Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the description herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order to improve the inspection efficiency, the embodiment of the application provides an inspection method, an inspection device, a task processing terminal, an inspection server and an inspection system. Next, a method for inspection provided in the embodiment of the present application is first described.
The inspection method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to the task processing end, the task processing end can be an electronic device with human-computer interaction functions such as a client and a webpage, and the inspection method provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized by at least one of software, a hardware circuit and a logic circuit arranged in the task processing end. As shown in fig. 1, the inspection method may include the following steps.
S101, a request for processing the inspection task is received.
And S102, sending an exclusive request aiming at the patrol task to the patrol server.
S103, under the condition that the exclusive processing right is successfully distributed to the current task processing end, receiving a query result aiming at the inspection task and sent by the inspection server, and loading the query result, wherein the query result is a processing basis of the inspection task.
After allocating the exclusive processing right aiming at the routing inspection task for the task processing end, the routing inspection server can directly return the query result to the task processing end.
In a possible implementation manner, the routing inspection server needs to query a query result corresponding to a query request according to the query request of the task processing terminal. Under the condition that the exclusive processing right is successfully distributed to the current task processing end, receiving a query result aiming at the inspection task and sent by the inspection server, and loading the query result, wherein the query result comprises the following steps: if feedback information of successfully allocating exclusive processing rights corresponding to the exclusive request returned by the inspection server is received, sending an inquiry request aiming at the inspection task to the inspection server; and receiving a query result returned by the routing inspection server, and loading the query result.
By applying the scheme of the embodiment of the application, after receiving the request for processing the inspection task, the task processing end sends the exclusive request for the inspection task to the inspection server, so that the inspection server allocates the exclusive processing right for the inspection task to the task processing end, thus the task processing end takes the exclusive processing right for processing the inspection task, the inspection server returns the query result for the inspection task to the task processing end, and the task processing end loads the query result, so that the inspection task is processed according to the query result. Because the task processing end has the exclusive processing right for the inspection task, only the inspection personnel who logs in the task processing end can process the inspection task during the exclusive period, and other inspection personnel have no right to process the inspection task, the condition that the same inspection task is repeatedly processed by different inspection personnel is avoided, and the inspection efficiency is improved.
After the inspector logs in the task processing end, an inspection task list which is required to be processed by the inspector currently is displayed on an interface of the task processing end, the inspector can trigger a request for processing the inspection task by clicking the inspection task list, and the task processing end starts an inspection process after receiving the request for processing the inspection task. Specifically, the inspector can click one of the inspection tasks in the inspection task list to trigger the request for processing the inspection task, and can click a start processing button in the inspection task list to trigger the request for processing the inspection task according to the sequence or priority sequence of the inspection tasks in the list.
The inspection task is to inspect the configured inspection plan regularly according to the pre-configured inspection frequency, if the current time is within the inspection time slice, an inspection task packet corresponding to the inspection plan is generated and pushed to a task processing end logged by an online inspector under a pre-configured inspector group. The inspection frequency, the inspection plan, the inspection personnel group and the like are configured by the inspection configuration end. The patrol plans are necessary conditions for patrol tasks, each patrol plan comprises a necessary time plan, a patrol inspector group, a patrol camera, a patrol map, a patrol mode, a patrol task merging mode and the like, and the patrol plans are issued to the patrol server by the patrol configuration end and are stored in the database.
Firstly, a parameter configuration function of an inspection configuration end is introduced, the inspection configuration end can be a client or a webpage end, and as shown in fig. 2, the functions of the inspection configuration end include: management areas, camera resources, map resources, inspector groups, time plans, inspection modes, inspection steps, task merging modes and the like. The patrol configuration end can configure parameters such as regional parameters, camera resources, map resources, patrol member group parameters, patrol mode and the like.
The area is an abstract concept, an abstract school and an abstract city can be the area, a plurality of cameras are contained under the area, meanwhile, a map is contained under the area, and the area can be a static map of a plurality of sub-areas. When the routing inspection plan is configured, a routing inspection plan name can be edited, and related resources are required to be configured: selecting a specific area; selecting cameras which belong to the inspection plan and need remote monitoring, wherein the cameras need to be actually deployed at target point positions under the area, and in order to meet the requirement of cross-area remote inspection, selecting cameras in other areas can be supported; selecting a map where a target point camera is located, wherein the map can be a plurality of maps and is configured according to needs; the inspection staff group for pushing the inspection task is selected, the inspection staff group comprises the corresponding relation between the inspection task and the inspection staff who has the processing right to the inspection task, and a plurality of groups can be configured, so that even if the inspection staff is changed under the inspection staff groups subsequently, the newly generated inspection task can be pushed to the inspection staff in time for processing. And the polling mode is required to be configured, and polling step descriptions can be configured according to different polling modes. Of course, the time for the polling task needs to be configured, and various types of plans may be configured, such as a month plan type, a week plan type, and the like, as shown in fig. 3, and as shown in the example of a week plan type, multiple days (for example, beginning on monday to thursday 00:00:00 shown in fig. 3) may be selected in batches, so that the times of different days may be configured in batches.
When one patrol plan is edited or added, the full-amount time schedule can be displayed on the configuration page, the full-amount time schedule can display the time quantity of the patrol plans under each time granularity (preset unit duration) of a single day under various time plan types and the color of the represented quantity range, for example, half an hour is taken as the granularity unit, 48 time granularities are provided in one day, wherein 12 times of a plurality of patrol plans are provided between 00:00: 00:00 and 00:30:00, and the time quantity between 10 and 19 is marked by light red, so that the time granularity color of 00:00: 00:00 and 00:30:00 is light red; each time granularity for a single day is color coded. Through the total time schedule, the time configuration of the current inspection plan can be carried out according to the existing time plan condition, if the color under a certain time granularity is darker, the time reconfiguration under the time granularity is avoided as much as possible, and thus, the time resources of an inspector can be coordinated.
As shown in fig. 4, the weekly plan full-time schedule is a display mode, the color represents the number of inspection plan time configured at a certain time granularity, in an actual deployment environment, the darker the color indicates that the number of inspection plan time configured at the time granularity is larger, then the more inspection tasks the inspector needs to process at the time granularity, the closer the time is, the greater the inspection pressure is, and the inspection plan can be readjusted by referring to such a display. In the embodiment of the application, a mouse suspension mode can be adopted, when a mouse is parked to a certain specific time granularity, the number of the patrol plan time can be displayed in the suspension frame.
And an inspection task merging mode can be configured, and two modes of inspection task merging or inspection task non-merging can be supported. In the routing inspection task merging mode, when the task processing end receives a new routing inspection task, the task processing end finds that the routing inspection task at the current routing inspection plan historical time point is not processed, and directly merges the new routing inspection task into the historical routing inspection task, so that the routing inspection time can be updated; and in the inspection task non-merging mode, when the task processing end receives a new inspection task, the new inspection task is processed. A configurator of the patrol plan can reasonably select a task merging mode according to actual scene requirements.
Therefore, the configuration mode is very flexible, especially the full time schedule can achieve the aim of uniformly distributing the time resources of the inspectors, and the inspection operation of the inspectors can be standardized according to different inspection modes.
In practical application, a plurality of task processing terminals may exist, each task processing terminal has a patrol inspector to log in, and the patrol inspectors may receive the same patrol inspection task, so that the same patrol inspection task may be processed by a plurality of patrol inspectors at the same time. The patrol server has a task management function and can manage which task processing terminal is allocated with the processing right, so that the task processing terminal can send an exclusive request for the patrol task to the patrol server to request the patrol server to allocate the exclusive processing right for the patrol task to the task processing terminal. After the patrol server allocates the exclusive processing right, it can record which task processing end is allocated with the exclusive processing right of the patrol task, if other task processing ends subsequently issue an exclusive request, and because the exclusive processing right is allocated, the exclusive processing right is not allocated to other task processing ends, and only the patrol member who logs in the task processing end to which the exclusive processing right is allocated finishes processing the patrol task or gives up the processing right of the patrol task, the exclusive processing right is released.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, before S102, the method may further include the following steps: and checking the state of the routing inspection task recorded locally. Correspondingly, S102 may specifically be: if the state of the routing inspection task recorded locally is an unlocked state, an exclusive request aiming at the routing inspection task is sent to the routing inspection server, so that the routing inspection server allocates the exclusive processing right of the routing inspection task to the task processing end, and after the exclusive processing right is allocated successfully, each first task processing end is informed to set the state of the routing inspection task recorded locally as a locked state according to the preset corresponding relation between the routing inspection task and a routing inspection person who has the processing right to the routing inspection task, wherein the first task processing end is the task processing end which is logged in by the routing inspection person who has the processing right to the routing inspection task.
In an example, after receiving the feedback information that the exclusive processing right is successfully allocated, the current task processing end, that is, the task processing end that sends the exclusive request for the inspection task may set the state of the inspection task recorded locally to a locked state (which is equivalent to the inspection server notifying the current task processing end of setting the state of the inspection task to the locked state through the feedback information), and the inspection server notifying the first task processing ends other than the current task processing end of setting the state of the inspection task recorded locally to the locked state; in an example, the patrol server may notify the first task processing end including the current task processing end that the state of the patrol task set to the local record is the locked state, which is within the protection scope of the present application.
In a specific application, the patrol server may further notify, to each first task processing end, which is logged in by a patrol officer who has a processing right to the patrol task, of a result of whether the exclusive processing right is allocated, specifically, notify that each first task processing end sets a locally recorded state of the patrol task to a locked state, and the state of the patrol task represents whether the exclusive processing right for the patrol task is allocated. If the state of the patrol task is the locked state, indicating that the exclusive processing right aiming at the patrol task is allocated; if the state of the patrol task is the unlocked state, the patrol task is not assigned the exclusive processing right. Of course, it may also be characterized in other manners, for example, by using some special identification information, special codes, etc., which are not illustrated here, as long as the information, message, field, identifier, etc., which can characterize whether the exclusive processing right for the patrol task is allocated, all belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Therefore, after receiving the request for processing the patrol task, the task processing end can check the state of the patrol task recorded locally, determine whether the state of the patrol task recorded locally is a locked state or an unlocked state, if the state is the unlocked state, it indicates that the exclusive processing right for the patrol task is not allocated, the task processing end can send the exclusive request for the patrol task to the patrol server, and after receiving the exclusive request, the patrol server allocates the exclusive processing right for the patrol task to the task processing end, and after successfully allocating the exclusive processing right, the task processing end informs all first task processing ends logged in by the patrol personnel who have the processing right for the patrol task to set the state of the patrol task recorded locally as the locked state. The specific notification mode may be a broadcast mode, the broadcast information carries the task identifier of the inspection task, and certainly, the broadcast information may also carry the identifier of the task processing end, so that other task processing ends may be notified to which task processing end the exclusive processing right is specifically allocated. If one task processing end preempts the exclusive processing right aiming at the polling task, and other task processing ends can not preempt, the polling server returns a notice message of unsuccessful preemption to other task processing ends which send exclusive requests, and informs the task processing ends that the processing right aiming at the polling task is already preempted by other task processing ends. If the locally recorded state of the patrol task is a locked state, which indicates that the exclusive processing right for the patrol task has been allocated, the patrol task may be processed by the patrol officers at the processing ends of other tasks, and at this time, a prompt message that the patrol task is being processed by other patrol officers can be output. The task processing end firstly judges whether the exclusive processing right is allocated or not once, and can judge whether the exclusive processing right is allocated to the routing inspection task or not more quickly.
After the inspection server successfully allocates the exclusive processing right to the task processing end, feedback information of successfully allocating the exclusive processing right is returned to the task processing end, after the task processing end receives the feedback information, it is known that the exclusive processing right for the inspection task is obtained, an inspection process is started, that is, an inquiry request for the inspection task is sent to the inspection server, the inquiry request carries a task identifier of the inspection task, the inspection server can inquire the task according to the task identifier carried by the inquiry request, specifically, can inquire in a local database or a cloud database, and after an inquiry result (for example, task details of the inspection task, record information of the processed inspection task, and the like) is inquired, the inquiry result is returned to the task processing end, and the task processing end loads the inquiry result. The inspector can acquire the detailed information of the inspection task at the task processing end and can perform corresponding processing. The specific method for processing the routing inspection task is as follows: in the routing inspection scheme combined with remote monitoring, the routing inspection task is to preview a picture, find abnormal pictures, grab pictures, record videos, add comments and the like. The processing mode does not need polling personnel to go to the site for polling, and the labor cost is reduced.
If the exclusive processing right allocation fails (including that the exclusive processing right is already allocated to other task processing ends), the patrol server returns feedback information of the exclusive processing right allocation failure to the task processing ends, and after receiving the feedback information, the task processing ends know that the exclusive processing right for the patrol task cannot be obtained, and then output a prompt message of the exclusive processing right failure of the patrol task.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the query result includes task data of the inspection task. Correspondingly, the step of loading the query result may specifically be: and displaying the polling step of the polling task on a task detail interface according to a preset polling mode and task data of the polling task so that the polling task is processed according to the polling step. In one example, the task data may be task description information of the patrol task, which is used to help the user know how to perform the patrol task.
Each inspection plan can select one inspection mode configuration, and the inspection modes mainly comprise a forced inspection mode, a quick inspection mode and a semi-forced inspection mode. The forced inspection mode means that an inspector at a task processing end needs to complete an inspection task according to the steps configured by a plan; the quick inspection mode means that the inspection steps of an inspector at the task processing end are simple, and the inspection task can be finished only by previewing each camera picture; the semi-mandatory inspection mode means that inspection steps required to be executed by an inspector at a task processing end are simpler than those in the mandatory inspection mode. The inspection step may specifically be: in the forced inspection mode, each camera must preview a period of time, find an abnormal picture, trigger picture capture, find an abnormal picture, trigger picture video recording, add text comment information, and the like. According to the pre-configured inspection mode and the task data of the inspection task, the inspection step of the inspection task is displayed on the task detail interface, so that an inspector can process the inspection task according to the inspection step, and the inspection task can be adapted to different inspection modes.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step of verifying the state of the inspection task recorded locally may specifically be: acquiring state information of the inspection task from a locally stored task list, wherein the task list records task identification and state information of the inspection task; and checking the state of the polling task based on the state information of the polling task. Accordingly, after the query result is loaded, the method may further include the steps of: receiving task completion information aiming at the routing inspection task; sending an operation request aiming at the inspection task to an inspection server so that the inspection server performs preset operation after the inspection task is completed; and if receiving feedback information of the completion of the operation returned by the routing inspection server, deleting the task identifier and the state information of the routing inspection task in the task list.
The method comprises the steps that a task list is stored locally at each task processing end and used for recording task identifiers and state information of routing inspection tasks, specifically, task identifiers and task information of historical unprocessed routing inspection tasks and newly distributed routing inspection tasks are recorded, specifically, a mode of verifying the state is to obtain the state information of the routing inspection tasks from the task list, and the state of the routing inspection tasks is verified based on the state information. After the routing inspection task is finished, an inspector can click a task completion button on a task processing end, the task processing end correspondingly receives task completion information aiming at the routing inspection task, then sends an operation request aiming at the routing inspection task to a routing inspection server, the routing inspection server performs preset operation after the task is completed on the routing inspection task, for example, the completion state of the routing inspection task is updated, the routing inspection task is set to be in an unlocking state, and the like, then the routing inspection server returns feedback information of the completion of the operation, the task processing end receives the feedback information and indicates that the routing inspection task is completed, and task identification and state information of the routing inspection task in a local task list can be deleted. Of course, after the routing inspection task is subjected to the preset operation after the task is completed, the routing inspection server can also broadcast the broadcast information after the preset operation is completed, so that the task processing end receiving the broadcast information can delete the task identifier and the state information of the routing inspection task from the task list.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method may further include the following steps: receiving abnormal exit information of the inspection task; and sending a request for releasing the exclusive processing right of the polling task to the polling server so that the polling server releases the exclusive processing right of the task processing end to the polling task.
When a patrol inspector processes half of a certain patrol inspection task, if the patrol inspection task needs to be quitted if meeting other emergencies, the process is considered to be abnormal quit, the patrol inspector generates abnormal quit information when quitting, a task processing end receives the abnormal quit information of the patrol inspection task, a request for releasing the exclusive processing right of the patrol inspection task is sent to a patrol inspection server, namely the exclusive processing right of the patrol inspection task is initiatively abandoned, the patrol inspection server is requested to release the exclusive processing right of the patrol inspection task, and after the patrol inspection server releases the exclusive processing right, other task processing ends can preempt the patrol inspection task again. The mode that the multi-task processing end and the plurality of inspectors occupy the inspection task enables the inspection task to be responded and processed more timely.
In order to ensure that the processed data of the patrol task is not lost when the exception exits, in a possible implementation, the method further includes: acquiring processed data aiming at the routing inspection task; when a preset synchronization condition is met, synchronizing the processed data of the inspection task to the inspection server, wherein the preset synchronization condition comprises at least one of a user triggering synchronization command, meeting a preset synchronization time period, reaching a preset processing stage of the processed data and receiving abnormal exit information of the inspection task; the query result of the inspection task also comprises processed data which are stored in the inspection server and aim at the inspection task. In one example, the processed data is data input by a user when the user processes the inspection task; the inspection task can be divided into a plurality of subtasks, and each time one subtask is completed, the inspection task can be regarded as reaching a preset processing stage.
In one example, when the user processes the inspection task based on the query result, the data can be input through the task processing terminal, the input data is called processed data, and when a preset synchronization condition is met, the task processing terminal synchronizes the processed data to the inspection server and the inspection server stores the processed data. And after the current user exits abnormally, when other users or the current user processes the inspection task again, the stored processed data can be contained in the query result and transmitted together.
In addition, the routing inspection configuration end and the task processing end can both provide retrieval of routing inspection comments, and an inspector can correspondingly comment on a routing inspection result on the task processing end according to the routing inspection result in the process of processing a routing inspection task, for example, the position of the position in a comment scene is abnormal at some point, and other workers are prompted to pay attention.
After the inspection personnel seize the exclusive processing right of the inspection task, the inspection personnel enter a task detail interface, and the inspection personnel need to complete the inspection task according to the inspection mode and the inspection steps, and finally finish the inspection task; in a possible embodiment, the method further includes: after the information indicating the completion of the inspection task is acquired, an inspection task completion request is sent to the inspection server, so that the inspection server updates the completion state of the inspection task after receiving the inspection task completion request, the state of the inspection task is changed into an unlocked state under the condition that the state of the inspection task is a locked state, the information indicating the deletion of the inspection task is sent to each first task processing end, and the processing completion information of the inspection task completion request is returned.
The embodiment of the application also provides a polling method which is applied to the polling server, and the polling method provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized by at least one of software, hardware circuit and logic circuit arranged in the polling server. As shown in fig. 5, the inspection method may include the following steps.
S501, an exclusive request for the inspection task sent by the task processing end is received.
And S502, if the exclusive processing right is not distributed to the inspection task, the exclusive processing right to the inspection task is distributed to the task processing end.
And S503, after the task processing terminal is successfully allocated with the exclusive processing right, inquiring to obtain an inquiry result of the inspection task, and returning the inquiry result to the task processing terminal, so that the task processing terminal loads the inquiry result as a basis for processing the inspection task.
After allocating the exclusive processing right aiming at the routing inspection task for the task processing end, the routing inspection server can directly return the query result to the task processing end.
In a possible implementation manner, the routing inspection server needs to query a query result corresponding to a query request according to the query request of the task processing terminal. After the task processing end is successfully allocated with the exclusive processing right, inquiring to obtain an inquiry result of the inspection task, and returning the inquiry result to the task processing end, wherein the method comprises the following steps: after the exclusive processing right is successfully allocated to the task processing end, feedback information of successfully allocating the exclusive processing right is returned to the task processing end; receiving a query request aiming at the inspection task, which is sent by the task processing terminal; and according to the query request, querying to obtain a query result of the inspection task, and returning the query result to the task processing end, so that the task processing end loads the query result as a basis for processing the inspection task.
By applying the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the inspection server identifies whether the inspection task is allocated with the exclusive processing right after receiving the exclusive request for the inspection task, which is sent by the task processing end, if not, the exclusive processing right for the inspection task is allocated to the task processing end, then, the inspection server returns the query result for the inspection task to the task processing end, and the task processing end loads the query result, so that the inspection task is processed according to the query result.
In actual application, there may be a plurality of task processing terminals, each task processing terminal has an inspector login, and the task processing terminal needs to preempt the processing right of processing the inspection task. The patrol inspection server has a task management function and can manage which task processing terminal is allocated with the processing authority, so that the task processing terminal can send an exclusive request aiming at the patrol inspection task to the patrol inspection server to request the patrol inspection server to allocate the exclusive processing authority of the patrol inspection task to the task processing terminal. After receiving the exclusive request, the patrol server identifies whether the patrol task is allocated with the exclusive processing right, if not, the exclusive processing right of the patrol task is allocated to the task processing end, and after the exclusive processing right is allocated, the task processing end can record the task processing end to which the exclusive processing right of the patrol task is allocated.
If the exclusive processing right assignment fails (namely, the exclusive processing right is assigned to the inspection task), the inspection server returns feedback information of the exclusive processing right assignment failure to the task processing end, and after receiving the feedback information, the task processing end learns that the exclusive processing right for the inspection task cannot be obtained, and outputs a prompt message of the exclusive processing right assignment failure.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, S502 may specifically be: checking the state of the routing inspection task recorded locally; if the state of the polling task recorded locally is an unlocked state, determining that the polling task is not allocated with exclusive processing right; and if the locally recorded state of the polling task is a locked state, determining that the polling task is allocated with exclusive processing right. In S503, the step of allocating the exclusive processing right of the inspection task to the task processing end may specifically be: and setting the state of the polling task as a locking state, and correspondingly recording the information of the task processing end.
In a specific application, the patrol server can identify whether the exclusive processing right is allocated or not according to the state of the patrol task, and if the locally recorded state of the patrol task is a locked state, the patrol server indicates that the exclusive processing right for the patrol task is allocated; if the state of the patrol task is the unlocked state, the patrol task is not assigned the exclusive processing right. Correspondingly, the method for allocating the exclusive processing right by the patrol server may be as follows: and setting the state of the polling task as a locking state, and recording information of a task processing end.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after the step of allocating the exclusive processing right of the patrol task to the task processing end, the method may further include: and informing all the first task processing ends of setting the state of the locally recorded inspection task to be a locked state according to the corresponding relation between the inspection task and the inspector who has the processing right to the inspection task, wherein the first task processing ends are the task processing ends which are logged in by the inspector who has the processing right to the inspection task.
After the exclusive processing right is successfully allocated, the patrol server needs to inform all the patrol operators having the processing right to the patrol task of setting the locally recorded state of the patrol task as a locked state by the first task processing end. The specific notification mode may be a broadcast mode, the broadcast information carries the task identifier of the inspection task, and certainly, the broadcast information may also carry the identifier of the task processing end, so that other task processing ends may be notified to which task processing end the exclusive processing right is specifically allocated.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method may further include the following steps: if a request for releasing the exclusive processing right of the inspection task, which is sent by the task processing end, is received, releasing the exclusive processing right of the inspection task by the task processing end; or if the monitoring information set for the task processing end is identified to be changed abnormally, releasing the exclusive processing right of the task processing end to the inspection task; or if an inspection task completion request indicating that the inspection task is completed by the task processing end is received, releasing the exclusive processing right of the inspection task by the task processing end.
The inspection task processing method includes that an inspector processes a part of an inspection task, if the inspection task needs to be quitted if other emergencies occur, the inspection task is considered to be abnormally quitted, the inspector generates abnormal quitting information when the inspection task quits, a task processing end receives the abnormal quitting information of the inspection task, a request for releasing exclusive processing right of the inspection task is sent to an inspection server, namely the exclusive processing right of the inspection task is initiatively abandoned, the inspection server is requested to release the exclusive processing right of the inspection task, and after the inspection server releases the exclusive processing right, other task processing ends can preempt the inspection task again. For the condition that the task processing end is crashed or hung up, the task processing end cannot send a request for releasing the exclusive task processing right to the inspection service, the inspection server can actively identify the special abnormal condition, namely, the inspection server monitors the monitoring information set by the task processing end in real time, if abnormal change occurs, the inspection server can actively release the exclusive task processing right of the task processing end to the inspection task, and after the inspection server releases the exclusive task processing right, other task processing ends can preempt the inspection task again. The mode that the multi-task processing end and the plurality of inspectors occupy the inspection task enables the inspection task to be responded and processed more timely.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after the step of releasing the exclusive processing right of the task processing end to the inspection task, the method may further include: and informing all the first task processing ends of setting the state of the locally recorded inspection task to be an unlocked state according to the corresponding relation between the inspection task and the inspector who has the processing right to the inspection task, wherein the first task processing ends are the task processing ends which are logged in by the inspector who has the processing right to the inspection task.
After the exclusive processing right of the task processing end to the inspection task is successfully released, the inspection server needs to inform all inspection personnel who have the processing right to the inspection task to log in the first task processing end to set the state of the inspection task, recorded locally, to be an unlocked state. The specific notification mode can adopt a broadcast mode, and the broadcast information carries the task identifier of the polling task.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method may further include the following steps: receiving an operation request aiming at the inspection task, which is sent by a task processing end after the inspection task is processed; performing preset operation after the task is completed on the inspection task, wherein the preset operation comprises updating the completion state of the inspection task and releasing the exclusive processing right of the inspection task by a task processing end; and informing all the first task processing ends to delete the inspection tasks according to the corresponding relation between the inspection tasks and the inspectors who have the processing right to the inspection tasks, wherein the first task processing ends are the task processing ends which are logged in by the inspectors who have the processing right to the inspection tasks.
After the routing inspection task is finished, an inspector can click a task completion button on a task processing end, the task processing end correspondingly receives task completion information aiming at the routing inspection task, then sends an operation request aiming at the routing inspection task to a routing inspection server, the routing inspection server performs preset operation after the task is completed on the routing inspection task, for example, the completion state of the routing inspection task is updated, the routing inspection task is set to be in an unlocking state, and the like, then broadcasts broadcast information of the completed preset operation, and the task processing end receiving the broadcast information can delete the routing inspection task. In addition, the inspection server may also return operation completion feedback information to the first task processing end logged in by the inspector who has a processing right to the inspection task, and the task processing end receives the feedback information to indicate that the inspection task is processed, and may delete the task identifier and the state information of the inspection task in the local task list.
In another implementation manner, a task list is locally stored in each task processing end, and the task list is used for recording the task identifier and the state information of the inspection task, and the manner for the task processing end to delete the inspection task may specifically be to delete the task identifier and the state information of the inspection task from the task list.
For convenience of understanding, the inspection method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below in an interactive process inside an inspection system, where the inspection system includes a task processing end and an inspection server, and a specific interactive flow is shown in fig. 6.
After the inspector logs in the task processing end of the inspector, the inspector obtains a historical inspection task (including the current state of the inspection task) which is not finished, and simultaneously receives a new inspection task distributed to the inspector by the inspection server, and possibly other inspectors also receive the same inspection task, so that the current inspector can request to exclusively process the inspection task, namely request to process the inspection task from the task processing end; the task processing end checks the locking state of the local task, and if the local task is not in the locking state, the task processing end requests the routing inspection server for task processing right; the routing inspection server checks whether the local task is in a locking state, if not, the local task is locked (namely, the local task is set to be in the locking state), and the information of the locked task is broadcasted to other task processing terminals; returning a message of successful request to the task processing terminal; then the task processing terminal will initiate a request to acquire the details of the task and the record information of the processed task; after receiving the request, the routing inspection server inquires the task details and the record information of the processed task from the database to obtain an inquiry result; returning the query result to the task processing end; and the task processing end loads the task details and the record information of the processed task and finally provides the record information for the inspector to process the task.
The process of requesting the exclusive right to process by the task processing end is shown in fig. 7, and when the inspector clicks the record of the task list, the inspector triggers the request to process the inspection task; the task processing end receives the request and judges whether the polling task is in a locking state; if the inspection task is in the locking state, prompting that the inspection task is processed by other inspectors; if the inspection task is not in the locked state, requesting the inspection server for the exclusive processing right of the inspection task; the routing inspection server receives a request sent by the task processing terminal; judging whether the polling task is locked (whether the polling task is in a locked state); if yes, the request is rejected, a message that the request of the task processing end fails is returned, and the task processing end prompts that: the exclusive processing right of the inspection task is seized and failed; if not, locking the polling task (namely, setting the polling task to be in a locked state), recording the information of the task processing end, broadcasting the information that the polling task is processed exclusively and the information of the task processing end (the task processing end receiving the broadcast information updates the locked state recorded in the task list and records the locking), and then returning to the task processing end to distribute the exclusive processing right successfully.
After the inspection personnel seize the exclusive processing right of the inspection task, the inspection personnel enter a task detail interface, and the inspection personnel need to complete the inspection task according to the inspection mode and the inspection steps, and finally finish the inspection task; in one example, after the polling task is finished, the current task processing end and other task processing ends will automatically delete the same polling task, and the flow of completing the polling task is shown in fig. 8. The polling personnel clicks to complete the polling task; the task processing end requests the inspection server to complete the inspection task; the routing inspection server receives a request for completing a routing inspection task; updating the completion state of the routing inspection task in the database; judging whether the local polling task is in a locking state; if yes, unlocking the polling task (setting to an unlocking state), and then broadcasting information that the polling task is unlocked (the polling task is deleted from the task list by the task processing end receiving the broadcast information); if not, directly broadcasting information that the polling task is unlocked; and finally, returning to the task processing end to finish the inspection task successfully.
For example, in the forced inspection mode, an inspector needs to confirm whether the target point of each camera is normal one by one, and when the inspector confirms the target point of a certain camera, the inspector needs to forcibly preview for a period of time (an inspection plan can be configured), and after the period of time of forcible preview, a confirmation bar is popped up to ensure that the inspector confirms whether the target point is normal or not. If the preview window is normal, after the inspector confirms that the preview window is normal, other operations are not needed, and certainly other operations can be initiated, and at the moment, a preview window of the camera has normal prompts, for example, a border of the preview window is marked as green in a normal state; if the abnormal condition exists, the inspection staff can input inspection comment information after confirming the abnormal condition, and record the described abnormal condition, and the following operations can be selected: entering an instant playback page from a preview picture, checking the video recording condition of a latest period of time, storing the video recording of a period of time as a proof, capturing an abnormal image, acquiring information of a responsible person in the target site area, informing abnormal conditions and the like through a mobile phone, and at the moment, giving an abnormal prompt to a preview window of the camera, for example, marking the frame of the preview window as yellow in an abnormal state; the specific inspection effect graph is shown in fig. 9.
When the patrolling personnel processes half of a certain patrolling task, if meeting other emergencies, the patrolling personnel can give up the exclusive processing right of the patrolling task, and at the moment, the other patrolling personnel can preempt the patrolling task again. The exclusive processing right of the patrol task is released by closing the task processing window or closing the task processing end, and a specific flow is shown in fig. 10. The inspector closes the task processing window; the task processing end requests the inspection server to release the exclusive processing right of the inspection task; the inspection server receives a request for releasing exclusive processing right of an inspection task; judging whether the polling task is locked (whether the polling task is in a locked state); if yes, unlocking the polling task (setting the polling task to be in an unlocked state), and then broadcasting information that the polling task is unlocked (a task processing end receiving the broadcast information updates the locked state recorded in the task list and sets the locked state to be unlocked); if not, directly broadcasting information that the polling task is unlocked; and finally, returning to the task processing end to release the exclusive processing right of the inspection task successfully.
After a certain inspector monopolizes and processes the inspection task, the state of the camera which is inspected before is automatically displayed in a task detail window, as shown in fig. 9, the color of a frame of a camera preview window and a state label at the upper right corner are displayed, processed camera comment information can be displayed in the detail interface, the state of the camera which is inspected before can be modified, and the inspection task can be ended after the rest inspection steps are completed.
The polling configuration end and the task processing end can both search polling comments, and are convenient for problem tracing.
