elevator lower than 5 times/hour can be listed as idle time intervals, the time intervals with the number of people using the elevator higher than 15 times/hour can be listed as busy time intervals, the time intervals with the number of people using the elevator between 5 times/hour and 15 times/hour can be listed as common time intervals, and the number of people using the elevator in each time interval can be analyzed according to historical use data of the elevator, so that the idle time intervals, the common time intervals and the busy time intervals can be determined.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the present embodiment includes:
when a sterilization instruction is received, the sterilizing lamp is started to operate so as to sterilize the elevator; in the operating process of the germicidal lamp, acquiring the number of times of calling the elevator; acquiring the operation time of the germicidal lamp; calculating the difference between the operation time length and the standard time length (the time required for completing one sterilization); judging whether the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a first preset time or not; judging whether the difference value is larger than a preset value or not; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are not more than the first preset times, the sterilizing lamp is not stopped to run; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than the first preset times and the difference value is not greater than the preset value, stopping the operation of the sterilizing lamp; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than the first preset times and the difference value is greater than the preset value, further judging whether the current time interval is a busy time interval according to historical use data of the elevator; and selectively stopping the operation of the germicidal lamp according to the judgment result.
Specifically, if the current period is a busy period, the germicidal lamp is stopped from operating; if the current time interval is not the busy time interval, the operation of the bactericidal lamp is not stopped, and whether the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a second preset time is further judged; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than the second preset times, further judging whether the current time interval is an idle time interval according to historical use data of the elevator; and selectively stopping the operation of the germicidal lamp according to the judgment result.
Specifically, if the current period is not the idle period, the germicidal lamp is stopped from operating; if the current period is an idle period, the germicidal lamp is not deactivated.
Illustratively, a third counter for recording the number of times of the elevator is called and a fourth counter for recording the running time of the germicidal lamp are arranged in the controller of the elevator, when the germicidal lamp is started to run, the fourth counter starts to record the running time of the germicidal lamp, when the elevator is sterilized, the elevator is prohibited to be used, a button of the elevator is triggered once, and the third counter records once.
Wherein the second preset times is greater than the first preset times. Illustratively, the first preset number is 2, the second preset number is 5, and the preset value is 1 (minute).
When the accumulated times is less than or equal to 2 (the first preset times), the elevator is not called or the accumulated times of the called elevator is relatively small, in this case, the sterilizing lamp is not stopped, and the sterilizing lamp is continuously used for sterilizing the elevator.
When the accumulated times is more than 2 (the first preset times) and the difference value between the operation time length of the germicidal lamp and the standard time length is less than or equal to 1 (the preset value), the situation shows that a person needs to take the elevator at the moment, and the operation time of the germicidal lamp is relatively close to the standard time length, so that the expected germicidal effect is basically achieved.
When the accumulated times is more than 2 (first preset times) and the difference value between the operation time of the germicidal lamp and the standard time is more than 1 (preset value), the situation that a person needs to take the elevator at the moment is shown, however, the operation time of the germicidal lamp is still relatively short, the sterilizing effect is poor, in this situation, the germicidal lamp cannot be directly stopped to operate, whether the current time interval is a busy time interval is further judged according to historical use data of the elevator, and whether the germicidal lamp is stopped to operate is further determined according to a judgment result.
If the current time interval is just the busy time interval, the operation of the sterilizing lamp is stopped, and the operation of the elevator is preferentially ensured, but if the current time interval is not the busy time interval, the current time interval may be a general time interval or an idle time interval, because the called times of the elevator are not many, the operation time of the sterilizing lamp is shorter, and the sterilizing effect is poorer.
The fourth timer keeps recording the accumulation times of the called of the elevator, and immediately stops the operation of the bactericidal lamp if a busy time interval occurs before the accumulation times exceeds 5 (a second preset time), but if the busy time interval does not occur until the accumulation times exceeds 5, and further judges whether the current time interval is an idle time interval according to the historical use data of the elevator when the accumulation number of people exceeds 5.
If the current time interval is not an idle time interval, that is, the current time interval may be a general time interval or a busy time interval, in both cases, because the elevator is called for a relatively large number of times, the germicidal lamp needs to be stopped to enable the elevator to return to normal operation; however, if the current time interval is just the idle time interval, the germicidal lamp is not stopped, the germicidal lamp is enabled to continue to sterilize the elevator, if a busy time interval or a general time interval occurs in the operation process of the germicidal lamp, the germicidal lamp is stopped, and of course, the germicidal lamp is also stopped when the operation time of the germicidal lamp reaches the set standard time.
It should be noted that the difference between the operation time length and the standard time length is the standard time length — the operation time length. In practical applications, a person skilled in the art may determine a specific value of the standard time length according to a test, set a specific value of the preset value according to a test or experience, and set specific values of the first preset number and the second preset number according to experience.
EXAMPLE III
The following describes a second embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 3.
It should be noted that, similarly to the embodiment, in the embodiment, the idle time period, the general time period, and the busy time period are divided according to the number of people using the elevator, where the idle time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is low, the busy time period refers to a time period when the number of people using the elevator is high, and the general time period is other time periods except the idle time period and the busy time period.
Similarly to the embodiment, one day can be divided into 24 time intervals by taking hours as a unit, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator is lower than 5 times/hour can be listed as an idle time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator is higher than 15 times/hour is listed as a busy time interval, the time interval with the number of people using the elevator from 5 times/hour to 15 times/hour is listed as a general time interval, and the number of people using the elevator in each time interval can be analyzed according to historical use data of the elevator, so that the idle time interval, the general time interval and the busy time interval can be determined.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the present embodiment includes:
when a sterilization instruction is received, the sterilizing lamp is started to operate so as to sterilize the elevator; in the operating process of the germicidal lamp, acquiring the number of times of calling the elevator; acquiring the operation time of the germicidal lamp; calculating the difference between the operation time length and the standard time length (the time required for completing one sterilization); judging whether the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a first preset time or not; judging whether the difference value is larger than a preset value or not; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are not more than the first preset times, the sterilizing lamp is not stopped to run; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than the first preset times and the difference value is not greater than the preset value, stopping the operation of the sterilizing lamp; if the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than the first preset times and the difference value is greater than the preset value, further judging whether the current time interval is a busy time interval according to historical use data of the elevator; and selectively stopping the operation of the germicidal lamp according to the judgment result.
Specifically, if the current period is not the idle period, the germicidal lamp is stopped from operating; if the current time interval is the idle time interval, the germicidal lamp is not stopped to operate, and whether the accumulated called times of the elevator are greater than a third preset time is further judged; and if the accumulated called times of the elevator are more than a third preset time, stopping the operation of the sterilizing lamp.
The second preset times is larger than the first preset times, and the third preset times is larger than the second preset times. Illustratively, the first preset number is 2, the second preset number is 5, and the third preset number is 10; the preset value is 1 (min).
If the current time interval is not an idle time interval, that is, the current time interval may be a general time interval or a busy time interval, in both cases, because the elevator is called for a relatively large number of times, the germicidal lamp needs to be stopped to enable the elevator to return to normal operation; however, if the current time interval is just the idle time interval, the sterilizing lamp is not stopped and continues to sterilize the elevator.
The fourth timer keeps recording the number of times of the called elevator, and immediately stops the operation of the germicidal lamp if a busy time interval or a general time interval occurs before the number of times of the calling elevator exceeds 10 (a third preset number of times), but immediately stops the operation of the germicidal lamp if the number of times of the calling elevator exceeds 10 and the general time interval does not occur until the number of times of the calling elevator exceeds 10.
It should be noted that the difference between the operation time length and the standard time length is the standard time length — the operation time length. In practical applications, a person skilled in the art may determine a specific value of the standard time length according to a test, set a specific value of the preset value according to a test or experience, and set specific values of the first preset number, the second preset number, and the third preset number according to experience.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
