the elevator monitoring system comprises detection equipment 11 for abnormal elevator riding behaviors, car monitoring equipment 12, elevator control equipment 13 and a plurality of elevator room snapshot equipment 14. The detection device 11 is connected with a car monitoring device 12, an elevator control device 13, and a plurality of car snapshot devices 14. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the car monitoring device 12 can recognize the head characteristics of all persons in the visible range in the car through video images and assign a unique person identification to each person in the car according to the head characteristics. At the same time, the car monitoring device 12 can also monitor the state of flow of people in the car, i.e. both into and out of the elevator. The car monitoring device 12 of the present embodiment can be arranged at any one of the corners of the top of the elevator car. In order to avoid dead angles in shooting of the monitoring video image, the car monitoring device 12 of the present embodiment may employ a wide-angle lens.
The elevator control device 13 can report the current running state of the elevator, including the elevator number, the current floor and the current running direction, to the detection device 11 in real time. It can be seen that the elevator control device 12 of the present embodiment can control one elevator and monitor the operation state of the elevator, and can also control a plurality of elevators and monitor the operation states of a plurality of elevators at the same time.
The elevator room snapshot device 14 is used for snapshot of the target person of the elevator according to the snapshot instruction sent by the detection device 11. The elevator room snapshot device of this embodiment has a plurality ofly, sets up respectively at different floors, and each floor all is provided with elevator room snapshot device promptly.
Alternatively, if the detection device 11 is only used for detecting the presence of a person taking the elevator to and fro, the car snapshot device 14 may be provided outside the car except for the top floor and the bottom floor, since the person taking the elevator to and fro does not exit the elevator at the top floor or the bottom floor.
The detection device 11 is configured to determine whether a first person who takes an elevator and has an abnormal behavior exists according to the person information reported by the car monitoring device 12 and the elevator state information reported by the elevator control device 13, and if the first person exists, notify the elevator hall snapshot device on the corresponding floor to take a snapshot when the first person leaves the elevator.
The method for detecting abnormal behavior of elevator riding provided by the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings based on the detection system shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting abnormal elevator riding behavior according to an embodiment of the present invention. The main implementation of the method is the detection device shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the detection method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, obtaining elevator state information and personnel information in an elevator car;
in this embodiment, the detection device obtains elevator state information reported by the elevator control device in real time. The elevator state information comprises an elevator number, a current floor and a running direction. The direction of travel includes up and down.
Specifically, the elevator control apparatus can control one or more elevators at the same time. If the elevator control equipment controls a plurality of elevators, the elevator control equipment needs to number a plurality of elevators in advance, and different elevators correspond to different elevator numbers. For example, three elevators are installed in an office building, and the elevator control apparatus numbers the three elevators, respectively, E1, E2, and E3. And the elevator control equipment reports the elevator state information of the three elevators to the detection equipment at the same time. Before S101 is executed, the elevator control device reports elevator numbers of a plurality of elevators to the detection device.
In one possible implementation, the detection device obtains the information of the persons in the elevator car reported by the car monitoring device in real time. The personnel information comprises personnel identification and a flow state corresponding to each personnel identification. The flow state includes an enter elevator state and an exit elevator state.
Specifically, the car monitoring device identifies head features of people in the car through video images, and assigns a unique identifier to each head feature, wherein the identifier is the person identifier of each person in the car. The personnel identification can adopt 32-bit UUID (universally unique identifier). For example, there are 3 people currently in the car, and 3 different people identifications are assigned according to the head characteristics of the people, and are marked as ID1, ID2 and ID 3. If the number of people in the elevator car increases in the running process of the elevator, the marks are sequentially marked according to the sequence of entering the elevator.
In another possible implementation manner, after the elevator is opened and closed once, the detection device acquires the personnel information in the elevator car reported by the car monitoring device. It can be understood that the number of people in the car does not change during the up-going or down-going process of the elevator, and only after the next opening and closing of the elevator, the number of people is increased or decreased. Therefore, the elevator car monitoring equipment can report personnel information to the detection equipment once after the elevator is opened and closed once. Compared with the real-time reporting of the personnel information, the method avoids unnecessary information transmission, releases a part of memory space on the detection equipment, and thus improves the overall processing performance of the detection equipment.
When the elevator control equipment controls a plurality of elevators simultaneously, one elevator corresponds to one car monitoring equipment, and the detection equipment records the corresponding relation between the elevator and the car monitoring equipment in advance. That is, the correspondence between the elevator number and the number of the car monitoring device is recorded in advance. For example, three elevators are installed in an office building, and the elevator control apparatus numbers the three elevators, and the elevator numbers are E1, E2, and E3, respectively. The numbers of the car monitoring devices in each elevator are respectively C1, C2 and C3, wherein C1 corresponds to E1, C2 corresponds to E2, and C3 corresponds to E3.
Optionally, the information of the person reported by the car monitoring device further includes a number of the car monitoring device. The detection device determines which elevator of the plurality of elevators the person information belongs to based on the number of the car monitoring device.
The detection device of the embodiment establishes the corresponding relationship between the elevator number and the personnel identification according to the corresponding relationship between the number of the car monitoring device and the personnel identification and by combining the corresponding relationship between the number of the car monitoring device and the elevator number.
S102, determining a first person with abnormal elevator taking behavior according to the elevator state information and the person information;
in this embodiment, the first person who has abnormal behavior of riding the elevator includes: there is a first person taking a trip to an elevator or there is a first person entering or exiting a multi-floor suspicious activity.
Specifically, the detection equipment determines the elevator number, the running direction and the current floor of the elevator according to the elevator state information; determining the personnel identification and the flow state of each personnel in the elevator car according to the personnel information; and determining the elevator taking behavior of each personnel identifier by combining the elevator state information and the personnel information: and if the personnel identification is in the reported personnel information before and after the change of the elevator running direction, the personnel identification is the first personnel of the abnormal behavior of taking the elevator. And if the personnel identification appears in the reported personnel information for a plurality of times within the preset time period of elevator operation, the personnel identification is the first personnel of the abnormal behavior of elevator taking.
Optionally, after the detection device confirms that the first person with abnormal elevator taking behavior exists, the first person is marked as a key monitoring person.
S103, when the first person goes out of the elevator, a snapshot instruction is sent to the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor, and the snapshot instruction is used for indicating the elevator room snapshot equipment to snapshot the first person.
In this embodiment, the detection device obtains the flow state of each person in the car through the person information reported by the car monitoring device.
Specifically, after the detection device marks the first person as a key monitoring person, the detection device monitors the flowing state of the first person in a key mode, if the flowing state of the first person is an elevator exit state, the detection device acquires a floor to be stopped from elevator state information of the elevator control device, and sends a snapshot instruction to an elevator room snapshot device corresponding to the floor to be stopped so as to snapshot the first person with abnormal elevator taking behavior.
According to the detection method for the abnormal elevator taking behavior, the first person with the abnormal elevator taking behavior is determined according to the elevator state information and the person information by acquiring the elevator state information and the person information in the elevator car. When a first person goes out of the elevator, a snapshot instruction is sent to the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor, and the snapshot instruction is used for snapshotting the first person who has abnormal elevator taking behaviors. The method realizes the detection of abnormal behaviors of taking the elevator and provides an effective solution for intelligent buildings and intelligent buildings.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting abnormal elevator riding behavior according to another embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, the detection method provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:
s201, obtaining elevator state information and personnel information in an elevator car;
s202, determining a first person with abnormal elevator taking behavior according to the elevator state information and the person information;
s203, when the first person goes out of the elevator, a snapshot instruction is sent to the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor, and the snapshot instruction is used for indicating the elevator room snapshot equipment to snapshot the first person.
S201 to S203 in this embodiment are similar to S101 to S103 in the above embodiments, which can be referred to in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
S204, acquiring image data of a first person from the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor;
and S205, storing the image data and the personnel identification of the first personnel in an abnormal personnel list for taking the elevator.
According to the detection method for abnormal elevator riding behaviors, after the first person who has abnormal elevator riding behaviors is determined, the detection device obtains image data of the first person from the elevator car snapshot device of the corresponding floor, and the image data of the first person and the person identification of the first person are stored in the abnormal elevator riding person list. When necessary, the image data of abnormal personnel taking the elevator can be published on projection equipment of an elevator room or a display screen of a hall of a high-rise building, so that a certain warning effect is achieved, the elevator taking behaviors of the personnel taking the elevator can be effectively standardized, and an effective solution is provided for intelligent buildings and intelligent buildings.
At present, on a high-rise writing building with a high occupancy rate, the problems of difficulty in going upstairs and downstairs, such as work-on and work-off time and dining time, exist in the peak time period of taking an elevator. In a possible scene, the number of passengers on the elevator at the high floor reaches the limited number, and the elevator is directly lowered to one floor, so that the waiting time of passengers at the middle and low floors is longer. Some people will choose to go up and down first. In another possible scenario, the number of passengers on one floor of the elevator reaches the limited number of passengers, the elevator ascends the selected lowest floor, and if the passengers on the elevator go to the middle floor from one floor to the selected lowest floor, the passengers cannot take the elevator and need to continue waiting. Some people will choose to go first and then last. It follows that there is an undiluted behavior of the person riding the elevator, either up-to-down or down-to-up, which is referred to as a round-trip elevator riding behavior. At present, no detection method for the behavior of taking the elevator to and fro exists.
On the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a method for detecting abnormal elevator riding behavior, which mainly detects whether there is abnormal behavior of passengers riding to and from the elevator. The following describes the detection method provided in this embodiment in detail with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting abnormal elevator riding behavior according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the detection method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s301, obtaining elevator state information and personnel information in an elevator car;
s301 in this embodiment is similar to S101 in the above embodiment, and reference may be made to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
S302, determining a first person who takes the action of going to and returning to the elevator according to the elevator state information and the person information;
in this embodiment, the detection device determines whether the same person identifier exists in the person information before and after the change of the elevator operation direction according to the elevator state information reported by the elevator control device and the person information reported by the car monitoring device. And if the same personnel identification exists, determining the personnel corresponding to the same personnel identification as the first personnel who takes the action of going and returning the elevator.
The first person who has the behavior of taking the elevator to and from is a person who is in an elevator riding state of first up and then down or first down and then up.
Specifically, the detection equipment records the personnel information reported by the car monitoring equipment, and the detection equipment can determine the personnel and the number of the personnel currently reserved in the car according to the personnel identification in the personnel information. The change of the elevator running direction comprises the following two conditions: one is uplink switching to downlink, and the other is downlink switching to uplink. The detection equipment compares first person information reported by the car monitoring equipment before the elevator running direction changes with second person information reported by the car monitoring equipment after the elevator running direction changes, and if the same person identification exists in the first person information and the second person information, the situation that the person does not leave the elevator car and takes the elevator to and fro exists when the elevator is switched from the ascending mode to the descending mode or the descending mode to the ascending mode is indicated.
S303, when the first person goes out of the elevator, sending a snapshot instruction to the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor, wherein the snapshot instruction is used for indicating the elevator room snapshot equipment to snapshot the first person.
S303 in this embodiment is similar to S103 in the above embodiments, and reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
According to the detection method provided by the embodiment, whether the same personnel identification exists in the personnel information before and after the change of the elevator running direction is judged by acquiring the elevator state information and the personnel information in the elevator car, and if the same personnel identification exists, the personnel corresponding to the personnel identification is determined to be the first personnel who takes the action of going and going to the elevator. And when the first person goes out of the elevator, sending a snapshot instruction to the elevator room snapshot equipment of the corresponding floor to snapshot the image data of the first person. The detection method realizes the detection of the behavior of taking the elevator to and fro and provides an effective solution for intelligent buildings and intelligent buildings.
At present, in a high-rise residential building, an office building or a hotel which is not provided with a security check device (such as an access control device), suspicious people (including lawless persons or sales promotion personnel) can freely enter and exit different floors, and the suspicious people can go up and down to different floors in a short time, so that the safety hazard is high. At present, no method for detecting suspicious behaviors of entering and exiting multiple floors exists.
On the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the method for detecting abnormal elevator boarding behaviors provided by the embodiment mainly detects whether there is abnormal behavior of people boarding an elevator for entering and exiting multiple floors. The following describes the detection method provided in this embodiment in detail with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting abnormal elevator riding behavior according to still another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the detection method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s401, obtaining elevator state information and personnel information in an elevator car;
s401 in this embodiment is similar to S101 in the above embodiment, and reference may be made to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
S402, determining a first person with suspicious behaviors of entering and exiting multiple floors according to the elevator state information and the person information;
in this embodiment, the detection device determines whether the same person identifier appears many times in the person information within a preset time period of the elevator operation according to the elevator state information reported by the elevator control device and the person information reported by the car monitoring device. And if the same personnel identification appears for multiple times, determining whether the personnel corresponding to the same personnel identification is the first personnel who enters and exits the multi-floor suspicious behavior according to the appearance times of the same personnel identification in a preset time interval. Specifically, if the occurrence frequency of the same person identifier in a preset time period exceeds a preset frequency, the person corresponding to the person identifier is determined to be the first person who enters and exits the multi-floor suspicious behavior.
The first person who has suspicious behavior of entering and exiting multiple floors refers to a person who enters and exits different floors more than a preset number of times within a preset time period, and the person may be a thief or a sales promotion person who distributes a flyer.
Specifically, the car monitoring device can report the personnel information again after the elevator is opened and closed once, and because the personnel flow can exist in each opening and closing of the elevator, personnel identification in the personnel information reported by the car monitoring device after the elevator is opened and closed once can be increased, reduced or kept unchanged. It is understood that the person identifier of the suspicious person may appear in the person information reported by the car monitoring device for a plurality of times within a preset time period (e.g., 3 minutes, 5 minutes), and if the number of occurrences exceeds a preset number (e.g., 3 times, 5 times, etc.), the detection device may determine that the person is the suspicious person.
Illustratively, the suspicious person moves up to different floors continuously for a preset period of time: from 1 layer up to 10 layers, from 10 layers up to 11 layers, and from 11 layers up to 12 layers. Or, the suspicious person continuously descends to different floors within a preset time period: from 12 layers down to 11 layers, then from 11 layers down to 10 layers, then from 10 layers down to 1 layer. Or the suspicious people go up and down firstly and then go up to different floors within a preset time period: from 1 layer up to 10 layers, then from 10 layers down to 9 layers, then from 9 layers up to 13 layers. Or the suspicious people go down first, then go up and then go down to different floors within a preset time period: from 13 layers down to 9 layers, from 9 layers up to 10 layers, and from 10 layers down to 1 layer. The above boarding actions can be regarded as suspicious actions of entering and exiting multiple floors.
It should be noted that the car monitoring device assigns the person id according to the sequence of the persons entering the car, and stores the person id of each person entering the car for a preset period of time (for example, one day or one week). After the preset time period is exceeded, the elevator car monitoring equipment redistributes the personnel identification according to the sequence of the personnel entering the elevator car, and the memory space of the elevator car monitoring equipment can be released in the updating process, so that the stack of useless data is avoided.
