Abstract
The invention relates to a simple and convenient type seam pipe anchor rod drawing test device and a processing method, the device comprises a perforated baffle plate and an inner sleeve pipe which form a sleeve pipe assembly, a connecting plate, an outer sleeve pipe and a pull rod which form a pull rod assembly, a force transmission sleeve pipe and a limit baffle plate which form a limit sleeve pipe assembly and a connecting bolt, and the device is formed by assembling a common steel plate and a steel pipe after being processed by cutting, perforating and welding processes.

The processing method of the simple and convenient type seam pipe anchor rod drawing test device comprises the following processing and manufacturing processes:
A. cutting: and selecting and cutting the perforated baffle, the connecting plate, the limiting baffle, the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve and the force transmission sleeve according to the sizes.
B. Opening a hole: and (4) opening the opening baffle, the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve and the limiting baffle.
C. Welding: welding the perforated baffle and the inner sleeve into a sleeve assembly; the connecting plate, the outer sleeve and the pull rod are welded to form a pull rod assembly; the force transmission sleeve and the limit baffle are welded with the limit sleeve assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

the perforated baffle (1), the connecting plate (3) and the limiting baffle (9) are made of common steel plates and are cut into circular or square shapes.
The hole baffle (1), the connecting plate (3) and the limiting baffle (9) are square, and the specifications of the hole baffle, the connecting plate and the limiting baffle are respectively 68 mm multiplied by 8mm, 76 mm multiplied by 8mm and 133 mm multiplied by 8 mm.
The center positions of the perforated baffle (1) and the limiting baffle (9) are respectively perforated with through holes of 45mm and 22mm so as to respectively pass through the anchor rod (10) and the pull rod (5).
The inner sleeve (2), the outer sleeve (4) and the force transmission sleeve (8) are formed by cutting common steel pipes.
The specifications of the inner sleeve (2), the outer sleeve (4) and the force transmission sleeve (8) are respectively phi 68 multiplied by 3, L is 65mm, phi 76 multiplied by 3, L is 65mm, and phi 133 multiplied by 4, L is 110 mm.
The specification of the connecting bolt (7) is 8.8-grade M22 multiplied by 100 mm.
The pipe walls of the inner sleeve (2) and the outer sleeve (4) are provided with holes with the diameter of 24mm, and the connecting bolts (7) can be sleeved in the holes.
The bolt defines a pullout length (h) of 12 mm.
The processing method of the simple and convenient type seam pipe anchor rod drawing test device comprises the following processing and manufacturing processes:
