When someone other than the vehicle owner needs to use the vehicle but does not have a key: the mechanical key and the intelligent key cannot cross over the space; the APP remote control has the problem that the APP remote control cannot directly take over locally; the Bluetooth key needs to download an application program of a corresponding vehicle type in advance and needs a sharing authority of a vehicle owner; face recognition requires a vehicle owner to add account information through an APP and assign usage rights. When a scenario is encountered that requires only temporary authorization for use, such as: the family needs to use the vehicle when going out, but does not have a key; a friend needs to use the vehicle temporarily, but does not have any authorization or key; the maintenance master has the advantages that the maintenance master can well find the vehicle problems for the user, but the user sometimes goes out to take away the key, and the vehicle is beside the maintenance master; the vehicle is anchored but the vehicle is in urgent need to leave, the vehicle is not locked and is not safe, and an insurance company can rescue the vehicle, but does not have a key after the vehicle is anchored. if the vehicle door is not opened within the second preset time, the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine stop counting down, the intelligent vehicle body controller locks the whole vehicle, and the whole vehicle automatically exits from a friend mode;
if the door is opened within the second preset time, the car machine lights the display screen of the car machine, displays the countdown remaining time and prompts to start the engine within the countdown remaining time; in the remaining time of countdown, if the intelligent vehicle body controller acquires a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal depression signal, an engine starting request is sent to an engine management system, a countdown exiting request is sent to a vehicle machine, the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine stop counting down, a display screen of the vehicle machine exits a countdown remaining time display interface, and the vehicle can be normally used (a temporary user can normally use the vehicle); when the countdown remaining time reaches 0, the display screen of the vehicle machine quits the countdown remaining time display interface, and if the intelligent vehicle body controller does not acquire a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal treading signal at the moment, the friend mode is closed;
in the normal use process of the vehicle, when the intelligent vehicle body controller does not acquire a friend mode closing instruction but acquires an engine extinguishing state signal, four vehicle doors closing state signals and a door handle locking switch touch signal, the whole vehicle is locked, and the whole vehicle automatically exits from a friend mode;
when the vehicle-mounted device acquires a friend mode closing instruction, prompting the vehicle owner to close the friend mode, and stopping starting the vehicle after flameout; the method comprises the steps that when an intelligent automobile body controller obtains a friend mode closing instruction, a friend mode is closed;
wherein the first preset time is longer than the second preset time; after the friend mode is closed, if the engine is in a turned-off state, the intelligent automobile body controller only acquires a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal treading signal, but does not detect a key signal, the intelligent automobile body controller does not send an engine starting request to an engine management system; after the friend mode is closed, the intelligent vehicle body controller locks the whole vehicle when acquiring a signal that the engine is in a turning-off state, a signal that the four doors are in a closing state and a signal that the door handle locking switch triggers.
In the normal use process of the vehicle, the intelligent vehicle body controller can start the engine again (without a key) as long as the door handle locking switch is not touched under the condition that a friend mode closing instruction is not obtained, even if the engine is extinguished. In the normal use process of the vehicle, under the condition that the instruction of closing the friend mode is obtained, if the engine is not extinguished, the intelligent vehicle body controller can be continuously used until the engine is extinguished after the vehicle is used, and the engine cannot be started (without a key) after the engine is extinguished.
Preferably, after the TSP background receives a friend mode starting control signal sent by the mobile terminal, when the power supply of the entire vehicle is judged to be OFF and the vehicle is in a fortifying state, a friend mode starting instruction is sent to a vehicle-mounted communication controller (namely, the T-BOX), and the vehicle-mounted communication controller forwards the friend mode starting instruction to the CAN bus. And the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine acquire a friend mode starting instruction from the CAN bus. After receiving a friend mode closing control signal sent by the mobile terminal, the TSP background sends a friend mode closing instruction to the vehicle-mounted communication controller, and the vehicle-mounted communication controller forwards the friend mode closing instruction to the CAN bus. And the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine acquire a friend mode closing instruction from the CAN bus.
Preferably, the first preset time is 2min, and the second preset time is 30 s.
After the method and the device are used, the vehicle owner can remotely control the APP to perform temporary authorization through the vehicle on the mobile terminal, so that the temporary user (such as family, friends, a maintenance master, a trailer master and the like) can conveniently and simply use the vehicle without using a key under the condition of not downloading the APP of the corresponding vehicle type, and the vehicle using experience is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a method for remotely and temporarily authorizing keyless use of a vehicle is implemented, and related hardware systems include a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), a TSP backend, a vehicle-mounted communication controller (i.e., T-BOX), a vehicle machine (i.e., HU), an intelligent vehicle body controller (i.e., IBCM), and an engine management system (i.e., EMS). The mobile terminal is in wireless communication with the TSP background through the 4G network, the TSP background is in wireless communication with the vehicle-mounted communication controller through the 4G network, and the vehicle-mounted communication controller, the vehicle machine, the intelligent vehicle body controller and the engine management system are in communication through the CAN bus. Install vehicle remote control APP on the mobile terminal, when the car owner selects "open friend's mode" through vehicle remote control APP, mobile terminal sends through the 4G network and opens friend's mode control signal to the TSP backstage supporter, after the TSP backstage supporter received and opened friend's mode control signal, judge whether whole car power is OFF shelves and the vehicle is in the state of fortifying with force, if yes, send to the vehicle-mounted communication controller and open friend's mode instruction, otherwise to mobile terminal feedback "friend's mode open failure and open failure reason (for example whole car power is not in OFF shelves or the vehicle is not in the state of fortifying with force)", mobile terminal pops the window and shows "friend's mode open failure and open failure reason". After the vehicle-mounted communication controller receives the friend mode starting instruction, the friend mode starting instruction is forwarded to the CAN bus, and the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine acquire the friend mode starting instruction from the CAN bus. When the vehicle owner selects 'friend closing mode' through the vehicle remote control APP, the mobile terminal sends a friend closing mode control signal to the TSP background through the 4G network, the TSP background sends a friend closing mode instruction to the vehicle-mounted communication controller after receiving the friend closing mode control signal, the vehicle-mounted communication controller forwards the friend closing mode instruction to the CAN bus after receiving the friend closing mode instruction, and the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine acquire the friend closing mode instruction from the CAN bus. The friend mode is a vehicle use authority, and in the friend mode, a temporary user can start the vehicle without a key and normally use the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 2, the execution flow of the intelligent vehicle body controller in the method for remotely and temporarily authorizing keyless use of the vehicle includes:

when the intelligent vehicle body controller obtains a friend mode starting instruction, unlocking the whole vehicle, starting a friend mode, and enabling the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine to respectively count down for first preset time;
if the vehicle door is not opened within the second preset time, the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine stop counting down, the intelligent vehicle body controller locks the whole vehicle, and the whole vehicle automatically exits from a friend mode;
if the door is opened within the second preset time, the car machine lights the display screen of the car machine, displays the countdown remaining time and prompts to start the engine within the countdown remaining time; in the remaining time of countdown, if the intelligent vehicle body controller acquires a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal treading signal, sending an engine starting request to an engine management system, sending a countdown exiting request to a vehicle machine, stopping countdown of the intelligent vehicle body controller and the vehicle machine, and enabling a display screen of the vehicle machine to exit a countdown remaining time display interface, so that the vehicle can be normally used; when the countdown remaining time reaches 0, the display screen of the vehicle machine quits the countdown remaining time display interface, and if the intelligent vehicle body controller does not acquire a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal treading signal at the moment, the friend mode is closed;
in the normal use process of the vehicle, when the intelligent vehicle body controller does not acquire a friend mode closing instruction but acquires an engine extinguishing state signal, four vehicle doors closing state signals and a door handle locking switch touch signal, the whole vehicle is locked, and the whole vehicle automatically exits from a friend mode;
when the vehicle-mounted device acquires a friend mode closing instruction, prompting the vehicle owner to close the friend mode, and stopping starting the vehicle after flameout; the method comprises the steps that when an intelligent automobile body controller obtains a friend mode closing instruction, a friend mode is closed;
wherein the first preset time is longer than the second preset time; after the friend mode is closed, if the engine is in a turned-off state, the intelligent automobile body controller only acquires a one-key starting switch touch signal and a brake pedal treading signal, but does not detect a key signal, the intelligent automobile body controller does not send an engine starting request to an engine management system; after the friend mode is closed, the intelligent vehicle body controller locks the whole vehicle when acquiring a signal that the engine is in a turning-off state, a signal that the four doors are in a closing state and a signal that the door handle locking switch triggers.
