Abstract
The invention discloses a water pump heating system, which relates to the field of water pumps for dust suppression vehicles. According to the water pump heating system, the three-way air valve is additionally arranged at the exhaust end of the whole automobile, when the water pump heating system works in spring, summer and autumn, automobile exhaust is directly exhausted through the air valve, before the water pump heating system is used for preparing operation in winter, when the water pump heating system is used for heating, the three-way air valve is switched through the switch in the cab, the automobile exhaust is transmitted to the heat collecting cover through the heat conducting pipe, and then the heat collecting cover distributes collected heat to the pump body shell, so that the pump body which freezes residual water is heated, ice cubes between the impeller and the stirring disc in the pump body are quickly melted, the impeller in the pump body is prevented from being frozen by the ice cubes, and the water pump is prevented from being damaged during starting.
