when the plurality of transmission shafts 409 rotate, the cams 412 on the outer surfaces of the transmission shafts also start to rotate, when the convex ends of the cams 412 rotate downwards, the extrusion rollers 414 and the moving strips 413 move downwards to push the moving seats 406 and the extrusion rollers 106 to move downwards, the extrusion rollers 106 are in contact with the chest and abdomen of a patient, meanwhile, when the moving seats 406 move downwards, the bottom ends of the telescopic rods 416 and the return springs 417 are driven to move downwards, the telescopic rods 416 and the return springs 417 are stretched, so that the return springs 417 are in a stretching state, when the convex ends of the cams 412 rotate upwards, the cams 412 do not extrude the rollers 414, the return springs 417 in the stretching state contract to drive the moving seats 406 and the extrusion rollers 106 to move upwards, the extrusion rollers 106 are separated from the patient, and the moving seats 406 push the rollers 414 and the moving strips 413 to move upwards, so that the rollers 414 are always attached to the outer edges of the cams 412;
this is repeated as the cam 412 rotates, thereby reciprocating the squeeze roller 106 up and down, resulting in an effective massage effect on the thoracoabdominal region of the patient.

when the first bevel gear 3 rotates, the first bevel gear 3 is meshed with the second bevel gear 301, so that the second bevel gear 301 and the rotating shafts 302 on the inner wall of the second bevel gear 301 are driven to rotate, the first transmission gears 303 are fixedly sleeved on the outer surfaces of the plurality of rotating shafts 302, and the first transmission chains 304 are in transmission connection among the plurality of first transmission gears 303, so that the plurality of rotating shafts 302 and the plurality of massage rollers 105 start to rotate simultaneously, and the plurality of massage rollers 105 play an effective massage effect on the back of a patient in the rotating process;
