本发明公开了一种超薄双面显示背光模组及双面显示装置,背光模组包括反射片、光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B、导光板A、导光板B、LED侧发光灯条A及LED侧发光灯条B;光学膜片组件A与光学膜片组件B结构相同且对称设置在反射片的两侧,均包括依次堆叠的上扩散片、上棱镜片、下棱镜片及下扩散片。光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B、导光板、反射片通过定位针固定连接在一起。本发明通过采用正反两面光学架构对称设计,可以获得提高辉度增益、提供均匀的背光面光源、提供超薄厚度显示设备的技术效果。

本发明涉及液晶显示设备技术领域,具体涉及一种超薄双面显示背光模组及双面显示装置。
背景技术
目前,双面显示已广泛地应用于各种服务柜台和窗口,如:商业、通讯行业、政府服务窗口、金融行业、交通行业等。双面显示的理念体现了“以顾客为中心”的人性化,保护顾客的知情权,提升服务透明度,提高显示效率和品质。现有双面显示器是将两个具有独立单面液晶显示屏幕的显示设备背靠背安装,使连接在同一台电脑上的两台显示屏可以同时运行,并且可以进行同步或者异步的显示。
现有由两台液晶显示器背靠背组合构成的双面液晶显示器,制造成本高,整机厚度大,无法实现轻薄效果,限制了其广泛应用。
发明内容
为解决现有双面液晶显示器制造成本高,整机厚度大,无法实现轻薄效果的技术问题,本发明提供一种超薄双面显示背光模组及双面显示装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种超薄双面显示背光模组,包括反射片、光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B、导光板A、导光板B、LED侧发光灯条A及LED侧发光灯条B;光学膜片组件A与光学膜片组件B结构相同,均包括依次堆叠的上扩散片、上棱镜片、下棱镜片及下扩散片;反射片具有正反两个反射面,光学膜片组件A通过定位针固定在反射片的正面,导光板A夹设在光学膜片组件A的下扩散片与反射片之间,导光板A正面贴合学膜片组件A的下扩散片,导光板A反面贴合反射片正面;光学膜片组件B通过定位针固定在反射片的反面,导光板B夹设在光学膜片组件B的下扩散片与反射片之间,导光板B正面贴合光学膜片组件B的下扩散片,导光板B反面贴合反射片反面;LED侧发光灯条A粘贴在导光板A入光部的下侧,LED侧发光灯条B粘贴在导光板B入光部的下侧。
进一步地,上棱镜片的棱镜角度为27°,下棱镜片的棱镜角度为117°,上棱镜片与下棱镜片的棱镜角度正交。

进一步地,铝框架包括内框和外框,外框卡合在内框的外侧,内框的上侧、左侧和右侧均设有内框定位板,内框定位板上设有内框定位孔,外框的上侧、左侧和右侧设有外框定位板,外框定位板上设有外框定位孔,定位针依次穿过内框定位孔、光学膜片组件A、反射片、光学膜片组件B,紧固在外框定位孔中。
进一步地,液晶显示屏A通过胶带贴合固定在内框上,液晶显示屏B通过胶带贴合固定在外框上,铝框的四周包覆有面板麦拉。
本发明的有益效果:
1、通过采用在导光板的下侧设置LED侧发光灯条,使LED侧发光灯条的线路板与液晶显示屏的连接器连接,LED侧发光灯条的供电由液晶显示屏提供,省去了占用空间较大的电源板组件,从而使得本发明的双面显示装置的厚度大为降低。
2、通过采用对称设计的两组光学膜片组件共用一片反射片,反射片与光学膜片组件之间设置导光板,使光学膜片组件、导光板、反射片紧密贴合,从而进一步减薄本发明的双面显示装置的厚度。
3、通过采用正反两面光学架构对称设计,使用导光板、下扩散片、下棱镜片、上棱镜片、上扩散片组合,LED侧发光灯条发出的光线经过反射片反射到导光板上,经导光板的混光和匀光处理,再经过光学膜片的光学处理,投射到对应侧的液晶显示屏上,以达到传导光能量,提高辉度增益以及提供均匀的背光面光源的技术效果。

实施方式1
参阅图1,本实施例提供一种超薄双面显示背光模组,包括反射片10、光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B、导光板A51、导光板B52、LED侧发光灯条A41及LED侧发光灯条B42;光学膜片组件A与光学膜片组件B结构相同,均包括依次堆叠的上扩散片6、上棱镜片7、下棱镜片8及下扩散片9;反射片10具有正反两个反射面,光学膜片组件A通过定位针11固定在反射片10的正面,导光板A51夹设在光学膜片组件A的下扩散片与反射片10之间,导光板A51正面贴合学膜片组件A的下扩散片,导光板A反面贴合反射片10正面;光学膜片组件B通过定位针11固定在反射片10的反面,导光板B52夹设在光学膜片组件B的下扩散片与反射片10之间,导光板B52正面贴合光学膜片组件B的下扩散片,导光板B52反面贴合反射片10反面;LED侧发光灯条A41粘贴在导光板A51入光部的下侧,LED侧发光灯条B42粘贴在导光板B52入光部的下侧。
上棱镜片7的棱镜角度为27°,下棱镜片8的棱镜角度为117°,上棱镜片7与下棱镜片8的棱镜角度正交。棱镜角度指棱镜的棱峰与水平线的夹角,棱镜角度正交,增加画面亮度的同时,可改善视野角。
上扩散片6较下扩散片9的厚度厚,且上扩散片6的表面涂层的树脂粒径大于下扩散片9的表面涂层的树脂粒径。上扩散片6较厚,表面涂层的树脂粒子偏大,起到保护和发散光的作用。下扩散片9较薄,涂层的树脂粒子偏小,透光率高,可减少下扩散片9与下棱镜片8及导光板A51、B51之间的摩擦。
上扩散片6、上棱镜片7、下棱镜片8及下扩散片9组合设计,可起到传导光能量,提高辉度增益以及提供均匀的背光面光源的技术效果。
上扩散片6、上棱镜片7、下棱镜片8、下扩散片9及反射片10的上侧、左侧和右侧均对应设有定位部,每一定位部上均对应设有两个安装通孔。定位针11呈U形,通过定位针11穿过所述安装通孔将光学膜片组件、导光板、反射片固定连接在一起,避免光学膜片的位移和跳脱,进一步提高显示设备的稳定性。
实施方式2
参阅图2,本实施例提供一种双面显示装置,包括铝框架30、液晶显示屏A1、液晶显示屏B21以及实施方式1所述的超薄双面显示背光模组。
铝框架30包括内框31和外框32,外框32卡合在内框31的外侧。内框31的上侧、左侧和右侧均设有内框定位板311,内框定位板311上设有内框定位孔。外框32的上侧、左侧和右侧设有外框定位板321,外框定位板321上设有外框定位孔。
内框和外框卡合连接,使得安装更为便捷且可提高显示设备的结构的稳定性及强度。使用铝合金框架替代塑传统的胶框架,铝合金框架可采用压铸铝工艺成型,模具费用低,可降低制造成本,且可实现更加轻薄的外观造型,以及更优的散热效果。
本发明的双面显示装置的装配方法如下:
1、内框31的组装,使7根U形定位针11穿入内框定位板311的圆孔内,在内框定位板311的表面黏贴显示屏固定胶带。
2、外框32的组装,在外框定位板321的表面黏贴显示屏固定胶带。
3、LED侧发光灯条A41及LED侧发光灯条B42的组装,在灯条FPC背面黏贴灯条固定胶带,灯条FPC正面黏贴导光板&灯条固定胶带,分别将LED侧发光灯条A41及LED侧发光灯条B42通过导光板&灯条固定胶带贴合在导光板A51和导光板B52上。
4、光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B的组装,按顺序依次叠置下扩散片6、下棱镜片7、上棱镜片8、上扩散片9。
5、成品组装:
5.1、将组装好的内框31放置在工装治具内;
5.2、将光学膜片组件A、导光板A51、反射片10、光学膜片组件B依次穿设在内框31的定位针11上;组装前撕除LED侧发光灯条A41及LED侧发光灯条B42背面的灯条固定胶带的离型膜;
5.3、将外框32卡合在内框31上,使定位针11穿设在外框定位板321上的外框定位孔中;
5.4、贴合固定液晶显示屏A1,将LED侧发光灯条A41的FPC金手指插入液晶显示屏A1的连接器中,用螺钉固定;
5.5、从工装治具中取出半成品,正反面对调;
5.6、贴合固定液晶显示屏B21,将LED侧发光灯条B42的FPC金手指插入液晶显示屏B21的连接器中,用螺钉固定;
5.7、在铝框架30的四边贴付压实上面板麦拉19、左右面板麦拉20及下面板麦拉21,完成成品装配。
本发明的工作原理是:
1、背光点亮
搭载两根侧发光LED侧发光灯条。单根灯条:0.188mm厚的柔性FPC表面排布45颗AOT3806YAG灯珠,每颗灯珠间距5.26mm。45颗灯珠按照5路并联,每路9颗灯珠串联的回路设计,电路线路以RA铜线分布。
2、液晶屏点亮
搭载2片液晶显示屏。单片液晶屏:0.8mm厚的印制PCB板集成液晶屏控制系统和供电系统和灯条供电系统,通过液晶屏PCB板上连接器与FPC金手指接序连接,单片液晶屏PCB板提供104.35mA恒定电流以供电单根灯条发光。
3、同步/异步显示
搭载2pcs信号转接板和一台电脑主机。单片液晶屏通过LVDS数据线与单个信号转接板连接,单个信号转接板分别通过HDMI数据线和VGA数据线与电脑主机主板上的HDMI接口和VGA接口连接。电脑系统内控制面板设置“扩展显示”。实现两片液晶屏的同步/异步显示。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种超薄双面显示背光模组,其特征在于,包括反射片(10)、光学膜片组件A、光学膜片组件B、导光板A(51)、导光板B(52)、LED侧发光灯条A(41)及LED侧发光灯条B(42);光学膜片组件A与光学膜片组件B结构相同,均包括依次堆叠的上扩散片(6)、上棱镜片(7)、下棱镜片(8)及下扩散片(9);反射片(10)具有正反两个反射面,光学膜片组件A通过定位针(11)固定在反射片(10)的正面,导光板A(51)夹设在光学膜片组件A的下扩散片与反射片(10)之间,导光板A(51)正面贴合学膜片组件A的下扩散片,导光板A反面贴合反射片(10)正面;光学膜片组件B通过定位针(11)固定在反射片(10)的反面,导光板B(52)夹设在光学膜片组件B的下扩散片与反射片(10)之间,导光板B(52)正面贴合光学膜片组件B的下扩散片,导光板B(52)反面贴合反射片(10)反面;LED侧发光灯条A(41)粘贴在导光板A(51)入光部的下侧,LED侧发光灯条B(42)粘贴在导光板B(52)入光部的下侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄双面显示背光模组,其特征在于,上棱镜片(7)的棱镜角度为27°,下棱镜片(8)的棱镜角度为117°,上棱镜片(7)与下棱镜片(8)的棱镜角度正交。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超薄双面显示背光模组,其特征在于,上扩散片(6)较下扩散片厚(9),且上扩散片(6)表面涂层的树脂粒径大于下扩散片(9)表面涂层的树脂粒径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄双面显示背光模组,其特征在于,上扩散片(6)、上棱镜片(7)、下棱镜片(8)、下扩散片(9)及反射片(10)的上侧、左侧和右侧均对应设有定位部,定位部上对应设有安装通孔。
5.一种双面显示装置,其特征在于,包括铝框架(30)、液晶显示屏A(1)、液晶显示屏B(21)以及权利要求1~4任意一项所述的超薄双面显示背光模组;超薄双面显示背光模组设于液晶显示屏A(1)和液晶显示屏B(21)之间,铝框架(30)支撑于超薄双面显示背光模组及液晶显示屏A(1)和液晶显示屏B(21)的两侧,LED侧发光灯条A(41)的线路板与液晶显示屏A(1)的连接器连接,LED侧发光灯条B(42)的线路板与液晶显示屏B(21)的连接器连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双面显示装置,其特征在于,铝框架(30)包括内框(31)和外框(32),外框(32)卡合在内框(31)的外侧,内框(31)的上侧、左侧和右侧均设有内框定位板(311),内框定位板(311)上设有内框定位孔,外框(32)的上侧、左侧和右侧设有外框定位板(321),外框定位板(321)上设有外框定位孔,定位针(11)依次穿过内框定位孔、光学膜片组件A、反射片、光学膜片组件B,紧固在外框定位孔中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双面显示装置,其特征在于,液晶显示屏A(1)通过胶带贴合固定在内框上,液晶显示屏B通过胶带贴合固定在外框(321)上,铝框(30)的四周包覆有面板麦拉。
