GetRequest operation: the method is used for acquiring the operation state information of each level of template and each level of instance from the bottom-layer MANO.
GetResponse operation: for the underlying MANO to return requests to the system.
Trap operation: and the bottom-layer MANO actively sends the running state information of the templates at all levels and the instances at all levels to the system.
