Abstract
A combined sound barrier unit plate belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and comprises a sound absorption plate, a sound insulation plate, an end plate, a clamp, sound absorption cotton, hydrophobic materials and rivets; the hydrophobic material wraps the sound absorption cotton and then is placed into the cavity of the sound absorption plate, and the clips are placed around the sound absorption cotton; the end plates are arranged on the inner sides of the two ends of the sound absorption plate to form a uncovered box body; and finally, placing the sound insulation plate in a reserved position of the box body, and fixing the sound absorption and insulation plate by using a rivet to form a complete unit plate. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the defects of low manufacturing efficiency, high cost and multiple processes of the sound absorption and insulation plate are effectively overcome, and the safety is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a combined sound barrier unit plate.
Background
With the construction of high-speed rails and highways, these fast moving bodies inevitably cause noise pollution to surrounding residents or the environment, so that the road sound barrier is rapidly and widely used, and in order to meet the rapid development, the manufacturing efficiency of the sound absorption and insulation plate in the sound barrier is required to be high. At present, the sound absorption plate of the common nail-free sound absorption and insulation plate needs to be folded around for multiple times in multiple directions, and the folded edges are wide; the periphery of the sound insulation plate is folded, and the sound insulation plate is also required to be formed for multiple times, so that the manufacturing process is more, and the efficiency is low. The superposition surface of the sound absorption plate and the sound insulation plate is more during assembly, and the cost is higher.
The improved novel sound absorption and insulation plate (ZL 201821108180.5) optimizes the defects of multiple processes, low efficiency and high cost, but also has the defect of exposed rivets after being installed into a sound barrier.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of multiple working procedures, low efficiency, high cost and no exposure of finished rivets, the safety is improved, and a combined sound barrier unit plate is provided.
A combined sound barrier unit plate comprises a sound absorption plate, a sound insulation plate, an end plate, a clamp, sound absorption cotton, hydrophobic materials and rivets. The hydrophobic material wraps the sound absorption cotton and then is placed into the cavity of the sound absorption plate, and the clips are placed around the sound absorption cotton; the end plates are placed on the inner sides of two ends of the sound absorption plate to form a uncovered box body; and finally, placing the sound insulation plate in a reserved position of the box body, and fixing the sound absorption and insulation plate by using a rivet to form a complete unit plate.
The sound absorption plate is a metal sheet plated with aluminum, zinc or aluminum, sound absorption holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the sound absorption plate, and the whole sound absorption plate is rectangular. Two long sides of the rectangle are oppositely bent and are pressed into a C shape at one time; one side (upper part) of the sound absorption plate is pressed with a convex edge and a rivet mounting hole by using a die, and the other side (lower part) of the sound absorption plate is pressed with a concave edge and a rivet mounting hole by using a die; and a plurality of shallow surface indentations are pressed at the positions with the sound absorption holes, so that the rigidity is enhanced. The sound absorption plate is a main structural framework, and sound waves are transmitted through the surface openings to absorb sound.
The sound insulation board is a metal thin plate made of aluminum-zinc or aluminum materials and the like, and a plurality of shallow indentations on the surface are pressed to enhance the rigidity. The whole body is also rectangular. Two long sides of the rectangle are oppositely bent and are pressed into a C shape at one time; the sound insulation board pressure groove is inserted into the sound absorption board to form a frame together with the sound absorption board.
The end plate is a metal thin plate plated with aluminum, zinc or aluminum, and the like, one side of the die is pressed into a rectangle with a C-shaped section, and the upper side and the lower side of the rectangle correspond to the concave-convex shape of the sound absorption plate. The end plate is inserted into the inner side of the end part of the sound absorption plate and forms a completed cavity with the sound absorption plate of the sound insulation plate, and meanwhile, the effect of enhancing the strength and rigidity of the unit plate is achieved.
The sound-absorbing cotton is cuboid rock wool, and hydrophobic materials such as hydrophobic cloth or non-woven fabric are wrapped on the outer side of the sound-absorbing cotton, so that the sound-absorbing cotton is a sound-absorbing main body.

The rivets are standard parts and are used for connecting all parts, so that the unit plates are fixedly connected.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a combined sound barrier unit plate, whose specification is 1960 mm × 500 mm × 140mm, includes a sound absorption plate 1, a sound insulation plate 2, an end plate 3, a clip 5, sound absorption cotton 6 and hydrophobic material; the hydrophobic material wraps the sound absorption cotton and then is placed in the cavity of the sound absorption plate 1, and the clips 5 are arranged around the sound absorption cotton; the end plates 3 are placed on the inner sides of the two ends of the sound absorption plate 1 to form a uncovered box body; and finally, placing the sound insulation plate 2 in a reserved position of the box body, and fixing the sound absorption and insulation plate by using a rivet 4.
As shown in FIG. 5, the sound-absorbing plate is a 1.5mm aluminum thin plate, and sound-absorbing holes with a diameter of 6mm are uniformly distributed on the surface, and the size is 1960 mm multiplied by 500 mm multiplied by 140 mm. Two long sides of the rectangle are oppositely bent and are pressed into a C shape at one time; one side (upper part) of the sound absorption plate is pressed with a convex edge 7 and a rivet mounting hole with the diameter of 4.5mm by using a die, and the other side (lower part) is pressed with a groove 8 and a rivet mounting hole with the diameter of 4.5mm by using a die; and a plurality of shallow indentations with the surface depth of 5mm are pressed at the positions with the sound absorption holes, so that the rigidity is enhanced. The sound absorption plate is a main structural framework, and sound waves are transmitted through the surface openings to absorb sound.
As shown in fig. 6, the sound insulation board is a metal sheet made of 1.0 aluminum-zinc plating or 1.5mm aluminum, and multiple shallow indentations with the surface depth of 5mm are pressed to enhance the rigidity. The whole body is also rectangular. Two long sides of the rectangle are oppositely bent and are pressed into a C shape at one time; the sound insulation board pressure groove is inserted into the sound absorption board to form a frame together with the sound absorption board.
As shown in fig. 7, the end plate is an aluminum-zinc-plated metal thin plate, and is pressed into a rectangle with a C-shaped section by using one side of a die, and the upper and lower sides of the rectangle correspond to the grooves and the ribs of the sound-absorbing plate. The end plate is inserted into the inner side of the end part of the sound absorption plate and forms a completed cavity with the sound absorption plate of the sound insulation plate, and meanwhile, the effect of enhancing the strength and rigidity of the unit plate is achieved.
The sound absorption cotton is rectangular rock wool with the thickness of 1900 mm, 430 mm and 80mm, the volume weight of the rectangular rock wool is 80kg/m for high speed cultivation, hydrophobic materials such as hydrophobic cloth or non-woven fabric are wrapped on the outer side of the rectangular rock wool, and the sound absorption cotton is a sound absorption main body.
The checkpost is that 0.8mm galvanized sheet metal suppression, and 4 equipartitions play fixed cotton effect of absorbing sound around the sound absorption cotton.
Claims (4)
1. A combined sound barrier unit plate is characterized by comprising a sound absorption plate, a sound insulation plate, an end plate, a clamp, sound absorption cotton and hydrophobic materials; the hydrophobic material wraps the sound absorption cotton and is placed in the cavity of the sound absorption plate, and the clips are arranged on the periphery of the sound absorption cotton; the end plates are placed on the inner sides of two ends of the sound absorption plate to form a uncovered box body, and the sound insulation plate is placed in a reserved position of the box body and fixed.
2. The assembled sound barrier unit plate of claim 1, wherein the sound absorbing holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the sound absorbing plate.

The modular sound barrier cell board of claim 1, wherein the sound absorbing panel and the sound insulating panel are both C-shaped; one end of the sound absorption plate is provided with a convex edge and a rivet mounting hole, and the other end of the sound absorption plate is provided with a groove and a rivet mounting hole.

The modular sound barrier unit plate of claim 1, wherein the end plate has a rib at one end and a groove at the other end, and the end plate is inserted into the inner side of the end of the sound absorbing plate and forms a cavity together with the sound insulating plate and the sound absorbing plate.
