Description
技术领域
本发明涉及缓解过敏领域，具体涉及一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的方法。
背景技术
花粉过敏为过敏科常见病，且发病率逐年上升，严重影响人类健康。主要表现为呼吸道和结膜的卡他性炎症，可伴有皮肤及其它器官的病变。花粉过敏已成为名副其实的流行病。花粉是各类植物的雄性生殖细胞，相当于哺乳动物的精子，一粒花粉就是一个受精单位。有人在吸入花粉后，产生过敏反应即花粉过敏症，又叫“季节性变应性鼻炎”，是特应性体质患者被花粉致敏后引起的一系列的病理生理过程。
过敏性鼻炎、花粉症等症状通常是打喷嚏、流鼻涕和鼻塞等，这些症状被认为是由花粉、分成和螨虫等变态反应源附着在鼻腔内粘膜上而引起的，上述症状一旦显现，患者便赶到极大的痛苦和精神不振。
现在预防过敏的方法一般是通过戴口罩，避免吸入花粉、粉尘或螨虫等过敏原，但是预防效果不理想，还是会吸入少量的过敏原，现在缓解过敏的方法一般是服用抑制剂，或者将液体状的药剂喷雾喷到鼻腔内，将其涂覆到鼻粘膜上等缓解方法。但是，上述缓解方法，药剂存在有效期，需要反复用药或者喷药，另外现在的这类西药制剂存在着较大的副作用，会使患者嗜睡或者感到倦怠。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：将过敏者的口鼻罩住，将进入过敏者口鼻的空气中的花粉和粉尘进行过滤；
S2：对过敏者的鼻部进行保温或加温；
S3：将中药制剂挥发，使得过敏者口鼻吸入。
通过上述技术方案，能够实现将花粉和粉尘等过敏原进行过滤，由于过敏性鼻炎以及花粉症患者的鼻部温度比健康人的鼻部温度明显过低，虽然，过敏者鼻部一变成低温就会出现过敏性鼻炎、花粉症等诸多症状的原因是不明确的，但是可以认为，由于鼻腔内粘膜变为低温，妨碍了血的运行，使得各细胞氧气不足或者影响营养，从而导致细胞功能降低，代谢缓慢，导致鼻腔粘膜由于过敏原附着等刺激而形成为非常敏感的状态，所以通过对过敏者的鼻部进行保温或者加温，血液运行稳定，循环畅通，能够有效缓解过敏症状。
一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，该中药制剂包括中药组合物和辅料，中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏10-30份、紫菀10-30份、桑白皮20-40份、仙灵脾20-40份、黄芪10-30份、炙麻黄10-30份、肉苁蓉10-20份、防风10-30份、苍耳子15-35份、辛夷20-40份、野菊花20-40份、西洋参5-25份、郁金15-35份、川芎10-30份、丹参10-30份和甘草10-30份。
优选的：中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏20份、紫菀20份、桑白皮30份、仙灵脾30份、黄芪20份、炙麻黄20份、肉苁蓉15份、防风20份、苍耳子25份、辛夷30份、野菊花30份、西洋参15份、郁金25份、川芎20份、丹参20份和甘草20份。
优选的：辅料为藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油。
一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂的制备方法：包括如下步骤：
S1：按照重量份称取各原料：
S2：将各原料进行超微粉碎，然后进行萃取；
S3：将萃取混合药剂和辅料混合即制得。
一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，包括佩戴在过敏者口鼻处的口罩主体，口罩主体对应过敏者口鼻处空缺，该空缺处可拆卸式装有用于预防与缓解花粉过敏的复合部，复合部从外到内依次由过滤层、加温层和布药层组成。
通过上述技术方案：能够实现对过敏原进行过敏，实现预防功能，还能够通过加温鼻部温度，以及用药，对过敏症状进行缓解。
优选的：复合部通过魔术贴可拆卸式粘贴在口罩主体的空缺处。
通过上述技术方案：能够实现复合部的拆装，拆装方便，操作便捷。
优选的：过滤层包括两层纤维布层，两层纤维布层之间填充有活性炭。
通过上述技术方案：实现对过敏原的吸附功能。
优选的：加温层包括加温片，加温片和过滤层、布药层贴合，加温片连接供电组件，供电组件用于向加温片供电驱使加温片升温。
通过上述技术方案：能够实现对鼻部的加热。
优选的：供电组件包括电池包，电池包通过魔术贴粘接在口罩主体上，电池包内装有纽扣电池，电池包上装有加温开关。
通过上述技术方案：实现加温的功能。
优选的：加温片为复合金属箔。
通过上述技术方案：能够实现通过薄片加热，对鼻部进行均匀一致的加热。
优选的：布料层包括两层纱布，两层纱布之间填充有消毒棉，消毒棉内布置有多条渗透细管，各渗透细管一端通过管接头连接供药软管，供药软管连接药包，药包内装有预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，药包通过魔术贴可拆卸式粘接在面罩主体上。
通过上述技术方案：能够实现向口鼻处均匀布置药剂，药剂挥发能够被吸入到患者口鼻内，实现用药的目的，能够实现持续用药，挥发效果好，持续性好，拆装方便。
本发明的技术效果和优点：本发明方法能够实现对过敏的预防和缓解，缓解效果好，本发明提出的中药制剂，能够有效缓解由花粉引起的过敏症状，副作用小，安全可靠，本发明提出的口罩，使用方便，能够实现过滤过敏原、加热鼻部和挥发用药的功能，使用方便，操作简单。

在本实施例中提出了一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：将过敏者的口鼻罩住，将进入过敏者口鼻的空气中的花粉和粉尘进行过滤；
S2：对过敏者的鼻部进行保温或加温；
S3：将中药制剂挥发，使得过敏者口鼻吸入。
实施例2
在本实施例中提出了一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，该中药制剂包括中药组合物和辅料，中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏10份、紫菀10份、桑白皮20份、仙灵脾20份、黄芪10份、炙麻黄10份、肉苁蓉10份、防风10份、苍耳子15份、辛夷20份、野菊花20份、西洋参5份、郁金15份、川芎10份、丹参10份和甘草10份；辅料为藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油。
实施例3
在本实施例中提出了一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，该中药制剂包括中药组合物和辅料，中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏20份、紫菀20份、桑白皮30份、仙灵脾30份、黄芪20份、炙麻黄20份、肉苁蓉15份、防风20份、苍耳子25份、辛夷30份、野菊花30份、西洋参15份、郁金25份、川芎20份、丹参20份和甘草20份；辅料为藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油。
实施例4
在实施例中提出了一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，该中药制剂包括中药组合物和辅料，中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏30份、紫菀30份、桑白皮40份、仙灵脾40份、黄芪30份、炙麻黄30份、肉苁蓉20份、防风30份、苍耳子35份、辛夷40份、野菊花40份、西洋参25份、郁金35份、川芎30份、丹参30份和甘草30份；辅料为藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油。
实施例5
在本实施例中提出了一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：按照重量份称取各原料分别为：姜半夏20份、紫菀20份、桑白皮30份、仙灵脾30份、黄芪20份、炙麻黄20份、肉苁蓉15份、防风20份、苍耳子25份、辛夷30份、野菊花30份、西洋参15份、郁金25份、川芎20份、丹参20份和甘草20份；
S2：将各原料进行超微粉碎，然后进行萃取；
S3：将萃取混合药剂和藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油混合即制得。
实施例6
参考图1，在本实施例中提出了一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，包括佩戴在过敏者口鼻处的口罩主体100，口罩主体100对应过敏者口鼻处空缺，该空缺处可拆卸式装有用于预防与缓解花粉过敏的复合部200，复合部200从外到内依次由过滤层210、加温层220和布药层230组成。
在使用时，过敏者吸入空气时，通过过滤层210，能够将花粉、粉尘等过敏原进行有效的过滤；由于过敏性鼻炎以及花粉症患者的鼻部温度比健康人的鼻部温度明显过低，虽然，过敏者鼻部一变成低温就会出现过敏性鼻炎、花粉症等诸多症状的原因是不明确的，但是可以认为，由于鼻腔内粘膜变为低温，妨碍了血的运行，使得各细胞氧气不足或者影响营养，从而导致细胞功能降低，代谢缓慢，导致鼻腔粘膜由于过敏原附着等刺激而形成为非常敏感的状态，通过加温层220能够实现对鼻部的加温，使得鼻部温度不会过低，实现对过敏者的鼻部进行保温或者加温，血液运行稳定，循环畅通，能够有效缓解过敏症状，通过布药层230的设置，能够实现用药，过敏者呼吸时，能够吸入布药层230挥发的药物。
复合部200通过魔术贴可拆卸式粘贴在口罩主体100的空缺处。实现复合部200的可拆卸式安装，拆装方便，使用简单，便于更换。
参考图2，过滤层210包括两层纤维布层211，两层纤维布层211之间填充有活性炭212。实现对过敏原的吸附过滤的功能。
参考图3，加温层220包括加温片221，加温片221和过滤层210、布药层230贴合，加温片221连接供电组件222，供电组件222用于向加温片221供电驱使加温片221升温；加温片221为复合金属箔；供电组件222包括电池包，电池包通过魔术贴粘接在口罩主体上，电池包内装有纽扣电池，电池包上装有加温开关。加温片221为条状薄片，各加温片221间隔分布，实现对鼻部进行加温的功能，操作简单，在使用时，只需按下加温开关，即可实现加温功能。
参考图4和图5，布料层230包括两层纱布231，两层纱布231之间填充有消毒棉，消毒棉内布置有多条渗透细管232，各渗透细管232一端通过管接头连接供药软管233，供药软管233连接药包234，药包234内装有预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，药包234通过魔术贴可拆卸式粘接在面罩主体上。
药包234的高度高于渗透细管232，药包234通过供药软管233向各渗透细管232供药，各渗透细管232将药液渗出，消毒棉吸收渗透出的药液，药液随着吸入的空气挥发，被过敏者吸入，通过各渗透细管232的设置，能够实现均匀布置药液的功能，药液挥发效果好，通过药包234的持续供药，能够实现持续挥发用药的目的，能够实现向口鼻处均匀布置药剂，药剂挥发能够被吸入到患者口鼻内，实现用药的目的，能够实现持续用药，挥发效果好，持续性好，拆装方便。
本发明方法能够实现对过敏的预防和缓解，缓解效果好，本发明提出的中药制剂，能够有效缓解由花粉引起的过敏症状，副作用小，安全可靠，本发明提出的口罩，使用方便，能够实现过滤过敏原、加热鼻部和挥发用药的功能，使用方便，操作简单。
实施例7
将3名性别一致，年龄相仿，具有相同花粉过敏原的过敏者分为三组，分别为A试验组、B试验组和C试验组；
三组过敏者均处于花粉过敏原的环境中。
A试验组佩戴实施例6提出的预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，并在药包中加入实施例5制备的中药制剂；B试验组佩戴一次性医用口罩；C组每15分钟使用市面常见缓解过敏的喷雾剂一次；
下表为各组过敏者在花粉过敏原环境中随着时间的表现：
由上表可知，本发明提出的预防和缓解花粉过敏的口罩以及中药制剂，较之普通的口罩和市面上常见的缓解抑制过敏的药剂，具有良好的预防和缓解花粉过敏的效果。

1.一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1：将过敏者的口鼻罩住，将进入过敏者口鼻的空气中的花粉和粉尘进行过滤；
S2：对过敏者的鼻部进行保温或加温；
S3：将中药制剂挥发，使得过敏者口鼻吸入。
2.一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述该中药制剂包括中药组合物和辅料，所述中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏10-30份、紫菀10-30份、桑白皮20-40份、仙灵脾20-40份、黄芪10-30份、炙麻黄10-30份、肉苁蓉10-20份、防风10-30份、苍耳子15-35份、辛夷20-40份、野菊花20-40份、西洋参5-25份、郁金15-35份、川芎10-30份、丹参10-30份和甘草10-30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述中药组合物由下列重量份的原料制得：姜半夏20份、紫菀20份、桑白皮30份、仙灵脾30份、黄芪20份、炙麻黄20份、肉苁蓉15份、防风20份、苍耳子25份、辛夷30份、野菊花30份、西洋参15份、郁金25份、川芎20份、丹参20份和甘草20份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述辅料为藿香、陈皮、紫苏和白芷的制备的挥发油。
5.一种预防和缓解花粉过敏的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1：按照重量份称取各原料；
S2：将各原料进行超微粉碎，然后进行萃取；
S3：将萃取混合药剂和辅料混合即制得。
6.一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，其特征在于：包括佩戴在过敏者口鼻处的口罩主体(100)，口罩主体(100)对应过敏者口鼻处空缺，该空缺处可拆卸式装有用于预防与缓解花粉过敏的复合部(200)，复合部(200)从外到内依次由过滤层(210)、加温层(220)和布药层(230)组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，其特征在于：复合部(200)通过魔术贴可拆卸式粘贴在口罩主体(100)的空缺处。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，其特征在于：过滤层(210)包括两层纤维布层(211)，两层纤维布层(211)之间填充有活性炭(212)。
9.根据权利要求6或8所述的一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，其特征在于：加温层(220)包括加温片(221)，加温片(221)和过滤层(210)、布药层(230)贴合，加温片(221)连接供电组件(222)，供电组件(222)用于向加温片(221)供电驱使加温片(221)升温。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种预防与缓解花粉过敏的口罩，其特征在于：加温片(221)为复合金属箔。
