and step 3: judging whether the occlusion position relation of the upper dentition and the lower dentition of the closed sealing die is accurate or not:
if the occlusion relation is not accurate, separating the maxillary dentition and the mandibular dentition from the maxillary base and the mandibular base respectively to leave a dentition gap between the maxillary base and the mandibular base, inserting the maxillary tracing plate into the tracing plate interface to be connected with the maxillary base, inserting the mandibular locating plate into the locating plate interface to be connected with the mandibular base, installing the tracing needle on the mandibular locating plate, adjusting the tracing needle to determine the vertical distance, allowing the patient to make forward and lateral movements, allowing the tracing needle to trace the movement track of the patient on the maxillary tracing plate, defining the jaw relation at the intersection point of the tracing graph, aligning the hole of the locator with the intersection point, fixing the locator, ordering the patient to occlude the upper jaw and the lower jaw, positioning the tracing needle in the hole of the locator, and fixing the maxillary and the mandibular bases;
if the occlusion relation is accurate, the upper jaw base and the lower jaw base are taken out.
2. The method of using a multi-functional final impression device according to claim 1, further comprising the step of mounting a handle connector to the maxillary base:
and fixedly mounting the handle connecting piece on an external interface.
3. The method of using a multi-functional final impression device according to claim 1, further comprising the step of installing a facial arch connector to the maxillary base in step 1:
and fixedly mounting the face bow connecting piece on an external interface.
4. A method for manufacturing a digital complete denture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: obtaining a full-mouth centric relationship using the centric jaw tray and the initial impression;
and 2, step: scanning the initial impression and the orthognathic tray or scanning a copy gypsum model of the initial impression and the orthognathic tray, matching data of the initial impression and the orthognathic tray, and acquiring data of the initial impression and occlusion relation;
and 3, step 3: designing a multifunctional final impression device; the multifunctional final impression device comprises an upper jaw base, a lower jaw base, an upper jaw dentition, a lower jaw dentition and an external interface, wherein an upper jaw dentition interface matched with the upper jaw dentition is arranged at the bottom of the upper jaw base, and a lower jaw dentition interface matched with the lower jaw dentition is arranged at the top of the lower jaw base;
a tracing plate interface is arranged at the bottom of the upper jaw base support, an upper jaw tracing plate is connected into the tracing plate interface and fixed with the upper jaw base support, and a positioner is arranged on the upper jaw tracing plate;
the top of the lower jaw base is provided with a positioning plate interface, a lower jaw positioning plate is connected into the positioning plate interface and fixed with the lower jaw base, a positioning needle is installed on the lower jaw positioning plate, and the lower jaw base is connected with the positioner through the positioning needle;
the outer interface is arranged at the front end of the upper jaw base support and is connected with the handle connecting piece or the face bow connecting piece; 3D printing the multifunctional final impression device;
and 4, step 4: confirming the occlusion relation of the closed impression and the occlusion relation through the multifunctional final impression device, and judging whether the occlusion relation of the closed impression and the occlusion relation is correct or not;
and 5:
(1) if the occlusion relation of the dentition of the closed impression mold in the step 4 is correct, designing and printing a tooth preparation guide plate, treating a finished artificial tooth tissue surface penetrating base support part by using the tooth preparation guide plate, embedding the closed impression mold obtained in the step 4 by using silicon rubber, and replacing the treated artificial tooth with injection molding; scanning the closed impression and dentition, and finishing the complete denture by using a cutting mode or a 3D printing mode;
(2) if the dentition occlusion relation of the closed impression is incorrect in the step 4, the occlusion relation is obtained again by using the trace board, and the complete denture is manufactured by one of the following steps:
(a) scanning the closed impression and the closed relation record, and designing an artificial tooth and a base; completing the artificial tooth and the base in a cutting or 3D printing mode;
(b) scanning the closed impression and the closed relation record, and designing a base with the function of a tooth preparation guide plate; 3D printing the base support with the function of the guide plate with the spare tooth, fixedly inserting the artificial tooth into the base support with the function of the guide plate with the spare tooth, adjusting the piercing-out part of the artificial tooth, embedding the artificial tooth with silicon rubber, and performing injection molding;
(c) scanning the closed impression and the closed relation record, and designing an integral dentition base support model and a dentition guide plate, wherein an upper dentition female die on a horizontal plane of the dentition guide plate is matched with the upper artificial dentition form, and a lower dentition female die on the horizontal plane is matched with the lower artificial dentition form; pouring a multifunctional final impression model by gypsum, and matching and fixing upper and lower jaw base supports and the gypsum model; the upper artificial dentition and the lower artificial dentition are matched with the tooth arrangement guide plate to be fixed and occluded by the positioning device; taking away the upper artificial dentition, fixing the upper artificial dentition on the tooth arrangement guide plate by using corresponding finished artificial teeth in an inosculation manner, and fixing the upper artificial dentition on the upper jaw model by using a curable material; taking away the lower artificial dentition, fixing the lower artificial dentition on the tooth arrangement guide plate by using corresponding finished artificial tooth anastomosis, and fixing the lower artificial dentition on the lower jaw model by using a curable material; arranging and fixing the finished artificial teeth at the designed position of a computer; forming a base support wax pattern; embedding with silicon rubber; and injection molding is carried out.
