Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a first embodiment of a television control method according to the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, collecting a real-time monitoring picture of a watching area of a television after the television is started;
the viewing area is an area where the user can normally view the television broadcast, such as a living room area, a dining room area, and the like. In addition, a camera can be arranged on the television to collect real-time monitoring pictures of the watching area. In the embodiment of the invention, after the television is turned on, the real-time monitoring picture of the watching area of the television is collected.
Step 102, judging whether a user with the lasting residence time exceeding a first preset time threshold exists in the watching area or not according to the real-time monitoring picture;
when the real-time monitoring picture of the watching area is collected, human body detection and identification are carried out on the real-time monitoring picture, when the human body is detected, all users are tracked, the corresponding continuous staying time of the users is calculated, and whether the users with the continuous staying time exceeding a first preset time threshold exist in the watching area or not is judged. The first preset time threshold may be set by a technician according to an actual situation, and is not further limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 103, if not, turning off the television;
when the user stays in the watching area for a period of time not exceeding the first preset time threshold, it can be considered that the user only passes through the watching area and does not wait to watch the television in the watching area. For example, the first preset time threshold is 1 minute, when there is no user staying in the viewing area for 1 minute, it may be considered that there is no user watching tv in the viewing area, and the tv is turned off, so as to save power consumption.
Step 104, if yes, determining the state information of the user according to the real-time monitoring picture;
when the duration time of the user in the watching area exceeds a first preset time threshold, the user is considered to be possible to watch the television in the watching area, and the state information of the user is continuously determined according to the real-time monitoring picture.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the status information of the user according to the real-time monitoring picture includes:
substep 1041, determining face orientation information of the user according to the real-time monitoring picture;
in the embodiment of the invention, the face orientation information of the user is determined according to the real-time monitoring picture, and whether the user is watching the television or not can be known through the face orientation of the user.
Specifically, the step of determining the face orientation information of the user includes:
identifying a head image of the user from the real-time monitoring picture;
carrying out face characteristic point detection on the head image; wherein the facial feature points are left eye, right eye, nose, and mouth.
When all face feature points are detected, determining that the face orientation information is completely oriented to the television; specifically, when the left eye, right eye, nose, and mouth of the user are detected from the head portrait, it can be determined that the face of the user is fully oriented toward the television.
When the partial face feature points are detected, determining that the face orientation information is a partial orientation television;
for example, only the right eye, nose, and mouth of the user may be detected from the head portrait, then the user's face may be determined to be partially oriented toward the television.
And when the face feature point is not detected, determining that the face orientation information is not oriented to the television.
When facial feature points are not detected in the head avatar, then the user may be considered to be facing away from the television.
Substep 1042, judging whether the time for the face of the user to completely face the television is lower than a second preset time threshold value according to the face orientation information;
substep 1043, if yes, determining the status information as a listening status;
if the time that the user is fully facing the television is less than the second preset time threshold, the user may be considered to be in a listening state without normally watching the television, and likewise, the second preset time may be set by a technician according to actual needs. For example, if the second predetermined time threshold is 20 seconds and the user is fully facing the television for only 10 seconds, then the user may be deemed not to be watching the television carefully and the status information may be determined to be in the listening status.
If not, acquiring the eye state information of the user according to the real-time monitoring picture;
further, according to the real-time monitoring picture, the eye state information of the user is obtained, and the eye state information may include an eye opening state and an eye closing state.
Substep 1045, determining whether the eye closing time of the user exceeds a third preset time threshold according to the eye state information;
substep 1046, if yes, determining that the state information is a sleep state;
when the eye closing time of the user exceeds a third preset time threshold, the user may be considered to enter a sleep state, and the state information is determined as the sleep state, for example, the third preset time threshold is 1 minute, and when the eye closing time of the user exceeds 1 minute, the user may be considered to be asleep, and the state information is determined as the sleep state.
And a substep 1047, if not, determining that the status information is the viewing status.
When the user is watching a television program normally, the eye-closing time is short because the blinking speed is fast. When the eye closing time of the user does not exceed a third preset time threshold, the user can be considered to be watching the television program normally, and the state information is determined as the watching state.
And 105, controlling the television according to the state information.
Specifically, the step of controlling the television according to the state information includes:
if the state information is in a watching state, maintaining the picture playing and audio playing of the television;
and when the user is in a normal watching state, the picture playing and the audio playing of the television are maintained, so that the watching requirements of the user are met.
If the state information is in a listening state, closing the picture playing of the television and maintaining the audio playing of the television;
when the face of the user is not facing to the television, the user does not actually watch the television picture, so that the picture playing of the television can be turned off. It is possible for a user to listen to a television program, such as news, thereby preserving the audio playback of the television and conserving power while meeting the user's needs.
And if the state information is in a sleep state, closing the picture playing and the audio playing of the television.
When the user falls asleep, the user does not watch the picture of the television and does not listen to the television program, so that the picture playing and the audio playing of the television can be closed, and the energy and the electricity can be saved to the greatest extent.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the television is started, a real-time monitoring picture of a watching area of the television is acquired, whether a user with a lasting residence time exceeding a first preset time threshold exists in the watching area is judged according to the real-time monitoring picture, if not, the television is turned off, if yes, the state information of the user is determined according to the real-time monitoring picture, and the television is controlled according to the state information, so that when no user stably watches in the watching area, the television is automatically turned off, unnecessary consumption of electric power is reduced, in addition, the television can be controlled according to the state of the user, and energy and electricity saving are realized while watching requirements of the user are met.
