Abstract
The invention discloses a protective fusing device for a steel wire rope of an automobile crawler crane under overload tension, which comprises a connecting device, a force-sensitive resistance surface and a portable power supply device, wherein the connecting device is connected with the force-sensitive resistance surface; the connecting device is used for connecting a sling of the crane and is controlled by the current to be fused; the force-sensitive resistance surface is arranged at the joint of the connecting device and the sling; the portable power supply device is mounted on the connecting device. When the pressure value is too large, the current changes along with the change of the current, the electromagnet connecting device controlled by the current is powered off immediately, and the lifting hook sling is separated from the crane immediately to play a role in fusing early warning. The steel wire rope is prevented from being broken due to overweight, and casualties possibly caused by untimely early warning due to overload carrying are prevented.

(1) when the hoisting is started, the force-sensitive resistance surface contacts with the lifting hook, and the sling starts to transfer the weight of the hoisted object to the force-sensitive resistance surface;
(2) the force sensitive resistor changes the resistance value thereof according to the strength;

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the protective fusing device for steel wire rope comprises: the device comprises an electromagnet crane sling connecting device controlled by current I, a force sensitive resistance surface and a portable power supply device. Preferably, the force-sensitive resistor surface can be directly additionally arranged in the lifting hook according to different connection modes, so that the detection result is more accurate.
The lifting hook is composed of two parts: the power supply device and the force-sensitive resistance surface are connected in parallel to a circuit, so that the current I can directly control whether the lifting hook works.
Preferably, the force sensitive resistive surface provides a plurality of alternative weight gears, thereby realizing the lifting operation of objects with different weights.

The protective fusing device for the steel wire rope of the crawler crane of the automobile under the overload tension according to claim 1, wherein the portable power supply device (2) comprises a battery pack (4), a resistance value regulator (5), a fixed value resistor (6) and a switch (7); the resistance value regulator (5) and the fixed value resistor (6) are arranged below the inner part of the plastic shell; the battery pack (4) is arranged above the inner part of the plastic shell and forms a portable power supply device (2) together with a switch (7) arranged outside the plastic shell.

4. The device of claim 3, wherein the force sensitive resistive surface is mounted inside the fusing device of the electromagnet and is in full contact with the cable.
5. The protective fusing device for the steel wire rope of the crawler crane of the automobile under the overload tension according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the force-sensitive resistance surface is semicircular.
6. The device for preventing the fuse from being blown out of the steel wire rope of the crawler crane of the automobile under the overload tension as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein an ohmmeter is arranged on the side surface of the force-sensitive resistor.

(1) when the hoisting is started, the force-sensitive resistance surface contacts with the lifting hook, and the sling starts to transfer the weight of the hoisted object to the force-sensitive resistance surface;
