Claims (10)

[Claims]
1. A cardboard box for packing a fan divided into a main part composed of a pole part supporting a motor part via a neck part, and a subordinate part composed of a base part supporting the pole part, a blade and a guard. An outer box made of, and a partition plate that partitions the inside of the outer box into a main body storage chamber and a subordinate body storage chamber, and a partition piece that intersects the partition plate to partition the inside of the outer box, A packing device for an electric fan, wherein the partition plate is formed in a substantially S shape surrounding the motor portion and the subordinate portion of the main portion, and the main portion and the subordinate portion are packed on the same plane.
2. The packing device for an electric fan according to claim 1, wherein a partition plate is fixed to an inner surface of a side wall of the outer box.
3. A first side wall piece forming a first side wall on one of bottom surface pieces forming a bottom surface portion of the outer box, a first top surface piece forming a part of a top surface, and an inside thereof. A first partition piece for partitioning, a second side piece forming a second side wall on the other of the bottom pieces, and a second top piece covering a portion not covered by the first top piece; A second partition piece overlapping with the first partition piece is provided, and a flap is provided at an end of each piece so as to form a third side wall and a fourth side wall during packing to form a third side wall and a fourth side wall. 2. The packing device for a fan according to claim 1, wherein the outer box is formed from a cardboard flat plate provided with a folding line which is sometimes bent.
4. An insertion groove is provided at an intersection of a partition plate where a first partition piece and a second partition piece forming a partition piece intersect, and the first partition piece and the second partition piece are provided. The packaging device for an electric fan according to claim 1, further comprising a first cut and a second cut that engage with the concave groove.
5. A base portion housed in a slave portion housing chamber is housed by being brought close to a corner formed by a second side wall and a fourth side wall, and a guard is provided at an intersection side of a partition plate and a partition piece. The packing device for an electric fan according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the packing device is arranged so as to be brought together.
6. The packing device for an electric fan according to claim 1, wherein a vertical direction of the partition plate is a direction of a step of the cardboard.
7. The packing device for an electric fan according to claim 4, wherein the first cut and the second cut formed in the partition piece are formed so as to also engage with the neck of the main body.
8. The packaging device for an electric fan according to claim 1, wherein a folding ruled line for expanding and folding the outer box is provided at the center of the bottom piece and the partition plate.
9. The packing device for an electric fan according to claim 1, wherein a separating means is provided at a substantially central portion of the partition plate.
10. The packaging device for an electric fan according to claim 1, wherein the flaps to be joined at the time of forming the outer box are joined by joining means capable of coming and going.
