The adapter plate 31 is attached to a side surface of the first side plate 21 close to the accommodating cavity 101, and correspondingly, the adapter plate 31 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 1. The adapter plate 31 and the first side plate 21 may be connected by gluing to prevent the adapter plate 31 from being separated from the first side plate 21. In an embodiment, a perpendicular distance between the first side 311 and the second side 312 may be smaller than a perpendicular distance between the first side 311 and the bottom plate 1, that is, a certain gap exists between the second side 312 of the interposer 31 and the bottom plate 1.
The first support plate 32 is arranged parallel to the base plate 1, and correspondingly, the first support plate 32 is perpendicular to the adapter plate 31. The second support plate 33 may be perpendicular to the base plate 1, and accordingly, the second support plate 33 may be perpendicular to the first support plate 32. One side of the second support plate 33 away from the first support plate 32 abuts against the bottom plate 1. Meanwhile, the height of the second support plate 33 is equal to the vertical distance between the second side 312 and the base plate 1. Accordingly, the first support plate 32 may be provided with a corresponding support effect by the second support plate 33 to stabilize the first support plate 32.
In some embodiments, the support plate set 3 further comprises two third support plates 34. Along the width direction of the box 100, two third supporting plates 34 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first supporting plate 32, and the two third supporting plates 34 are respectively connected to the sides of the corresponding sides of the first supporting plate 32. In the embodiment, the third supporting plate 34 is perpendicular to the first supporting plate 32 and the second supporting plate 33, a side of the third supporting plate 34 away from the first supporting plate 32 abuts on the bottom plate 1, and the height of the third supporting plate 34 is equal to the height of the second supporting plate 33. Therefore, the third supporting plate 34 can cooperate with the second supporting plate 33 to provide a stable and reliable supporting function for the first supporting plate 32, and prevent the first supporting plate 32 from tilting, i.e. prevent the supporting plate group 3 from collapsing, so as to provide a stable supporting function for the antenna on the router 300 and also provide effective and reliable buffering protection for the router 300.
In an embodiment, a buffer cavity 35 may be enclosed by the first support plate 32, the second support plate 33, the third support plate 34, the bottom plate 1 and the first side plate 21 to provide a buffer function for the router 300.
In an embodiment, at least one of the first side plates 21 further has a first handle 211 formed thereon for a user to pull the box 100 from the outer box 200. Accordingly, the case 100 may be inserted into the outer box 200 or withdrawn from the outer box 200 along the length direction of the pack. It will be appreciated that the opening of the sleeve 200 may be located at one side of the length of the sleeve 200. When the container 100 is located in the outer box 200, at least one first locking position 211 is disposed corresponding to the opening of the outer box 200.
In some embodiments, the first side plates 21 may be provided with first fastening positions 211, so as to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the box 100 and the outer box 200.
The first fastening position 211 may be a through hole structure provided on the first side plate 21 and disposed through the first side plate 21. Correspondingly, the first fastening position 211 may be disposed on a side of the first side plate 21 close to the bottom plate 1, and at least a portion of the first fastening position 211 is correspondingly communicated with the buffer cavity 35. Along the height direction of the box 100, the first locking position 211 is at least partially located on the side of the adapter plate 31 close to the bottom plate 1. Accordingly, it is convenient for the user to insert fingers into the first catching positions 211 to a certain depth so as to pull the case 100 to move with respect to the outer case 200. Of course, the first handle position 211 can also be arranged to correspond completely to the position of the buffer chamber 35. In one embodiment, the first fastening position 211 may have a diameter corresponding to the size of one or two fingers with equal number, so that the user can pull the container 100 relative to the outer container 200.
In some embodiments, a side of each of the second side plates 22 away from the bottom plate 1 is connected with a plywood 4. In the embodiment, the arrangement and structure of the two insertion plates 4 are the same, and the detailed description will be given by taking one insertion plate 4 as an example.
The inserting plate 4 can be disposed parallel to the second side plate 22, and the inserting plate 4 is located on a side of the second side plate 22 close to the accommodating cavity 101. The insert plate 4 may include a third side 4a and a fourth side 4b opposite to each other, wherein the third side 4a may be connected to a side of the second side plate 22 away from the bottom plate 1, and the fourth side 4b is connected to the bottom plate 1 by inserting. In an embodiment, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 can be kept fixed relative to the bottom plate 1 through the insertion plate 4, that is, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 are prevented from randomly shaking relative to the bottom plate 1, so as to ensure the stability of the box 100, and the structure of the box 100 is stable and reliable.
Specifically, the inserting plate 4 may include an inserting plate body 41 and a first inserting tongue 43, one side of the inserting plate body 41 is connected to the second side plate 22, and the first inserting tongue 43 is connected to one side of the inserting plate body 41 away from the second side plate 22. The first tongue 43 is disposed near the fourth side 4b, and the first tongue 43 can be used to connect the bottom plate 1.
Accordingly, the bottom plate 1 may be provided with the insertion hole 12 engaged with the first insertion tongue 43 at a position close to the second side plate 22. The length of the insertion hole 12 may be equal to the length of the first tongue 43, and the width of the insertion hole 12 may be equal to the thickness of the first tongue 43, so that after the first tongue 43 is inserted into the insertion hole 12, the first tongue 43 is prevented from being randomly ejected from the insertion hole 12, thereby ensuring the structural stability of the box body 100. In an embodiment, after the first inserting tongue 43 is inserted into the inserting hole 12, a side of the first inserting tongue 43 away from the inserting plate body 41 may be flush with a side of the bottom plate 1 away from the accommodating cavity 101.
In one embodiment, the insert plate 4 can be disposed proximate to the second side plate 22. Correspondingly, in the width direction of the box 100, two ends of the first side plate 21 are connected with an inserting lug 212. The inserting lug 212 can be perpendicular to the connected first side plate 21, and the inserting lug 212 can be clamped between the adjacent second side plate 22 and the inserting plate 4, so that the first side plate 21 is fixedly connected with the adjacent second side plate 22, the separation of the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 is avoided, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 can be kept stable relative to the bottom plate 1, the collapse of the box body 100 is avoided, and the structural stability of the box body 100 is ensured.
Meanwhile, one side of the insertion plate body 41 near the first insertion tongue 43 is provided with a pair of cutouts 42. In the longitudinal direction of the case 100, the two notches 42 are provided at both ends of the insertion plate body 41 so that the insertion plate body 41 can escape the support plate group 3.
In an embodiment, the width of the box 100 is provided with the second side plate 22, the inserting plate 4 and the first inserting tongue 43, so that the two sides of the box 100 in the width also have corresponding thickness and buffer stroke. Accordingly, the router 300 located in the box 100 can be protected from being buffered in a corresponding direction.
In an embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is further connected with a partition 11 for dividing the receiving cavity 101 into a first receiving area 1011 and a second receiving area 1012. The first receiving area 1011 can be used for receiving the router 300, and the second receiving area 1012 can be used for receiving the charger 400. Therefore, the product and the corresponding accessory layout are orderly and clear at a glance, and the visual effect of product and accessory packaging is improved.
In some embodiments, the partition 11 can be obtained by cutting and folding the bottom plate 1. Specifically, the cutting line 512 may be cut on the bottom plate 1, wherein the cutting line 512 may be substantially U-shaped. So that one side of the partition 11 can be kept connected to the base plate 1 and the other side of the partition 11 can move relative to the base plate 1. Subsequently, the partition 11 may be folded with respect to the bottom plate 1, such that the partition 11 is folded toward the accommodating cavity 101, and the partition 11 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 1. In the embodiment, the height of the partition 11 may be equal to or lower than the height of the side plate 2.
In some embodiments, a side of the partition board 11 away from the bottom board 1 may be provided with a second fastening position 111, and the second fastening position 111 may be a circular arc groove. Thus, when the box 100 is folded, the partition 11 is pulled with respect to the bottom panel 1 so that the partition 11 is folded back with respect to the bottom panel 1. In an embodiment, the second handle portion 111 may be formed together when the partition 11 is cut.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, when the router 300 and the charger 400 are packaged, the router 300 may be placed in the first receiving area 1011 of the box 100, and two antennas on the router 300 may be placed on the supporting plate sets 3 on the corresponding sides. The two second supporting plates 33 can abut against two side walls of the router 300 in length, and the partition plate 11 and the insertion plate 4 at the corresponding side can abut against two side walls of the router 300 in width, so that the router 300 can be limited and fixed, and the router 300 is prevented from shaking randomly in the box body 100.
Meanwhile, the charger 400 may be placed in the second receiving area 1012, and two opposite side walls of the charger 400 respectively abut against the partition 11 and the insertion plate 4 on the corresponding side, so as to perform corresponding limiting and fixing on the charger 400. The container 100 may then be loaded into the outer box 200 and closed.
In some embodiments, the insertion board 4 near the first receiving area 1011 is further provided with an avoidance space 44, which can avoid the clearance for the on-off key on the router 300. The clearance 44 may be a through hole structure provided on the interposer 4, and may be used to accommodate an on-off key on the router 300.
In the folding process of the box 100, first, with reference to fig. 6 to 9, the adaptor panel 31 may be folded along the second folding line 52 and the third folding line 53 toward a side of the connected first side plate 21 close to the accommodating cavity 101, and the adaptor panel 31 and the connected first side plate 21 are attached and bonded. Subsequently, the first support plate 32 is folded along the fourth folding line 54 in a direction away from the base plate 1, so that the first support plate 32 is perpendicular to the adapter plate 31. The third supporting plate 34 is folded along the sixth folding line 56 in a direction approaching the first supporting plate 32 and the accommodating cavity 101, and the third supporting plate 34 is perpendicular to the first supporting plate 32.
Subsequently, referring to fig. 10, the insert lug 212 is folded along the seventh folding line 57 in a direction close to the support plate group 3, and the insert lug 212 is perpendicular to the first side plate 21 to which it is connected. The first side plate 21 is folded along the first folding line 51 in a direction close to the accommodating cavity 101, and the first side plate 21 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 1. The second supporting plate 33 is folded along the fifth folding line 55 in a direction approaching the bottom plate 1, so that the second supporting plate 33 is perpendicular to the first supporting plate 32, and a side of the second supporting plate 33 away from the first supporting plate 32 abuts against the bottom plate 1. And folding the second side plate 22 along the eighth folding line 58 in a direction close to the accommodating cavity 101, so that the second side plate 22 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, and the second side plate 22 is close to one side surface of the insert lug 212 departing from the support plate group 3.
Then, referring to fig. 11, the inserting plate 4 is folded along the ninth folding line 59 and the tenth folding line 510 toward the accommodating cavity 101, so that the inserting plate 4 is attached to one side surface of the connected second side plate 22 near the accommodating cavity 101. Meanwhile, the inserting plate 4 is located at the side of the inserting lug 212 departing from the second side plate 22, that is, the inserting lug 212 is clamped between the adjacent inserting plate 4 and the second side plate 22 to shield the inserting lug 212, and the first side plate 21 is fixedly connected with the second side plate 22. In addition, the first insertion tongue 43 of the insertion plate 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 12 of the base plate 1. The partition plate 11 is folded along the eleventh folding line 511 toward a direction close to the inside of the accommodating chamber 101, and the partition plate 11 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 1, so as to divide the accommodating chamber 101 into a first accommodating area 1011 and a second accommodating area 1012.
Thus, the folding of the cartridge 100 may be completed so that the cartridge 100 may be used to package the router 300 and the charger 400.
In summary, the box 100 provided in the present application at least includes the following advantages:
firstly, the packaging and buffering functions are integrated on the box body 100, so that the arrangement of parts of the packaging box can be reduced, the material cost can be reduced correspondingly, the processing technology of the packaging box is simplified, and the cost of labor, management and control, transportation and the like is reduced;
in the process of packaging and unpacking the products and accessories, the box body 100 does not need to be folded or unfolded correspondingly, and the steps of packaging and unpacking the products and accessories are simplified. On one hand, the product packaging efficiency can be improved, on the other hand, the box can be conveniently detached by a user, and the user experience is improved;
thirdly, the partition plate 11 is obtained by cutting and folding the bottom plate 1, the product and the corresponding accessories are separately arranged, the convenience of packaging and user part taking is considered, and meanwhile, the material cost of the packaging box is not increased;
fourthly, corresponding buffering structures are arranged on the periphery of the box body 100, and buffering protection in multiple directions can be provided for products and accessories;
fifthly, the structure is stable and reliable, and the problems of bouncing and collapsing of the box body 100 and the like are avoided.
Embodiments also provide a packaging board, which can be obtained by unfolding the case 100 provided in the embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A box body is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, side plates and a supporting plate group;
any side edge of the bottom plate is connected with the side plate, and the side plate and the bottom plate form an accommodating cavity in a surrounding mode;
at least one side plate is connected with the supporting plate group, the supporting plate group is located in the containing cavity, and the supporting plate group, the bottom plate and the side plate connected with the supporting plate group are matched to enclose a buffer cavity.
2. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the set of support plates comprises an adapter plate, a first support plate, and a second support plate;
the adapter plate is connected between the first supporting plate and the side plate connected with the supporting plate group, the adapter plate is positioned in the accommodating cavity, and the adapter plate is attached to the side plate connected with the supporting plate group;
the first supporting plate is parallel to the bottom plate;
the second supporting plate is connected to one side edge, far away from the adapter plate, of the first supporting plate, the second supporting plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate, and one side edge, far away from the first supporting plate, of the second supporting plate abuts against the bottom plate.
3. The cartridge of claim 2, wherein the adapter plate includes opposing first and second sides, the side plate to which the set of buttress plates are attached is attached to the first side, the first buttress plate is attached to the second side, and the side plate is perpendicular to the base plate;
the vertical distance between the first side and the second side is less than the vertical distance between the first side and the bottom plate.
4. The box body according to claim 3, wherein at least one side plate connected with the supporting plate group is provided with a first handle position, and at least part of the first handle position is correspondingly communicated with the buffer cavity.
5. The box body according to claim 1, wherein a partition is further connected to the bottom plate, and the partition is used for dividing the accommodating cavity into a first accommodating area and a second accommodating area.
6. The box of claim 5, wherein a side of the partition away from the bottom panel is provided with a second snap location.
7. The box according to claim 1, wherein four side plates are connected to the bottom plate, wherein one of the two opposite side plates is connected to one of the support plate sets, and the other of the two opposite side plates is connected to one of the insertion plates;
the inserting plate is positioned in the containing cavity and comprises a third side edge and a fourth side edge which are opposite, one side edge of the side plate, which is far away from the bottom plate and is connected with the third side edge, which is connected with the inserting plate, and the fourth side edge is connected with the bottom plate in an inserting way.
8. The box body according to claim 7, wherein the two ends of the side plate connected with the supporting plate group are connected with inserting lugs, and the inserting lugs are clamped between the adjacent side plate and the inserting plate.
9. A package comprising a packet according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A packaging board, characterized in that it is obtained by unfolding a box according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
