firstly, determining an orthodontic treatment target, introducing an oral cavity image through a computer, designing a treatment target on the basis of the oral cavity image, and determining the orthodontic amount and the occlusion plane position of anterior teeth; and making a tooth model (5);
secondly, determining an occlusion plane, wherein the front tooth adjusting rod (12) on the positioning ruler (1) is abutted against a pair of incisors on the tooth model (5), the left and right tooth adjusting rods (13) and (14) are correspondingly abutted against the left and right rear tooth crowns, the end surface of the front tooth adjusting rod (12) is adjusted to be flush with the front tooth surface, and the occlusion plane is determined at three points on the tooth model (5);
thirdly, a sleeve (2) is bonded, the sleeve (2) is sleeved on and bonded to incisors of the tooth model (5) by taking a reference rod (112) at the front end of a center rod (11) of the positioning ruler as a reference, an occlusal plane determined by the positioning ruler (1) is transferred to the sleeve (2), and then the sleeve (2) is taken as an occlusal plane reference for guiding the appliance;
fourthly, placing the arch wire bracket (3), inserting the sleeve (2) by means of a connecting rod (31) at the front end of the arch wire bracket (3) and adjusting the forward and backward movement amount of the arch wire bracket (3), wherein the movement amount is the sum of the thickness of the lingual bracket and the correction amount of the corrected target anterior tooth;
fifthly, placing the arch wire (4) into an arch wire groove (32) of the arch wire bracket (3), adjusting the central position and ligating;
sixthly, a casting transfer guide plate (6) is used for casting the transfer guide plate (6) on the dental crown by adopting resin, and the sleeve (2), the arch wire bracket (3) and the arch wire (4) are connected into a whole; after curing, the whole body is separated from the tooth model (5) to form a transfer guide plate (6) with an arch wire bracket (3) and an arch wire (4);
seventhly, placing the prepared transfer guide plate (6) into the mouth, and adjusting the transfer guide plate (6) to enable the dental crown indentation to be aligned with and inosculated with the dental crown; then implanting an anchorage nail (7) at the hard palate part, and ligating and fixing the arch wire bracket (3);
eighthly, taking down the transfer guide plate (6), cutting the connecting rod (31) of the arch wire bracket (3), taking down the transfer guide plate (6), leaving the arch wire (4) and the anchoring frame (33) of the arch wire bracket, and enabling the arch wire (4) to be the correcting target position.
