Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a queuing and calling method, a queuing and calling device, a waiting chair and a readable storage medium, which are applied to the field of financial technology and the field of queuing and calling. The queuing and calling method comprises the following steps: identifying a queuing certificate carried by a user to obtain the queuing information of the user; generating queuing information according to the queuing information and the identification information of the waiting chair; sending queuing information to a management server so that the management server generates queuing reminding information according to the queuing information; receiving queuing reminding information sent by a management server; and executing the target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of financial technologies and the field of queuing, and more particularly, to a queuing method, a queuing apparatus, a waiting chair, a management server, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product.
Background
The bank outlet queuing system ensures the fairness of queuing and handling services of users through an intelligent scheduling strategy and a shunting method, and calls and prompts in a mode of linking a number calling device and a display screen so as to remind the users to go to a counter to handle the services, thereby ensuring the orderliness to a certain degree.
In implementing the disclosed concept, the inventors found that there are at least the following problems in the related art: during the queuing of the user, the situation of over-numbering may occur.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a queuing number calling method, a queuing number calling device, a waiting chair, a management server, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The queuing and calling method comprises a queuing information obtaining process of the user, a queuing information generating and sending process, a queuing reminding information receiving process sent by the management server and a target reminding task executing process according to the queuing reminding information.
It should be noted that the queuing and calling method and apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be used in the financial field, for example, a bank, or may be used in any field other than the financial field, for example, public health field such as a hospital, and therefore, the application field of the queuing and calling method and apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited.

As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 according to this embodiment may include waiting chairs 101, 102, 103, a network 104, a management server 105, a number machine 106, and a window device 107. The network 104 serves as a medium for providing a communication link between the waiting chairs 101, 102, 103, the management server 105, the number machine 106, and the window device 107. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired and/or wireless communication links, and so forth.
The user may use the waiting chairs 101, 102, 103 to interact with the management server 105 via the network 104 to receive or send messages or the like.
The waiting chairs 101, 102, 103 may be massage chairs having a display screen or the like that can be used in line for waiting.
The management server 105 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for information sent by the user using the waiting chairs 101, 102, 103. The background management server can analyze and process the received data such as the user request, and feed back the processing result (for example, the queuing information obtained or generated according to the user request) to the waiting chair.
It should be noted that the queuing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can be generally executed by the management server 105. Accordingly, the queuing and calling system provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can be generally disposed in the management server 105. An aspect of the disclosed embodiment provides a queuing method applied to a waiting chair capable of being communicatively connected with a management server, as shown in fig. 2, and the method may include operations S210 to S250.

Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of a queuing number-calling device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the queuing and calling device 400 may include a second receiving module 410, a second generating module 420, and a second sending module 430.
And a second receiving module 410, configured to receive the queuing information sent from the waiting chair.
And the second generating module 420 is configured to generate queuing reminding information according to the queuing information.
And a second sending module 430, configured to send the queue reminding information to the waiting chair, so that the waiting chair executes the target reminding task according to the queue reminding information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the management server receives the queuing information of the waiting chair to generate the queuing reminding information, and sends the queuing reminding information to the waiting chair to enable the waiting chair to execute the target reminding task, so that the technical problem that the number is possibly passed in the queuing process of the user is at least partially solved, and the technical effect that the waiting chair executes the target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information sent by the management server when the user waits in the waiting chair is further achieved, and the probability that the number is passed due to the fact that the user does not pay attention to the number information when waiting is further reduced.
Any number of modules, sub-modules, units, sub-units, or at least part of the functionality of any number thereof according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented in one module. Any one or more of the modules, sub-modules, units, and sub-units according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by being split into a plurality of modules. Any one or more of the modules, sub-modules, units, and sub-units according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented at least partially as a hardware Circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented by hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a Circuit, or implemented by any one of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware, or any suitable combination of any of them. Alternatively, one or more of the modules, sub-modules, units, sub-units according to embodiments of the disclosure may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which when executed may perform the corresponding functions.
For example, any plurality of the queuing and calling apparatus 300 including the identification module 310, the first generation module 320, the first sending module 330, the first receiving module 340 and the execution module 350 may be combined in one module/unit/sub-unit to be implemented, or any one of the modules/units/sub-units may be split into a plurality of modules/units/sub-units. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules/units/sub-units may be combined with at least part of the functionality of other modules/units/sub-units and implemented in one module/unit/sub-unit. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the queuing and calling device 300 including the identification module 310, the first generation module 320, the first sending module 330, the first receiving module 340 and the execution module 350 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented by hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or implemented by any one of three manners of software, hardware and firmware, or implemented by a suitable combination of any several manners of them. Alternatively, the queuing and calling apparatus 300 including at least one of the identifying module 310, the first generating module 320, the first sending module 330, the first receiving module 340 and the executing module 350 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which can perform corresponding functions when being executed.
It should be noted that, the queuing and number-calling device portion in the embodiment of the present disclosure corresponds to the queuing and number-calling method portion in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the description of the queuing and number-calling device portion specifically refers to the queuing and number-calling method portion, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device adapted to implement the above described method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 501, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 502 or a program loaded from a storage section 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. The processor 501 may comprise, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 501 may also include onboard memory for caching purposes. Processor 501 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing different actions of a method flow according to embodiments of the disclosure.
In the RAM503, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 500 are stored. The processor 501, the ROM502, and the RAM503 are connected to each other by a bus 504. The processor 501 performs various operations of the method flows according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM502 and/or the RAM 503. Note that the programs may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM502 and the RAM 503. The processor 501 may also perform various operations of method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, electronic device 500 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 505, input/output (I/O) interface 505 also being connected to bus 504. The system 500 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 505: an input portion 506 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 507 including a Display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage portion 508 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 509 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 509 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 510 is also connected to the I/O interface 505 as necessary. A removable medium 511 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 510 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 508 as necessary.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 509, and/or installed from the removable medium 511. The computer program, when executed by the processor 501, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be contained in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. Examples may include, but are not limited to: a portable Computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) or flash Memory), a portable compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the preceding. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
For example, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may include ROM502 and/or RAM503 and/or one or more memories other than ROM502 and RAM503 described above.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also include a computer program product comprising a computer program containing program code for performing the method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the computer program product runs on an electronic device, the program code is configured to enable the electronic device to implement the queuing method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The computer program, when executed by the processor 501, performs the above-described functions defined in the system/apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The systems, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment, the computer program may be hosted on a tangible storage medium such as an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or the like. In another embodiment, the computer program may also be transmitted, distributed in the form of a signal on a network medium, downloaded and installed through the communication section 509, and/or installed from the removable medium 511. The computer program containing program code may be transmitted using any suitable network medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, program code for executing computer programs provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, and in particular, these computer programs may be implemented using high level procedural and/or object oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. The programming language includes, but is not limited to, programming languages such as Java, C + +, python, the "C" language, or the like. The program code may execute entirely on the user computing device, partly on the user device, partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions. Claims (14)
1. A queuing number calling method is applied to a waiting chair capable of being in communication connection with a management server, and comprises the following steps:
identifying a queuing certificate carried by a user to obtain the queuing information of the user;
generating queuing information according to the queuing information and the identification information of the waiting chair;
sending the queuing information to the management server so that the management server generates queuing reminding information according to the queuing information;
receiving the queuing reminding information sent by the management server; and
and executing a target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said performing a target reminder task based on said queued reminder information comprises at least one of:
displaying the queuing reminding information on a display device of the waiting chair;
expressing the queuing reminding information in a mode of vibrating the waiting chair;
and outputting the queuing reminding information through a voice device of the waiting chair.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the ranking information comprises ranking information and user information, the user information comprising at least one of the following information of the user: identity information and transaction card number information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the queuing credential comprises: the chip comprises unique serial number information written in advance; the ranking information also includes the serial number information of the chip.
5. A queuing number calling method is applied to a management server which can be in communication connection with a waiting chair, and comprises the following steps:
receiving queuing information sent by the waiting chair;
generating queuing reminding information according to the queuing information; and
and sending the queuing reminding information to the waiting chair so that the waiting chair executes a target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving user information sent by a number sender, wherein the user information is obtained by the number sender through identifying a user identity card;
generating sequencing information according to the user information;
generating ranking information according to the ranking information and the user information;
sending the queuing information to a number sender so that the number sender generates a queuing certificate according to the queuing information; and/or
And sending the queuing reminding information to window equipment so that the window equipment executes a window reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the queuing credential comprises: the chip comprises unique serial number information written in advance;
the ranking information also comprises the serial number information of the chip;
the user information comprises at least one of the following information of the user: identity information and transaction card number information.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
generating queuing residual information according to the queuing information and the queuing reminding information;
sending the queuing reminding information to the waiting chair so that the queuing reminding information is displayed on a display device of the waiting chair; and/or
And sending the queuing residual information to the window equipment so that a display device of the window equipment displays the queuing residual information.
9. A queuing number-calling device comprises:
the identification module is used for identifying a queuing certificate carried by a user to obtain the queuing information of the user;
the first generation module is used for generating queuing information according to the queuing information and the identification information of the waiting chair;
the first sending module is used for sending the queuing information to the management server so that the management server generates queuing reminding information according to the queuing information;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the queuing reminding information sent by the management server; and
and the execution module is used for executing the target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
10. A queuing number-calling device comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the queuing information sent by the waiting chair;
the second generation module is used for generating queuing reminding information according to the queuing information;
and the second sending module is used for sending the queuing reminding information to the waiting chair so that the waiting chair executes a target reminding task according to the queuing reminding information.
11. A waiting chair comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-4.
12. A management server, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 5-8.
13. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 or 5 to 8.
14. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is operable to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 or 5 to 8.
