本发明涉及清洁燃料技术领域,具体为一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法。
背景技术
能源就是向自然界提供能量转化的物质(矿物质能源,核物理能源,大气环流能源,地理性能源)。能源是人类活动的物质基础。在某种意义上讲,人类社会的发展离不开优质能源的出现和先进能源技术的使用。在当今世界,能源的发展,能源和环境,是全世界、全人类共同关心的问题,也是我国社会经济发展的重要问题。
无污染燃料又称清洁燃料。燃烧时能产生高热值而不污染环境的燃料。天然燃料中只有少数地区的天然气属于这种燃料。获得大量的无污染燃料的方法是对现有天然燃料进行无害化处理,或研制新型的无污染燃料。以石油为原料制成的液化石油气、脱硫重油等,都是少灰、低硫的实用燃料。我国的国情是贫油、富煤、少气、能源消耗大,发展替代能源是我国能源发展的必然选择。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

步骤(1).按质量配比加入甲醇5~30份、煤基费托合成汽油组分20~60份、异辛烷5~30份分别通过生产自动化控制系统控制在第一管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以160~5000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合20~60分钟;
步骤(2).按质量配比加入清净增效剂1~5份、分散剂1.5~3份、助溶剂0.01~2份、防腐抑制剂0.01~0.5份通过生产自动化控制系统控制,与步骤(1)调和均匀的混合物一起在第二管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以500~20000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合30~90分钟;
步骤(3).将上述步骤(2)调和均匀的混合物加入到调和罐中,通过循环泵及第三管道混合器调和,再转入到调和罐中,循环该调和步骤,直到完全混合,将混合液静置1-4小时,成为醇醚燃料。
所述醇醚燃料的质量配比为甲醇或乙醇20份、煤基费托合成汽油组分14份、清净增效剂1份、分散剂1.5份、助溶剂0.01份、防腐抑制剂0.01份。

步骤(1).按质量配比加入按质量配比加入甲醇15份、煤基费托合成汽油组分40份、异辛烷15份分别通过生产自动化控制系统控制在第一管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以160~5000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合20~60分钟;步骤(2).按质量配比加入清净增效剂3份、分散剂2份、助溶剂1份、防腐抑制剂0.3份通过生产自动化控制系统控制,与步骤(1)调和均匀的混合物一起在第二管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以500~20000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合30~90分钟;步骤(3).将上述步骤(2)调和均匀的混合物加入到调和罐中,通过循环泵及第三管道混合器调和,再转入到调和罐中,循环该调和步骤,直到完全混合,将混合液静置1-4小时,成为醇醚燃料。本实施例中所述清净增效剂包括硝酸环己酯、硝酸异辛酯、硝酸异戊酯、硝酸正戊酯、2-甲基硝酸正戊酯、草酸正丁酯、草酸二异戊酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯、脂肪酸甲酯中的一种或几种混合。所述分散剂包括聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯基胺、聚醚胺、聚烯胺中的一种或几种混合。助溶剂包括二甲醚、异丙醚、正丙醚、乙醚、甲酸甲酯、氯甲酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、亚磷酸三甲酯、碳酸二甲酯或碳酸二乙酯中的一种或几种混合。所述防腐抑制剂包括乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、十六烷胺、十八烷胺、油酸胺或硝基苯胺中的一种或几种混合。

Claims (8)
1.一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤(1).按质量配比加入甲醇或乙醇按质量配比加入甲醇5~30份、煤基费托合成汽油组分20~60份、异辛烷5~30份分别通过生产自动化控制系统控制在第一管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以160~5000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合20~60分钟;
步骤(2).按质量配比加入清净增效剂1~5份、分散剂1.5~3份、助溶剂0.01~2份、防腐抑制剂0.01~0.5份通过生产自动化控制系统控制,与步骤(1)调和均匀的混合物一起在第二管道混合器中调和均匀,调和方法为以500~20000赫兹的频率进行振荡混合30~90分钟;
步骤(3).将上述步骤(2)调和均匀的混合物加入到调和罐中,通过循环泵及第三管道混合器调和,再转入到调和罐中,循环该调和步骤,直到完全混合,将混合液静置1-4小时,成为醇醚燃料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醇醚燃料的质量配比为按质量配比加入甲醇5份、煤基费托合成汽油组分20份、异辛烷5份、清净增效剂1份、分散剂1.5份、助溶剂0.01份、防腐抑制剂0.01份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醇醚燃料的质量配比为按质量配比加入甲醇30份、煤基费托合成汽油组分60份、异辛烷30份、清净增效剂5份、分散剂3份、助溶剂2份、防腐抑制剂0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醇醚燃料的质量配比为按质量配比加入甲醇15份、煤基费托合成汽油组分40份、异辛烷15份、清净增效剂3份、分散剂2份、助溶剂1份、防腐抑制剂0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述清净增效剂包括硝酸环己酯、硝酸异辛酯、硝酸异戊酯、硝酸正戊酯、2-甲基硝酸正戊酯、草酸正丁酯、草酸二异戊酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯、脂肪酸甲酯中的一种或几种混合。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯基胺、聚醚胺、聚烯胺中的一种或几种混合。
7.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:助溶剂包括二甲醚、异丙醚、正丙醚、乙醚、甲酸甲酯、氯甲酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、亚磷酸三甲酯、碳酸二甲酯或碳酸二乙酯中的一种或几种混合。
8.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种高清洁醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐抑制剂包括乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、十六烷胺、十八烷胺、油酸胺或硝基苯胺中的一种或几种混合。
