4) When the generator set 10 works daily, if the oil supply pipeline and the oil return pipeline are damaged and cannot work normally, the first flowmeter 15 sends a fault signal to the generator car controller, and the bypass oil supply work is started; the bypass oil supply working steps are as follows; the standby oil return valve 13 is communicated with an oil inlet of the external oil storage device 30, the standby oil supply valve 14 is communicated with the external oil discharge valve 32, the power generation vehicle controller closes the oil supply valve 12 and the oil return valve 11, opens the standby oil return valve 13, the standby oil supply valve 14, the external oil supply valve 31 and the external oil discharge valve 32, the first oil supply pump 24 is powered on, and the internal combustion oil of the oil storage device 30 is supplied to a unit through the oil filter 22, the first ball valve 23, the first oil supply pump 24, the second flowmeter 25 and the external oil discharge valve 32, so that a bypass oil supply function is realized;
5) When the generator set 10 runs for a long time and excessive impurities are accumulated at the bottom of the fuel tank 20 and need to be cleaned, starting self-circulation filtering operation; the self-circulation filtering working steps are as follows: the working personnel operate the electric power generation car controller to send out a cleaning signal, the oil drain valve 21 and the oil supplementing valve 26 are opened, the first oil supply pump 24 is powered on, fuel in the fuel tank 20 is pumped out through the oil drain valve 21 and enters the fuel tank 20 through the oil filter 22, the first ball valve 23, the first oil supply pump 24, the second flowmeter 25 and the oil supplementing valve 26, and a self-circulation filtering function is realized; when the cleaning is required to be stopped, the electric power generator controller is operated to send a cleaning stopping signal, the oil drain valve 21 and the oil supplementing valve 26 are closed, and the first oil supply pump 24 is powered off to stop supplying oil to the fuel tank 20;
6) When the power generation vehicle is in emergency rescue and disaster relief, the road condition is complex, the oil tank truck and the oil storage equipment cannot arrive in time, and when the auxiliary vehicle or other equipment lacks oil, the oil is discharged outwards; the outward oil discharge working steps are as follows: the external oil drain valve 32 is communicated with an oil inlet of the oil storage device 30, the electric vehicle controller is operated to send out an oil drain signal, the oil drain valve 21 and the external oil drain valve 32 are opened, the first oil supply pump 24 is powered on, and fuel in the fuel tank 20 is pumped out through the oil filter 22, the first ball valve 23, the first oil supply pump 24 and the second flowmeter 25 to drain oil to the oil storage device 30, so that an outward oil drain function is realized; when the fuel discharge is required to be stopped, the electric generator car controller is operated to send a signal for stopping the fuel discharge, the fuel discharge valve 21 and the external fuel discharge valve 32 are closed, the first fuel supply pump 24 is powered off, the fuel in the fuel tank 20 is stopped to be pumped out, and the outward fuel discharge is closed;
7) When excessive impurities are accumulated at the bottom of the oil storage device 30 and need to be cleaned, the external circulation filtering operation is started; the external circulation filtering operation comprises the following steps: the external oil supply valve 31 and the external oil drain valve 32 are simultaneously connected with the oil storage device 30, the electric generator controller is operated to send out an external circulation signal, the external oil supply valve 31 and the external oil drain valve 32 are opened, fuel oil in the oil storage device 30 is pumped out through the oil filter 22, the first ball valve 23, the first oil supply pump 24 and the second flowmeter 25, and enters the oil storage device 30 through the external oil drain valve 32, so that an external circulation function is realized; when the external circulation valve is required to be closed, the electric power generator controller is operated to send out an external circulation closing signal, the external oil supply valve 31 and the external oil discharge valve 32 are closed, the first oil supply pump 24 is powered off, the pumping of the fuel in the oil storage device 30 is stopped, and the external circulation is closed;
8) In the actual use process, the first oil supply pump 24 and the first ball valve 23 may malfunction, in order to ensure that the functional pipelines are used normally, the second oil supply pump 28 and the second ball valve 27 are incorporated between the oil filter 22 and the second flowmeter 25, when the first oil supply pump 24 or the first ball valve 23 malfunctions, the second flowmeter 25 monitors the running flow of the pipeline system, feeds back a low oil or oil shortage signal to the generator car controller, the generator car controller starts the second ball valve 27 and the second oil supply pump 28, ensures that the pipelines work normally, and particularly when the generator set 10 is in power supply operation, the external oil filling or bypass oil supply needs to be ensured to be smooth at any time, the second ball valve 27 and the second oil supply pump 28 can ensure that sufficient and clean fuel oil can be supplied to the generator set uninterruptedly, so that long-time and uninterrupted power supply of the diesel car is realized.

Claims (2)

1. The multifunctional auxiliary pipeline system for the fuel tank of the diesel generator car is characterized by comprising a generator set (10) and a fuel tank (20) which are connected together through an oil supply pipeline and an oil return pipeline respectively, wherein the fuel tank (20) is provided with a self-circulation filtering pipeline, the self-circulation filtering pipeline is sequentially connected with an oil drain valve (21), an oil filter (22), a first ball valve (23), a first oil supply pump (24), a second flowmeter (25) and an oil supplementing valve (26) in series along the oil path circulation direction of the self-circulation filtering pipeline, an external oil supply valve (31) is integrated between the oil drain valve (21) and the oil filter (22), an oil return valve (11) is arranged on the oil return pipeline, a standby oil return valve (13) is integrated between the oil return valve (11) and the generator set (10), a standby oil supply valve (14) is integrated between the first flowmeter (15) and the generator set (10), and an external oil drain valve (32) is integrated between the second flowmeter (25) and the oil supplementing valve (26); an electronic liquid level meter is arranged at the top of the fuel tank (20), and a mechanical visual liquid level meter is arranged on the side surface of the fuel tank (20);
the bottom and the top of the fuel tank (20) are respectively provided with an oil drain port and an oil return port, and two ends of the self-circulation filtering pipeline are respectively connected with the oil drain port and the oil return port;
the oil filter (22) is connected to the second flowmeter (25) after being integrated with a second ball valve (27) and a second oil feed pump (28) between the first ball valve (23).
2. A method for controlling a multifunctional auxiliary pipeline system of a fuel tank of a diesel generating vehicle according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
1) The power generation vehicle controller in the diesel power generation vehicle is respectively and electrically connected with each valve, the oil supply pump and the electronic liquid level meter in the pipeline system and used for controlling the opening and closing of each valve and the oil supply pump;
2) When the generator set (10) works, the fuel tank (20) has sufficient fuel quantity, the generator controller opens a fuel supply pipeline, a fuel supply valve (12) and a fuel return valve (11) in the fuel return pipeline, and valves of other pipelines and a fuel supply pump are closed;
3) An electronic liquid level meter in the fuel tank (20) feeds back an oil level signal to the power generation vehicle controller in real time, and when the liquid level is lower than 1/4 of the oil level, an alarm oil supplementing signal is sent out, and external oiling work is started; when the liquid level of the fuel tank (20) reaches 3/4 of the oil level, closing the external refueling work;
the method comprises the following steps: the external oil supply valve (31) is communicated with the external oil storage device (30), the power generation vehicle controller is operated to open the external oil supply valve (31) and the oil supplementing valve (26), the first oil supply pump (24) is powered, and the internal combustion oil in the oil storage device (30) is supplied to the fuel tank (20) through the oil filter (22), the first ball valve (23), the first oil supply pump (24), the second flowmeter (25) and the oil supplementing valve (26) to supplement oil, so that an external oil filling function is realized; the external oiling closing working steps are as follows: the electronic liquid level meter sends out an oil overflow signal to the generator car controller, the generator car controller closes the external oil supply valve (31) and the oil supplementing valve (26), the first oil supply pump (24) loses power, and the oil supplementing to the fuel tank (20) is stopped;
4) When the generator set (10) works in daily life, if the oil supply pipeline and the oil return pipeline are damaged and cannot work normally, the first flowmeter (15) sends a fault signal to the generator car controller, and the bypass oil supply work is started;
the bypass oil supply working steps are as follows; the spare oil return valve (13) is communicated with an oil inlet of an external oil storage device (30), the spare oil supply valve (14) is communicated with the external oil drain valve (32), the electric power generation vehicle controller closes the oil supply valve (12) and the oil return valve (11), opens the spare oil supply valve (13), the spare oil supply valve (14), the external oil supply valve (31) and the external oil drain valve (32), the first oil supply pump (24) is powered on, and internal oil in the oil storage device (30) passes through the oil filter (22), the first ball valve (23), the first oil supply pump (24), the second flowmeter (25), the external oil drain valve (32) and the supply unit to realize a bypass oil supply function;
5) When excessive impurities are accumulated at the bottom of the fuel tank (20) and need to be cleaned after the generator set (10) operates for a long time, starting self-circulation filtering operation;
the self-circulation filtering working steps are as follows: the working personnel operate the power generation vehicle controller to send out a cleaning signal, the oil drain valve (21), the oil supplementing valve (26) and the first ball valve (23) are opened, the first oil supply pump (24) is powered on, fuel in the fuel tank (20) is pumped out through the oil drain valve (21), and the fuel enters the fuel tank (20) through the oil filter (22), the first ball valve (23), the first oil supply pump (24), the second flowmeter (25) and the oil supplementing valve (26), so that a self-circulation filtering function is realized; when the cleaning is required to be stopped, the electric power generation vehicle controller is operated to send a cleaning stopping signal to close the oil drain valve (21), the oil supplementing valve (26) and the first ball valve (23), and the first oil supply pump (24) is in power failure to stop supplying oil to the fuel tank (20);

the outward oil discharge working steps are as follows: the external oil drain valve (32) is communicated with an oil inlet of the oil storage device (30), the electric generator controller is operated to send out an oil drain signal, the oil drain valve (21) and the external oil drain valve (32) are opened, the first oil supply pump (24) is powered on, and fuel in the fuel tank (20) is pumped out through the oil filter (22), the first ball valve (23), the first oil supply pump (24) and the second flowmeter (25), so that oil is drained to the oil storage device (30), and an outward oil drain function is realized; when the oil discharge is required to be stopped, the electric power generation vehicle controller is operated to send out an oil discharge stopping signal, the oil discharge valve (21) and the external oil discharge valve (32) are closed, the first oil supply pump (24) is in power failure, the internal combustion oil in the fuel tank (20) is stopped to be pumped out, and the outward oil discharge is closed;
7) When excessive impurities are accumulated at the bottom of the oil storage device (30) and need to be cleaned, the external circulation filtering work is started; the external circulation filtering operation comprises the following steps: the external oil supply valve (31) and the external oil drain valve (32) are simultaneously connected with the oil storage device (30), the electric generator controller is operated to send out an external circulation signal, the external oil supply valve (31) and the external oil drain valve (32) are opened, fuel oil in the oil storage device (30) is pumped out through the oil filter (22), the first ball valve (23), the first oil supply pump (24) and the second flowmeter (25), and enters the oil storage device (30) through the external oil drain valve (32), so that an external circulation function is realized; when the fuel tank needs to be closed, the power generation vehicle controller is operated to send out an external circulation closing signal, the external fuel supply valve (31) and the external fuel discharge valve (32) are closed, the first fuel supply pump (24) is powered off, the fuel in the fuel storage device (30) is stopped to be pumped out, and the external circulation is closed;
8) In the actual use process, when the first oil supply pump (24) or the first ball valve (23) fails, the second flowmeter (25) monitors the running flow of the pipeline system and feeds back a low oil or oil shortage signal to the generator car controller, and the generator car controller starts standby uninterrupted operation; the steps of spare uninterrupted operation are as follows: the power generation vehicle controller starts the second ball valve (27) and the second oil supply pump (28) to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline.
