The invention has the characteristics of softness, wear resistance, scraping resistance, bending resistance and good anti-adhesion effect; the appearance is fine and smooth; the material has good processing performance, and can be extruded by a common single/double screw.

The feeding speed is 50-120r/min, and the screw rotating speed is 100-300 r/min; adjusting the rotating speed of the feeding device and the main machine, extruding the materials, and cutting the materials into cylindrical particles with the length of 2-3mm through grain cutting and air cooling; the surface is smooth, the color is uniform, no impurity exists, no continuous particles exist, no pores can be seen by naked eyes after the particles are cut open, and no unmelted substances and impurities exist; pressing the particles into 1-2 sheets on a tablet press at the temperature of 175 ℃, and vulcanizing the sheets with proper size on a flat vulcanizing machine at the temperature of 200 ℃ for 10 minutes; the required polyvinyl chloride material can be obtained; has the characteristics of softness, wear resistance, scraping resistance, bending resistance and good anti-adhesion effect; the appearance is fine and smooth; the material has good processing performance, and can be extruded by a common single/double screw.
