MSISDN: mobile Subscriber International ISDN/PSTN number (ISDN is an Integrated Service Digital Network, short for Integrated Service Digital Network), which means a number that a calling Subscriber needs to dial to call a Mobile Subscriber in a GSM PLMN, and is used as a fixed Network PSTN number; the number which can only identify the mobile user is in the public telephone network exchange network numbering plan;
SIM: subscriber Identity Module. It is essentially a smart card with a large-scale integrated circuit incorporated therein to register user identification data and information.
IMSI: the International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number is a mark for distinguishing Mobile subscribers, is stored in the SIM card, and can be used for distinguishing effective information of Mobile subscribers. The total length does not exceed 15 bits, and numbers from 0 to 9 are also used;
ICCID: integrated circuit card identification (fixed in the SIM card of the mobile phone), ICCID is the unique identification number of the IC card, and the total number is 20 digits, and the coding format is as follows: XXXXXXX 0MFSS YYGXXXX. The first six operator codes: for example, the Chinese movement is as follows: 898600; china Unicom is as follows: 898601;
HLR: the Home Location Register, the Home Location Register and the HLR are responsible for the database managed by the mobile subscriber. Storing the subscription data of the managed user and the position information of the mobile user, and providing routing information for the call to a certain MS (mobile station, namely a mobile phone terminal);
IAM: the calling user sends the initial address request message to the called party.
The existing SIM card recycling technology has the following defects: when a user wants to recycle the SIM card, the user must bring the waste SIM card to an operator business hall, after the user applies for business to the operator business hall, business personnel use the're-personalization system', the original information such as the ICCID and the IMSI code on the card is read by the SIM card reader-writer, the information is submitted to the business support system for judgment, if the user is actually wasted, the original number is directly reinstalled or replaced by a new number according to the user requirement, and when the number is replaced by the new number, the personalization data on the waste SIM card needs to be rewritten by the card writer. It can be known that the existing SIM card recycling technology can not be completed by self, is inconvenient to operate and has a certain use threshold. That is, for the abandoned SIM card, the current technology cannot realize the self-service operation of the user, because the user has sold numbers in the mobile operator, and loses the call function, even the phone of the free customer such as 10086, 10010, etc. cannot be dialed, and the user cannot log in the online business office for business transaction.
Referring to fig. 1, to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for implementing recycling of a SIM card, including an MS/UE (user equipment) and a mobile communication network, where the mobile communication network includes a BCS (base station system control center), an MSC (mobile switching center), an HLR (home location register), an emergency service processing center, and a BSS (service operation support system).
The user equipment comprises a mobile terminal and a subscriber identity card (namely SIM card). A mobile terminal is a "machine" that performs speech coding, channel coding, information encryption, information modulation and demodulation, and information transmission and reception. The SIM card is a "person" similar to the IC card we use today, and therefore also called a smart card, which holds all the information needed to authenticate the identity of the customer and can perform some important information related to security to prevent unauthorized customers from entering the network. In the present invention, the mobile terminal is a mobile phone terminal (including a functional machine, a smart machine, such as a mobile phone (or called a "cellular" phone) and a computer with a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile device which may be portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-embedded or vehicle-mounted, and exchanges languages and/or data with a radio access network; the SIM card is a prior art SIM card that is a discarded (sold in the operator system) card, but should not be physically or electrically damaged, and is actually a smart card containing a large scale integrated circuit for registering subscriber identification data and information.
The base station system control center (BSC) is the control part of the service operation support system and performs switching in the service operation support system. The Base Station system control center is oriented to the wireless network and is mainly responsible for completing the management of wireless network management, wireless resource management and monitoring management of the wireless Base Station, the Base Station system control center and BTS (Base Transceiver Station) wireless connection establishment, connection, removal and other management, the control of completing the positioning, switching and paging of the mobile Station, the provision of voice coding, code pattern conversion, rate adaptation and other functions, and the completion of the operation and maintenance functions of the Base Station subsystem. In the invention, the system is responsible for establishing and continuing the emergency call and transmits the information such as IMSI code required by the emergency service processing center through related information.
A Mobile Switching Center (MSC) is the core of a PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network). The mobile switching center performs the functions of controlling and completing the call connection to the mobile stations located in its coverage area and is also the interface between the PLMN and other networks. It completes the functions of call connection, charging, switching between the service operation support system and the mobile switching center, auxiliary radio resource management, mobility management, etc. In addition, each mobile switching center also performs a function of GMSC, i.e., a function of inquiring location information of the mobile station, in order to establish a call route to the mobile station. The mobile switching center obtains all data required for processing the call request of the user from three databases, namely a Visitor Location Register (VLR), a Home Location Register (HLR) and an authentication center (AUC). In the invention, the mobile switching center is responsible for acquiring the user information from the HLR according to the IMSI, if the user information cannot be acquired, the SIM card is a recyclable SIM card, and the IMSI is transmitted to the emergency service processing center through the IAM message.
A Home Location Register (HLR) stores data used by administrative departments for mobile subscriber management. Each mobile subscriber should register with its Home Location Register (HLR), which primarily stores two types of information: the first is the parameters related to the mobile user, including the identification number of the mobile user, the access capability, the user category, the supplementary service and other data; one is information about where the mobile subscriber is currently located in order to establish a call route to the mobile station, e.g. the MSC, VLR address, etc. In the embodiment of the invention, the home location register is used for receiving a user information inquiry request of a mobile switching center and confirming whether an IMSI code is currently used; in addition, when the service operation support system needs to reactivate the IMSI code, the HLR receives the relevant activating instruction, and establishes the corresponding relation between the IMSI code and the MSISDN again so as to enable the SIM to be available.
The emergency service processing center is used for processing emergency calls, the emergency calls refer to that a user accesses to a nearby emergency service call center by dialing a specific emergency call number under an emergency condition, the emergency calls are free and have priority, and can be preferentially processed by a communication system, whether a mobile phone of the user has an SIM card or not, and whether the SIM card is normally used or not. An emergency call center exists in the existing mobile communication network or local network, but a unified manual processing mechanism is not established in China at present, and only when a user dials an emergency call (such as 112), a fixed recording prompt of' hello!is played at the emergency call center! The police 110, the fire 119, the first aid 120 and the traffic fault 122". Under ideal conditions, no matter fire alarm, bandit alarm or medical first aid, the system calls a unified call center firstly, then is manually connected to a corresponding fire alarm, bandit alarm or medical first aid center, and carries out emergency rescue after knowing information in detail. In the invention, an emergency service processing center is added on the basis of an emergency call center by utilizing the basic principle of emergency call, the emergency service processing center receives IMSI information of an SIM card transmitted by BSC and MSC, and then sends the IMSI information to a service operation support system, and the service operation support system inquires and judges the IMSI, and binds a mobile phone number again and activates the mobile phone number for use.
A service operation support system (BSS) is an integrated service system for telecommunication operators to support their service development, and generally includes business, accounting, charging, settlement, channel, peripheral interface, and so on. In the embodiment of the invention, an IMSI recycling module is added in a system for customer relationship management, resource management and the like. The mobile phone number receiving module is used for receiving the IMSI code and judging whether the IMSI code is used and whether the corresponding mobile phone number is idle. And if the IMSI code is available and the corresponding mobile phone number is also available, directly restarting, and sending the corresponding relation between the IMSI and the mobile phone number to the HLR for activating and restarting. If the corresponding mobile phone number is put to other users again for use, a new mobile phone number is automatically and randomly allocated, and is bound and activated with the IMSI code.
Based on the above system for implementing recycling of the SIM card, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for implementing recycling of the SIM card, where the method is executed by the above system for implementing recycling of the SIM card, and the method includes:
step S01: the user equipment sends a first service request to a mobile communication network, wherein the first service request carries an IMSI code corresponding to the SIM card;
step S02: a mobile switching center in a mobile communication network acquires an IMSI code and acquires the state of the IMSI code from a home location register according to the IMSI code;
step S03: if the IMSI code is in a number cancellation state, the mobile switching center transmits the IMSI code to a service operation support system through an emergency service processing center;
step S04: after receiving the IMSI code, the service operation support system judges whether the IMSI code and an original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code are available;
step S05: if the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code are both available, the service operation support system sends a first activation instruction carrying the corresponding relation between the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number to a home location register so as to bind and activate the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number through the home location register.
It can be understood that, in the embodiments of the present invention, by means of the emergency call process and method, an emergency service processing center is added on the basis of a corresponding emergency call center, and by cooperation of the emergency service processing center and the service support system, recycling of the SIM card is realized, thereby solving the problem that in the prior art, the self-service operation of recycling of the SIM card cannot be realized, and achieving the purposes of saving resources, facilitating operation, and promoting user development.
The method for recycling the SIM card according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail below.
For step S01: the user equipment sends a first service request to a mobile communication network, wherein the first service request carries an IMSI code corresponding to the SIM card;
specifically, before the user equipment sends the first service request to the mobile communication network, the method may include:
step S011: after user equipment provided with the SIM card dials an emergency call phone according to an emergency number input by a user, acquiring a call type selected by the user and used for indicating the reactivation of the SIM card;
step S012: a first service request is sent to the mobile communication network based on the call type selected by the user.
It should be noted that in the existing GSM and 3GPP specifications, even a handset terminal without a SIM card can make an emergency call (e.g. 112, 911, 110, etc.). Therefore, according to the emergency call flow and method, after the user places the waste SIM card into the mobile terminal and dials the emergency call (e.g. 112), the mobile terminal may obtain the call number (e.g. 112) and the selected call type. The call type is the activation type of the disabled card selected by the user when the user dials 112, that is, the call type for instructing the re-activation of the SIM card, so as to start the activation procedure of the disabled card.
For step S02: a mobile switching center in a mobile communication network acquires the IMSI code and acquires the state of the IMSI code from a home location register according to the IMSI code.
Specifically, a mobile switching center in a mobile communication network acquires an IMSI number, including:
step S021: a base station system control center in a mobile communication network receives a first service request and transmits an IMSI code carried in the first service request to a mobile switching center;
in the embodiment of the invention, the base station system control center is responsible for establishing and continuing the emergency call and transmits the information such as the IMSI code and the like required by the emergency service processing center through related information.
Specifically, obtaining the state of the IMSI number from the home location register according to the IMSI number includes:
step S022: the mobile switching center uses the IMSI code to inquire the user information corresponding to the IMSI code to a home location register;
step S023: and if the user information corresponding to the IMSI code is not found, determining that the IMSI code is in a number cancellation state.
Step S024: if the user information corresponding to the IMSI code is found, the IMSI code is determined to be in a using state without activation, therefore, the mobile switching center processes the user information according to the existing common emergency call, the emergency call center plays the recording notice and ends the SIM card recycling process, namely the card waste activation process.
For step S03: if the IMSI code is in a number canceling state, the mobile switching center transmits the IMSI code to a service operation support system through an emergency service processing center.
Specifically, the mobile switching center transmits the IMSI number to the service operation support system through the emergency service processing center, which includes:
step S031: the mobile switching center sends a first message to an emergency service processing center, wherein the first message carries an IMSI code;
step S032: and the emergency service processing center sends the IMSI code to a service operation support system through an SOCKET interface.
The emergency service processing center is a newly added network element device, serves as a switching hub of an original process and a service operation support system, sends the IMSI code to the service operation support system through an SOCKET interface, receives a processing result of the service operation support system, generates log information and the like, and is ready for reference.
The first message is IAM information, and the IAM information is an initial address request message sent by a calling user to a called user.
For step S04: and after receiving the IMSI code, the service operation support system judges whether the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code are available.
Specifically, the service operation support system in the embodiment of the present invention is further provided with an IMSI recycling module, configured to receive an IMSI number sent by an emergency service processing center, and determine whether the IMSI number is re-enabled, where if the IMSI number is in a state of being used, it indicates that the IMSI number is unavailable, and otherwise, if the IMSI number is in an idle state, it indicates that the IMSI number is available. Similarly, if the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number is in a state of being used, it indicates that the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number is unavailable, whereas if the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number is in an idle state, it indicates that the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number is available. The original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number means a mobile phone number bound by the IMSI number before recycling. The Mobile phone number is an MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber International ISDN/PSTN number, where ISDN is an Integrated Service Digital Network, short for Integrated Service Digital Network), and refers to a number that a calling user needs to dial to call a Mobile user in a GSM PLMN, and the number is the only number that can identify the Mobile user in a public switched Network numbering plan and is the same as a fixed Network PSTN number.
Step S05: if the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code are both available, the service operation support system sends a first activation instruction carrying the corresponding relation between the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number to the home location register so as to bind and activate the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number through the home location register.
Specifically, if both the IMSI number and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number are available, the service operation support system directly restores the state of the original mobile phone number, and restores the basic data, and the specific implementation process is as follows: the service operation support system sends a first activation instruction carrying the corresponding relation between the IMSI code and the original mobile phone number to the home location register so as to activate the corresponding relation between the original mobile phone number and the IMSI on the home location register, thereby realizing the reuse of the waste card.
Further, the method for recycling the SIM card further includes: if the IMSI code is available and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code is unavailable, the service operation support system determines a new mobile phone number for the IMSI code and sends a second activation instruction carrying the corresponding relation of the IMSI code and the new mobile phone number to the home location register so as to bind and activate the IMSI code and the new mobile phone number through the home location register.
Specifically, if the IMSI number is available and the original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI number is not available, a new mobile phone number conforming to the IMSI rule is randomly allocated, corresponding user information is created, and the corresponding relationship between the new mobile phone number and the IMSI is activated on the home location register, thereby realizing reuse of the obsolete card.
A specific process of recycling the SIM card according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the specific process of recycling the sim card includes:
step A01: the user puts the SIM card to be recovered into the user equipment (i.e. mobile terminal), and dials the emergency number (e.g. 112), and enters step a02;
step A02: the user equipment acquires the emergency number and the calling type input by the user, and enters the step A03;
the calling type is used for indicating the reactivation of the SIM card to be recovered, so that a waste card activation process is entered;
step A03: the user equipment sends a message carrying the IMSI code corresponding to the SIM card to the mobile communication network, and enters step A04;
wherein, a base station system control center (BSC) in the mobile communication network receives the IMSI code and transmits the IMSI code to a Mobile Switching Center (MSC);
step A04: a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) acquires the IMSI code, inquires the state of the IMSI code from a Home Location Register (HLR), and enters the step A05;
step A05: returning the state of the IMSI code to the Home Location Register (HLR), and entering the step A06;
step A06: judging whether the IMSI code is used or not by a Mobile Switching Center (MSC); if not, entering step A07, and if so, entering step A08;
if the IMSI code is in the number-off state, the IMSI code is not used, otherwise, the IMSI code is used;
step A07: the Mobile Switching Center (MSC) sends the IMSI code to an emergency service processing center through IAM information, and the step A09 is entered;
step A08: the Mobile Switching Center (MSC) proceeds to step A10 according to the ordinary emergency call processing;
step A09: the emergency service processing center sends the IMSI code to a service operation support system (BSS) through an SOCKET interface, and enters step A11;
step A10: the emergency call center plays the recorded notice, and the process is finished;
step A11: a service operation support system (BSS) judges whether the IMSI code can be reused; if yes, entering step A12, if no, ending the process;
step A12: a service operation support system (BSS) judges whether an original mobile phone number corresponding to the IMSI code is available; if yes, entering step A13, if not, entering step A14;
step A13: the service operation support system (BSS) reactivates the user profile, and the process proceeds to step a15:
step A14: a service operation support system (BSS) redistributes a new mobile phone number, creates user data and enters into step A15;
