In the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 8, a collecting box 35 is disposed on the upper side of the bottom plate 1 right below the winding drum 21, a plurality of supporting plates 36 are disposed in the collecting box 35, a guiding block 37 is connected to the upper side of the supporting plates 36, a limiting plate 40 and a guiding plate 38 are disposed on the lower side of the collecting box 35 between two adjacent supporting plates 36, the guiding plate 38 is rotatably disposed with a guiding plate 39 through a slot, a return spring is disposed in the slot between the guiding plate 39 and the guiding plate 38, the collecting box 35, the guiding plate 39 and the guiding block 37 are disposed, the finished product falls between the supporting plates 36, the finished product is limited by the supporting plates 36 and the limiting plate 40, the first finished product falling down will press the guiding plate 39 and drive the guiding plate 39 and the return spring to rotate below the guiding plate 39, when the second finished product falls down, because the first finished product is below the guiding plate 39 and the first finished product abuts against the guiding plate 39, the return spring can not be reset, and the second finished product continuously rolls along the inclined angle of the guide plate 39 until the second finished product is limited by the other limit plate 40, so that the finished product is collected.
A material rolling method for plastic packaging film, which is applied to the material rolling device for plastic packaging film, and comprises the following steps:

S3, continuously pulling the plastic film, enabling the plastic film to penetrate through the first auxiliary roller 23 connected with the first auxiliary connecting plate 4 from top to bottom, then pulling the plastic film to the position below the receiving roller connected with the first limiting connecting plate 8, then penetrating through the position below the receiving roller connected with the second limiting connecting plate 9, and finally winding the plastic film on the winding drum 21.
S4, start the coiling motor 12 and drive and accept dish and dead lever 48 and rotate, and then drive the receipts reel 21 and rotate and carry out the rolling to the plastic film, it is close to the direction of accepting the combination post to drive cutting cardboard 18 and cutting knife 17 through cutting hydraulic pump 16, cut off finished product port through the contact of cutting knife 17 with the butt plate, make receipts reel 21 and coil stock finished product break away from through reducing the clearance between the receipts reel 21, two receipts reel 21 adjacent about will drawing back again, make the finished product drop and collect between two adjacent backup pads 36.

The coiling device for plastic packaging film as defined in claim 3, wherein a plurality of cutting connecting plates (5) are arranged on the lower side of the bottom plate (1), a bearing seat is arranged between two adjacent cutting connecting plates (5), a cutting hydraulic pump (16) is installed on the upper side of the bearing seat, the output end of the cutting hydraulic pump (16) penetrates through the bearing seat, the output end of the cutting hydraulic pump (16) is connected with a cutting clamping plate (18), a plurality of sliding cylinders (19) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the cutting clamping plate (18) far away from the cutting hydraulic pump (16), a buffer spring is arranged in the sliding cylinders (19), the other end of the buffer spring is connected with a press ring (20) which can be matched and slidably connected with the sliding cylinders (19), and a cutting knife (17) is arranged on the cutting clamping plate (18) between two adjacent sliding cylinders (19).
