When the intelligent home system obtains the parameter setting of the intelligent home equipment in the learning scene, the parameter of the intelligent home equipment correspondingly related to the parameter setting is correspondingly set, so that the related intelligent home equipment executes corresponding response, and the scene linkage mode of the living room is switched to the learning scene linkage mode under the condition that a user feels no sense.
Further, in order to provide correct judgment and switching of a natural scene linkage mode, a preset time is set, the preset time needs to be integral multiples of a shooting frequency for shooting and acquiring a user behavior image, for example, when the frequency is once every five seconds, the preset time is ten seconds, fifteen seconds, twenty seconds and the like, when the intelligent home system judges that the user is in a certain scene for the first time through the user behavior image, the scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene is not called, when the preset time is five seconds, namely when the intelligent home system judges that the current scene of the user is the same as a result obtained by the last judgment through the user behavior image acquired for the second time, the user is confirmed to be in the certain scene, and the scene linkage mode corresponding to the certain scene is controlled to be started or switched; when the preset time is less than the time of one time of the shooting frequency, directly controlling to start or switch to a scene linkage mode corresponding to a certain scene when the user is judged to be in the certain scene for the first time; when the preset time is more than the time when the shooting frequency is integral multiple of two times, the user is considered to be in a certain scene only when the judgment result of each time in the maintaining period is the same scene, and the scene linkage mode corresponding to the certain scene is controlled to be started or switched.
Further, setting second preset time, when the intelligent home system judges that the user is separated from the current scene through the user behavior image, for example, the user changes from reading a book to playing a mobile phone, judging whether the user confirms that the user is separated from the scene through the rule the same as the preset time, and if so, recovering the set parameters of the intelligent home device before switching the scene linkage mode. Or when detecting that the user leaves the current room for a long time and exceeds the second preset time, similarly judging that the user leaves the scene, and simultaneously turning off all the light sources to switch to the leaving scene, namely, the power saving mode of no person in the room. The first preset time and the second preset time can be set by a user, and can also be learned intelligently through an intelligent home system, the preset time and the second preset time are lengthened when the user feeds back judgment errors, and the preset time and the second preset time are gradually shortened along with the increase of judgment times when the user does not feed back, so that the power utilization is further saved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method for switching the smart home scene is further specifically described based on an application scene, and fig. 4 is a specific flowchart illustrating automatic scene switching by the method for switching the smart home scene provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes the steps of:
step S10, start, proceed to step S11;
step S11, shooting through a camera to obtain a user behavior image, and entering step S12;
step S12, analyzing the image data of the user behavior image, and entering step S13;
step S13, whether the condition for switching scenes is met or not is analyzed, if not, the step S11 is carried out, and if yes, the step S14 is carried out;
step S14, when the condition of switching scenes is currently satisfied by the image data analysis, scene switching is triggered, and the step S20 is entered;
and step S20, end.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the specific application of the present invention, the smart home system controls the camera to shoot the user behavior image reflecting the current user behavior, and obtains the newspaper when the user a holds the article in the current hand through data analysis, and further determines that the user a is looking at the newspaper when the user a is in the posture, and then considers that the user a is currently in the reading scene, so as to satisfy the condition for triggering scene switching. The intelligent home system controls and switches current intelligent home device setting parameters to reading scene parameters, such as turning on an atmosphere lamp, playing light music and the like. Through automatically identifying the related articles and postures of the user behaviors, the intelligent home equipment parameters are automatically controlled to be adjusted to the parameters corresponding to the scenes, so that the user can identify the user behaviors and link the scenes in an insensitive state, and the intelligent home experience of the user is improved.

As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent home scene switching device corresponding to the intelligent home scene switching method, where the intelligent home scene switching device includes:
a user behavior image obtaining module 510, configured to obtain a user behavior image;
in this embodiment, the smart home system obtains a user behavior image through camera shooting. The method comprises the following steps that a user needs to install at least one camera in each room of the home in advance, the camera can be a common monitoring camera, and a monitoring function can be provided for the user while shooting is carried out to obtain a user behavior image; the high-pixel image can be used for accurately acquiring the current behaviors and postures of the user, articles used by the user and ongoing events. The camera can also be provided with a human body infrared sensor, and the camera is started to execute shooting to obtain a user behavior image and a monitoring function when people are detected, so that energy consumption is reduced. The high-definition images containing the users acquired in the step are beneficial to identifying subsequent user postures and the like, the judgment accuracy of the intelligent home system on the user behaviors is improved, and more intelligent home life experience is brought to the users.
A scene recognition module 520, configured to recognize, based on the user behavior image, a related item and a user gesture in the user behavior image, and determine a current scene of the user;
in this embodiment, the smart home system calculates and analyzes the user behavior image, and analyzing the user behavior image that the user is using an article includes an article held by a hand of the user, an article worn by the user, or an article watched by the user, for example, when the smart home system analyzes that the user holds a book by the hand of the user through the user behavior image, it is preliminarily determined that the user is likely to be in a reading scene; when the intelligent home system analyzes that the user wears the eyeshade on the face through the user behavior image, the intelligent home system preliminarily judges that the user is possibly in a rest scene; when the intelligent home system analyzes that the user looks at the television or faces the television through the user behavior image, and detects that the television is playing a film, the intelligent home system preliminarily judges whether the user is possibly in a film watching scene, and judges whether the user posture accords with the reading scene, the rest scene and the film watching scene on the basis of the related articles after the related articles of the user behavior are identified. On the other hand, the current posture of the user, such as the high leg raising action, the yoga action, the lying still action and other postures, can be recognized, and then whether the user uses other articles, such as a yoga mat, a pillow, a quilt and the like, is obtained to further determine whether the scene where the user is located is a sport scene, a yoga scene and a rest scene. In the two methods, the judgment process of the former method is faster, and a few scenes can be limited according to specific objects; the latter has a wide application range, and when the object used by the user cannot be identified, the current scene of the user can be determined only through the posture of the user. Furthermore, the intelligent home system learns the behaviors of the user, the user behaviors are accurately grasped through the learning of the intelligent algorithm, the judgment speed and the judgment accuracy of the scene where the user is located are improved, and the intelligent experience of the user when the intelligent home system is used is further improved.
And a scene linkage mode calling module 530, configured to call, based on the confirmed current scene of the user, a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene, and control the corresponding smart home device to execute a corresponding response.
In this embodiment, the smart home system calls a preset database containing scene linkage mode data corresponding to various user scenes according to the scene where the user is currently located, and searches a scene linkage mode corresponding to the current user scene and setting parameters of smart home equipment corresponding to the scene linkage mode in the database, for example, a scene linkage mode a corresponding to the user in a rest scene; the user corresponds to the scene linkage mode B when in the yoga scene; and the user corresponds to a scene linkage mode C when in a reading scene, wherein the scene linkage mode is specifically the setting parameters of the household intelligent household equipment. When a user sleeps in a living room, the intelligent home system calls a corresponding scene linkage mode A, the specific setting parameters of the scene linkage mode A are that all lights in the room are closed, a curtain is pulled, and sleep-aid audio can be played according to the usual sleeping habits of the user; for example, when the user does yoga in a room, the mode is switched to the scene linkage mode B, and the intelligent home system opens the air conditioner and the humidifier in the room and plays music of the relaxed yoga to create a comfortable atmosphere for the user. The current scene of the user is intelligently identified and automatically called, the setting parameters of the intelligent household equipment corresponding to the scene are switched to the corresponding scene linkage mode, the non-inductive scene linkage mode switching is realized, the scene linkage mode which the user wants to use can be switched under the condition that the user does not need to give instructions, and the intelligent home experience and the user viscosity of the user are improved.
As can be seen from the above, in the solution of the present invention, the user behavior image is obtained by the user behavior image obtaining module 510; through the scene recognition module 520, based on the user behavior image, recognizing related articles and user gestures in the user behavior image, and confirming the current scene of the user; through the scene linkage mode adjusting module 530, based on the confirmed current scene of the user, a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene is called, and the corresponding smart home device is controlled to execute a corresponding response. Compared with the prior art, the scheme of the invention judges the user behavior action through the user behavior image obtained by shooting, intelligently analyzes the current scene of the user and automatically switches the scene linkage mode of the intelligent household equipment. Add new function for intelligent home systems: the scene that the intelligent recognition user gesture corresponds and the scene linkage mode of automatic switch intelligent household equipment make the user need not to switch the scene linkage mode through the mode of presetting or assigning the instruction, accomplish the purpose that the noninductive switched, promote intelligent home systems's intelligent sense, science and technology sense, strengthen user's viscosity.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the specific functions of each module of the intelligent home scene switching device may refer to the corresponding descriptions in the intelligent home scene switching method, and are not described herein again.
Based on the above embodiment, the present invention further provides an intelligent terminal, and a schematic block diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 6. The intelligent terminal comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface which are connected through a system bus. Wherein, the processor of the intelligent terminal is used for providing calculation and control capability. The memory of the intelligent terminal comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating system and an intelligent home scene switching program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and an intelligent household scene switching program in the nonvolatile storage medium. The network interface of the intelligent terminal is used for being connected and communicated with an external terminal through a network. When being executed by the processor, the intelligent home scene switching program realizes the steps of any one of the intelligent home scene switching methods.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the block diagram shown in fig. 6 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the solution of the present invention, and does not constitute a limitation to the intelligent terminal to which the solution of the present invention is applied, and a specific intelligent terminal may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, an intelligent terminal is provided, where the intelligent terminal includes a memory, a processor, and an intelligent home scene switching program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the intelligent home scene switching program, when executed by the processor, performs the following operation instructions:
acquiring a user behavior image;
based on the user behavior image, identifying related articles and user gestures in the user behavior image, and confirming the current scene of the user;
and calling a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene based on the confirmed current scene of the user, and controlling the corresponding intelligent household equipment to execute corresponding response.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium is stored with an intelligent home scene switching program, and the intelligent home scene switching program is executed by a processor to realize the steps of any intelligent home scene switching method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned functions may be distributed as different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional units or modules to implement all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art would appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps of the examples described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus/terminal device and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus/terminal device are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the above modules or units is only one logical division, and the actual implementation may be implemented by another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed.
The integrated modules/units described above may be stored in a storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Claims (10)

1. A smart home scene switching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a user behavior image;
based on the user behavior image, identifying related articles and user gestures in the user behavior image, and confirming the current scene of the user;
and calling a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene based on the confirmed current scene of the user, and controlling the corresponding intelligent household equipment to execute corresponding response.
2. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the user behavior image comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining related articles and user gestures when a user is at home in advance, and establishing a corresponding relation with a corresponding current user scene in advance according to the related articles and the user gestures;
the scenes include home, getting up, sleeping, moving, reading, and viewing.
3. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the user behavior image further comprises, before:
presetting scene linkage mode data corresponding to a current scene of a user;
the scene linkage mode data comprise setting parameters of the intelligent household equipment in each scene.
4. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 2, wherein the step of identifying the related items and the user gestures in the user behavior image based on the user behavior image and confirming the current scene of the user comprises:
calling the user behavior image;
identifying related articles and user gestures in the user behavior image through an image identification technology;
and confirming the current scene of the user based on the identification result and the corresponding relation.
5. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 4, wherein the step of identifying the related objects and the user gestures in the user behavior image by using an image recognition technology comprises:
identifying the user-held article in the user behavior image;
and identifying the user gesture based on the user holding the article.
6. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 3, wherein the step of invoking a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene based on the confirmed user current scene and controlling the corresponding smart home device to execute a corresponding response comprises:
calling preset scene linkage mode data corresponding to the scene;
searching a scene linkage mode corresponding to the current scene of the user and setting parameters of the intelligent household equipment based on the scene linkage mode data;
and controlling and setting parameters of the corresponding intelligent household equipment to enable the intelligent household equipment to execute corresponding response.
7. The smart home scene switching method according to claim 1, wherein the step of invoking a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene based on the confirmed user current scene and controlling the corresponding smart home device to execute a corresponding response further comprises:
based on the scene, confirming that the time for maintaining the current scene by the user is more than the preset time;
and calling and executing a scene linkage mode corresponding to the scene.

10. A storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores an intelligent home scene switching program, and the intelligent home scene switching program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the intelligent home scene switching method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
