judging whether the POTS line A is abnormally locked or not through starting line test function detection;
and when the A line abnormality is detected, judging that the A line of the POTS line is abnormally locked.
When detecting that the line A is abnormally locked, entering a resistance testing process, detecting a resistance value between the line A and the ground wire, and judging whether the line A is grounded or not, wherein the step of judging whether the line A is grounded or not comprises the following steps of:
when the voice gateway is detected to enter a locking state, entering a resistance testing process, and detecting resistance voltage and current parameters among the A line grounding resistance, the B line grounding resistance and the AB line;
when detecting that the grounding of the A line has resistance, the voice gateway judges that the grounding of the A line occurs.
The method for detecting and processing the grounding fault of the POTS line A line, wherein when judging that the line A is grounded, the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be direct current ringing current comprises the following steps:
when the line A is judged to be grounded, the voltage is not output on the line A when the ringing is controlled, and the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current.
Wherein, when the line A is determined to be grounded, the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be direct current ringing current further comprises:
when the line A is judged to be grounded, the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current, and the 75v ringing current of the output direct current is controlled; the output voltage of the A line is always 0V when the direct current ringing current is output.
Wherein, when the line A is judged to be grounded, the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be direct current ringing current further comprises the following steps:
the voice gateway changes the default configuration of the case of detecting the grounding of the A line to the grounding of the A line corresponding to the grounding of the A line on the user line, and the voice gateway is particularly described above.

the embodiment of the invention provides a POTS line A line ground fault detection processing method and device, computer equipment and medium.
The method comprises the following steps: when the voice gateway receives the incoming call of the outside line, the voice gateway controls to send a ringing signal to the user terminal; at the same time of ringing, the control starting circuit test function detects and judges whether the POTS circuit A line is abnormally locked; when abnormal locking of the A line is detected, entering a test resistance flow, detecting a resistance value between the A line and the ground wire, and judging whether the A line is grounded or not; when the line A is judged to be grounded, the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current. In the embodiment of the invention, when the telephone is unavailable due to the grounding of the POTS line A, the voice gateway detects that the A line is grounded, and when a user receives an incoming call and rings, the ringing current is controlled to be direct current ringing current, namely, voltage (for example, 75v ringing current of the output direct current) is not output on the A line during ringing, so that the problem that the A line is unavailable due to the grounding of the A line can be completely solved; providing convenience for users.
The voice gateway can configure the condition of detecting the grounding of the A line on the user line by default without carrying out automatic detection each time, thereby automatically solving the problem that the user is unavailable due to the grounding of the A line, saving manpower to locate the line user fault and increasing the good experience of the user.

Claims (8)
1. A POTS line a line ground fault detection processing method, the method comprising:
when the voice gateway receives the incoming call of the outside line, the voice gateway controls to send a ringing signal to the user terminal;
at the same time of ringing, the control starting circuit test function detects and judges whether the POTS circuit A line is abnormally locked;
when ringing, if the voice gateway receives the off-hook signal, the voice gateway stops ringing the user terminal and controls to connect the user telephone;
when the call is put through and the other party is abnormally off-hook, the voice gateway receives the disconnection message and enters a voice release process, and the voice gateway detects that the telephone is not actually off-hook, howling is controlled to be sounded, and the voice gateway enters a lock line state;
judging whether the POTS line A is abnormally locked or not through starting line test function detection;
judging that the POTS line A line is abnormally locked when the A line abnormality is detected;
when abnormal locking of the A line is detected, entering a test resistance flow, detecting a resistance value between the A line and the ground wire, and judging whether the A line is grounded or not;
when the voice gateway is detected to enter a locking state, entering a resistance testing process, and detecting resistance voltage and current parameters among the A line grounding resistance, the B line grounding resistance and the AB line;
when detecting that the grounding of the A line has resistance, the voice gateway judges that the grounding of the A line occurs;
when the line A is judged to be grounded, the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current.
2. The method for detecting and processing a line-a ground fault of a POTS line according to claim 1, wherein when the voice gateway receives an incoming call from an outside line, the step of controlling to send a ringing signal to the subscriber terminal comprises:
the application program APP of the voice gateway detects whether an incoming call of the outside line is received or not in real time;
when the application program APP of the voice gateway receives the incoming call of the outside line, the control sends a ringing signal to the user side.
3. The method for detecting and handling a line-a ground fault of a POTS line according to claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the line-a is grounded, the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be dc ringing current comprises:
when the line A is judged to be grounded, the voltage is not output on the line A when the ringing is controlled, and the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current.
4. The method for detecting and handling a line-a ground fault of a POTS line according to claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the line-a is grounded, the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be dc ringing current further comprises:
when the line A is judged to be grounded, the ringing current of the call is controlled to be direct current ringing current, and the 75v ringing current of the output direct current is controlled; the output voltage of the A line is always 0V when the direct current ringing current is output.
5. The method for detecting and processing a line-a ground fault of a POTS line according to claim 1, wherein after the step of controlling the ringing current of the call to be dc ringing current when it is determined that the line-a is grounded, further comprising:
and the voice gateway changes the default configuration of the situation that the grounding of the A line is detected into the grounding of the A line corresponding to the grounding of the A line on the user line.
6. A POTS line a line ground fault detection processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the incoming call control module is used for controlling the user terminal to send a ringing signal when the voice gateway receives an incoming call of the outside line;
the circuit test starting module is used for ringing and controlling the starting circuit test function to detect and judge whether the POTS circuit A line is abnormally locked or not; when the voice gateway is used for ringing, if the voice gateway receives an off-hook signal, the voice gateway sends out a stop ringing signal to the user terminal and controls the user to be connected with the telephone; when the call is put through and the other party is abnormally off-hook, the voice gateway receives the disconnection message and enters a voice release process, and the voice gateway detects that the telephone is not actually off-hook, howling is controlled to be sounded, and the voice gateway enters a lock line state; judging whether the POTS line A is abnormally locked or not through starting line test function detection; judging that the POTS line A line is abnormally locked when the A line abnormality is detected;
the resistance testing module is used for entering a resistance testing flow when detecting abnormal locking of the A line, detecting a resistance value between the A line and the ground line and judging whether the A line is grounded or not; the voice gateway is also used for detecting the resistance voltage and current parameters among the A line grounding resistance, the B line grounding resistance and the AB line when the voice gateway is detected to enter a locking state and enter a test resistance flow;
when detecting that the grounding of the A line has resistance, the voice gateway judges that the grounding of the A line occurs;
the direct current ringing current control module is used for controlling the ringing current of the call to be direct current ringing current when the line A is judged to be grounded;
and the reconfiguration module is used for the voice gateway and converting the default configuration of the situation that the grounding of the A line is detected into the grounding of the A line corresponding to the grounding of the A line on the user line.
7. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, carries out the steps of the POTS line a line ground fault detection processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the POTS line a line ground fault detection processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
