Description

Protection system and oil supply method for oil supply emergency state
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil supply equipment in the industries of compressed air energy storage, chemical machinery and the like, in particular to a protection system and an oil supply method for an oil supply emergency state.
Background
In some application occasions, the requirement on the stability of a protection system in an oil supply emergency state is extremely high, stable and continuous high-pressure oil supply is needed, and under the condition, a high-level oil tank, a UPS direct current power supply motor or an energy accumulator is usually needed to ensure the oil supply stability in emergency situations such as sudden power failure. However, the above measures in the prior art have certain limitations, for example, a common high-level oil tank cannot meet the requirement of high-pressure oil supply, UPS direct current power supply needs response time, and the UPS has a fault risk, and the oil supply pressure of the energy accumulator is gradually reduced.
Chinese patent document CN109340544A discloses a protection system for an emergency state of oil supply to a pressure oil tank of a large-sized horizontal sliding bearing, which includes: the closed main oil tank A is characterized in that under a normal state, lubricating oil in the main oil tank flows to a lubricating working end through an oil supply pipeline, leaves the lubricating working end after the lubricating and cooling work is finished, and flows to an oil return tank; in an emergency state that the oil pump cannot work due to system power failure or oil pump failure, in order to continuously supply oil to a lubricating working end, the main oil tank is connected with a compressed air source Q through an air supply pipe.
However, in the above solution, the main oil tank a and the oil pump are arranged in series, that is, in a normal state, the main oil pump firstly delivers the lubricating oil to the main oil tank a, and then supplies the lubricating oil to the lubricating working end through the main oil tank a. This arrangement does not allow for individual maintenance of the main tank a, and only allows for shutdown operations when the main tank fails.

The top end of the emergency oil tank 1 is communicated with an overflow oil return pipeline 11, the emergency oil tank 1 is communicated with the main oil tank 4 through the overflow oil return pipeline 11, and an overflow valve 12 is arranged on the overflow oil return pipeline 11. When refuel to emergency oil tank 1, open overflow valve 12 and make lubricating oil be convenient for enter into emergency oil tank 1 in, in addition when filling up oil to emergency oil tank 1 after, lubricating oil can flow back to in the main tank 4 through overflow return line 11. In addition, be provided with pressure measurement and liquid level detection device on emergent oil tank 1, can implement pressure and the lubricating oil liquid level in the detection emergent oil tank 1.
As shown in fig. 1, an air inlet valve 13 is arranged on the air supply pipeline 2 connected to the emergency oil tank 1, and the air inlet valve 13 is a normally open electromagnetic valve, which can facilitate the maintenance of the oil supply pressure in the emergency oil tank 1 by an air source. In addition, when the emergency oil tank is installed, the lowest liquid level of the emergency oil tank 1 is higher than the liquid level of the lubricating working end, and the emergency oil pipe 3 is communicated with the bottom end of the emergency oil tank 1. When the emergency oil tank 1 supplies oil to the lubricating working end, the oil supply pressure to the lubricating working end can be ensured, and the normal work of the lubricating working end is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, the main oil tank 4 supplies oil to the lubrication working ends through the main oil supply pipe 5, and preferably, the main oil tank 4 supplies the lubrication working ends with the lubrication oil through the main oil supply pipes 5. That is to say, the lubricating working ends are provided with a plurality of lubricating working ends, the lubricating working ends are respectively communicated with the emergency oil tank 1 through emergency oil pipes 3, the lubricating working ends are respectively communicated with the main oil tank 4 through main oil supply pipes 5, and each emergency oil pipe 3 corresponds to one main oil supply pipe 5 and is communicated through a tee joint 8. In addition, as an alternative embodiment, the lubricating working end may have only one.
As shown in fig. 2, an oil pump 14 is provided in the main oil supply pipe 5 of the main oil tank 4, and the lubricating oil in the main oil tank 4 is supplied to the lubricating operation end through the main oil supply pipe 5 by driving the oil pump 14.
As shown in fig. 3, a liquid level detection device and a pressure detection device are disposed on the main oil tank 4, and an exhaust device 15 is further disposed on the main oil tank 4, the exhaust device 15 can be used for actively discharging accumulated air in the main oil tank 4, and the exhaust device 15 can also be used for supplementing air into the main oil tank 4 to ensure normal operation of the oil pump 14. Specifically, the exhaust device 15 includes: an exhaust duct 16 and an exhaust fan 17 connected to the exhaust duct 16, wherein the exhaust fan 17 is driven by a motor to discharge air to the outside, and a filter is provided at an outlet of the exhaust fan 17 to discharge air to the outside through the filter; in addition, a return pipe 18 is connected to the inlet end of the filter, and the return pipe 18 extends into the lubricating oil toward the main oil tank 4, and the return pipe 18 ventilates the main oil tank 4.
The oil supply method of the protection system for the oil supply emergency state provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, normally, the oil in the main oil tank 4 is supplied to the lubrication working end by driving the oil pump 14, and the oil pressure in the main oil supply pipe 5 is maintained by the oil pump 14.
As shown in fig. 1, when the oil pressure in the main oil supply pipe 5 in the section before the three-way joint 8 decreases and the oil supply pressure of the emergency oil pipe 3 becomes higher than the oil supply pressure in the section of the main oil supply pipe 5, the emergency oil tank 1 supplies the lubricating oil through the emergency oil pipe 3 into the section of the main oil supply pipe 5 after the three-way joint 8 to keep the oil pressure in the main oil supply pipe 5 after the three-way joint 8 stable. Specifically, a certain air supply pressure is kept in the emergency oil tank 1, and lubricating oil is supplied to the main oil supply pipe 5 through air pressure, so that the oil pressure stability of the lubricating oil leading to the lubricating working end is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, when the oil pump 14 in the main oil tank 4 fails, the oil supply pressure to the lubrication working end through the main oil tank 4 is zero, and at this time, the oil supply pressure in the emergency oil tank 1 is greater than the pressure in the main oil supply pipe 5, and the emergency oil tank 1 supplements the oil supply pressure in the main oil supply pipe 5 through the emergency oil pipe 3, so that the lubricating oil is supplied into the main oil supply pipe 5 through the emergency oil pipe 3. As shown in fig. 2, since the second check valve 7 is disposed on the main oil supply pipe 5 before the three-way connection 8, the lubricating oil flowing toward the main oil supply pipe 5 through the emergency oil pipe 3 can only flow toward the lubricating working end, so that the stability of the oil supply pressure of the lubricating working end is maintained, and the accidental shutdown of the lubricating working end is avoided.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of the invention may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
