The invention discloses a method for processing international standard time of a telegraph, which comprises the steps of pre-establishing a special flight whitelist base crossing time zones in an airport statistics system data source, obtaining telegraph data, converting the telegraph data into an airport statistics system data source list, matching the converted telegraph flight number with data in the airport statistics system data source, increasing or decreasing time according to the corresponding time zone by taking Beijing time as a reference if the matched flight number is the flight number of the special flight whitelist base crossing time zones, calculating to obtain a date result, writing the date result into an airport statistics system, and unifying the flight time of the telegraph to the Beijing time used by the airport statistics system for accurate matching, thereby improving the recognition rate of the telegraph, further reducing the components of manual intervention and improving the working efficiency.

Background
Telegrams (LDM) are the primary vouchers transmitted by airlines to airports via telegram addresses or mailboxes for both parties to settle accounts. The airport analyzes corresponding key fields (including information of flight date, model, number, passenger, cargo mail, etc.) according to the received load telegram, matches the statistical system associated to the airport through processing, and finally uses the data to settle accounts with the airlines, and simultaneously provides the data to the field operation department for production assurance. Therefore, matching the correct processing of the load telegrams to the statistic system of the airport is important, and plays a key role in accurately obtaining the production running condition. The international standard time is used for the loading telegrams, the flight information of the airport statistical system is derived from the integrated platform FIMS, the Beijing time is used, and due to the fact that the time standards of the two are inconsistent, the flight cannot be matched correctly easily, and the loading telegram information cannot be written into the airport statistical system.
