In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
There are many insurance companies on the market, and the number of insurance products sold by each insurance company is also very large. According to incomplete statistics, the number of insurance products sold currently is thousands, and in the case of such a huge number of insurance products, it is impossible for ordinary users to screen the contracts or contents of the insurance products one by one, and at the same time, it is impossible for the ordinary users to know all the insurance products owned by insurance companies. Therefore, the current selection of insurance products by users is often to select the insurance products of the well-known insurance companies, which results in a very narrow selection range of the insurance products for the users and is also not beneficial to the sale of the insurance products of other insurance companies.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an insurance product data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the insurance product data processing method includes steps S01-S03:
s01, acquiring all current contracts of the insurance products on sale;
s02, performing data storage on the contract content of each insurance product according to a unified data structure to form a product database of the insurance product, and establishing a unified grading system of the insurance product in different dimensions, wherein the product database comprises a price database, a clause database and a company database;
s03, ranking the insurance products and displaying ranking results according to the scores of the insurance products in at least one dimension.
According to the method, the contracts of different insurance products are subjected to data storage, the product database of the insurance products is established, and the grading system aiming at the insurance products under the data of different dimensions is established, so that a user can check a plurality of insurance products ordered according to the grading system, quantitative screening of massive insurance data is realized, and the user can select the insurance products with high cost performance conveniently.
Through research, the massive insurance products have the common point that the respective insurance contracts are format contracts although the respective insurance companies are different and the insurance contents have some differences. That is, those of different insurance companies have the same contract fields in the contracts of the insurance products, and the database is built by extracting these insurance clause fields, thereby realizing the quantification of the insurance products.
In some embodiments, in the step S02, the step of storing the content of the contract of each insurance product in a unified data structure includes steps S211 to S212:
s211, according to insurance clause fields in the contract of the insurance product, the clause content of the contract is disassembled into data of a plurality of insurance clause field dimensions.
In the insurance contract, the insurance clause field includes but is not limited to responsibility coverage, responsibility exemption, health notice number, responsibility innovation, renewal type, renewal age limit, whether renewal has a waiting period, whether renewal can be continued after claims, whether intelligent underwriting can be performed, and the like.
S212, the data storage is carried out on the contract content corresponding to the disassembled insurance clause field, and a clause database of the insurance product is formed.
For example, the responsibility coverage describes the guarantee range of the product, classifies the responsibility of the insurance product extracted from the contract, uniformly codes the responsibility into M product responsibilities, and classifies the M product responsibilities into N types of responsibility templates for storage.
As another example, the health advice is a description of the allowable insurance product insurance coverage, and the text of the health advice may be structured using an algorithmic model (e.g., a natural language processing model) to determine whether various medical conditions may be advised by health, i.e., whether a particular population may be insured.
By carrying out the classified storage on the insurance clause fields of the insurance products, the consumers can check the corresponding contents according to the corresponding data fields, thereby realizing the quick check and comparison of the same data fields of different insurance products.
In some embodiments, in the step S02, the step of storing the content of the contract of each insurance product in a unified data structure further includes steps S221 to S223:
s221, acquiring the company information of the insurance product.
The information range of the insurance company is very wide, and the insurance company can select the information according to the situation in practice. It should be understood that the selected company information should reflect the operation of the company and have a certain referential meaning to the purchase of insurance products.
S222, dividing the company information of the insurance product into data of a plurality of operation condition expression dimensions.
Wherein the company information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of premium size, time of fulfillment, affiliate, reimbursement capability, service rating, risk rating complaint rate. And quantizing the companies into a plurality of corresponding dimensions according to the information, and storing the quantized company information in a data mode.
Specifically, the premium scale refers to the original premium income of the insurance company in the last year, and the index for visually evaluating the whole business scale of the company; the branch institutions refer to the number of provincial branch institutions of the insurance company and the areas where the provincial branch institutions are located, and represent the coverage range of the insurance company in each province and city; the repayment capacity refers to the core repayment capacity sufficiency and comprehensive repayment capacity of the latest quarter of the insurance company, and visually evaluates the fund management level of the insurance company and the future benefits redemption risk; service rating, which means company service rating in the last year and is published by China bank insurance every year; the Risk rating refers to SARMRA scores (SARMRA is short for solution Aligned Risk Management Requirements and Assessment, Chinese paraphrases: insurance company repayment capability Risk Management Requirements and Assessment) in the last year, and is published by the China Bank insurance Authority, and is used for measuring the Risk Management level of insurance companies; the complaint rate refers to the complaint volume of ten thousand policy in the last half year, which is published by the China's silver insurance Cone and used for measuring the overall complaint situation of the insurance company by the user. The related operation information of the insurance company is public, so that the related operation information can be obtained through public ways.
S223, performing data storage on the data of the plurality of operation condition expression dimensions to form a company database of the insurance product.
The attractiveness of the user may also be affected by the fact that companies to which different insurance products belong. The embodiment subdivides the company data of the insurance products into a plurality of dimensions for quantization, namely, the operation condition of the insurance company is expressed according to different dimensions, and the operation condition is quantized into data for storage to form a company database.
In some embodiments, the scoring system comprises: price scoring, composite scoring, and weighted ranking of insurance products. Through these scoring systems, insurance products can be scored from different dimensions.
Specifically, for the price scoring in the scoring system, the method specifically includes steps S231-S234:
s231, obtaining the selling price information of the insurance product.
Wherein, for each insurance product, the selling price information of the insurance product can be obtained through a contract.
And S232, calculating the product cost of the insurance product.
Specifically, the cash flow for future expenditures for a policy (i.e., a policy insurance product) to the current point in time is the product cost of the policy. The calculation of the product cost can be simplified as follows:
Figure BDA0003111866450000061
representing the policy deposit flow at the time of ith kind of responsibility at the future time t;
Figure BDA0003111866450000062
representing the probability of the ith kind of responsibility occurring at the future time t;
di: representing the current discount rate of the discount from the future time t;
then, at time t in the future, the expected cash flow is:
Figure BDA0003111866450000063
where m represents the number of responsibilities in the policy.
APV (NP) represents the product cost of the policy to the insurer, given the above formula:
Figure BDA0003111866450000064
s233, calculating the value return rate of the insurance product according to the product cost and the selling price information;
for the cash flow discount model, the value return rate of the insurance product is NP/GP, NP is the product cost, and GP is the product selling price.
S234, determining the price score of the insurance according to the value return rate of the insurance product.
Specifically, a higher value return rate of an insurance product indicates that the cost performance of the insurance product is higher, and the corresponding price score is higher. The scoring criteria given according to the value return rate of the product may be set by a person according to specific conditions, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The price scoring can enable the user to directly know the cost performance of the insurance product through the data so as to make a choice, rather than just seeing the selling price information of the insurance product.
Specifically, for comprehensive scoring in a scoring system, the method specifically comprises steps S241 to S243:
s241, acquiring company information of at least one dimension of the insurance product.
The company information may be one or more of the above company databases.
S242, acquiring insurance clause information of at least one dimension of the insurance product.
The insurance clause information can be one or more clause data in the clause database.
S243, calculating the comprehensive score of the insurance product according to the company information and insurance clause information of at least one dimension of the insurance product.
Specifically, the calculation of the composite score may be a mathematical formula or a score model, and the invention does not limit the specific manner of the composite score. Specifically, company information and term data for one or more insurance products may be determined, respectively, and then different score levels may be classified according to the specific contents of the corresponding company information and term data. For example, the premium scale in the company information is taken as an example, and the range is divided into the ranges of 0-5 million, 5-10 million, 10-20 million, 20-50 million, 50-100 million, 100 + 200 million, 200 + 500 million, 500 + 1000 million and more than 1000 million according to the specific different premium income, and the different income ranges respectively correspond to the scores of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10. And finally, summing according to the scores of the dimensional data to obtain the comprehensive score of the insurance product.
Specifically, for the weighted rating in the scoring system, the method specifically includes: obtaining a price score of the insurance product; acquiring a comprehensive score of the insurance product; and carrying out weighted summation on the price score and the comprehensive score to obtain a rating score of the insurance product. That is, the price score and the composite score obtained as described above are weighted and summed to obtain a rating score for the insurance product. This is an overall score for a product from which insurance products can be ranked together.
Under the scoring system, the individual scoring of insurance products in different data dimensions, such as the price scoring of the insurance products, can be realized. Further, a composite score, e.g., a composite score, of the insurance product can also be obtained. Even further, an integrity rating score for the insurance product may be obtained. The user can intuitively understand the differences between different insurance products through the scores to assist the user in making decisions.
Specifically, according to the scoring system, different insurance products can be correspondingly ranked and displayed according to different scores. For example, if there are A, B, C different insurance products with corresponding value return rates that are 7.0, 5.0, and 8.0 in that order, then depending on the value return rate, A, B, C different insurance products can be displayed in a high-to-low ranking, i.e., C → A → B.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present invention.
