Abstract
The invention discloses a quick chain dismounting device, which is designed in such a way that a quick dismounting tool is provided, and is formed by connecting and combining an upper supporting seat, a lower supporting seat, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate, a fourth connecting plate, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, a screw rod, a push rod, a first pull claw and a second pull claw.

The invention relates to the field of cigarette industry, in particular to a chain quick dismounting device.
Background
The chain has accurate transmission ratio, larger transmission power and high transmission efficiency, and is suitable for low-speed, heavy-load and high-temperature environments, so that the chain is used as an important power transmission device in a cigarette cut tobacco making workshop and is widely applied to belt conveyors, storage cabinets and lifting belts. For example, in a belt conveyor, a chain transmits power in a drive roller to a brush roller for cleaning the belt; for example, in a storage bin, the chain transmits power on the drive gear to the base belt; for example, in a lifting belt, the chains on both sides move the belt.
However, parts such as chain plates, pin shafts and the like are worn and broken after heavy load or long-term operation. one end of the first connecting plate is hinged with one end of the upper supporting seat; one end of the second connecting plate is hinged with the other end of the upper supporting seat;

The invention provides an embodiment of a quick chain dismounting device, which can be shown in fig. 1 specifically, and comprises: the upper supporting seat 1, the lower supporting seat 2, the first connecting plate 11, the second connecting plate 12, the third connecting plate 13, the fourth connecting plate 14, the first connecting shaft 21, the second connecting shaft 22, the screw rod 3, the ejector rod 4, the first pulling claw 31 and the second pulling claw 32, wherein the ejector rod 4 is used for being matched with a connecting pin of a chain, and the first pulling claw 31 and the second pulling claw 32 are used for being matched with a roller of the chain. It will of course be appreciated by those skilled in the art that different sizes of grippers and rams may be replaced depending on the actual circumstances of the chain.
Screw holes (not labeled in the figure) are formed in the middle of the upper support seat 1 and the middle of the lower support seat 2, the screw rod 3 is arranged in the screw holes of the upper support seat 1 and the lower support seat 2 in a penetrating manner, and a stop part 5 for limiting the displacement of the screw rod 3 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the screw hole of the lower support seat 2.

Referring to the drawings, the first pull claw 31 is mounted on the first connecting shaft 21 along the axial direction of the first connecting shaft 21 and is located at one side of the first connecting plate 11 and the third connecting plate 13; the second pull claw 32 is mounted on the second connecting shaft 22 along the axial direction of the second connecting shaft 22 and is located at one side of the second connecting plate 12 and the fourth connecting plate 14; and, the first pulling claw 31 is on the same side as the second pulling claw 32.
Referring to the drawings, the upper support base 1 is provided with a first protruding part 10, and the ejector rod 4 is mounted on the first protruding part 10 and faces the lower support base 2; the lower support seat 2 is provided with a second protruding portion 20 symmetrical to the first protruding portion 10, a through hole 201 opposite to the ejector rod 4 is formed in the second protruding portion 20, and the inner diameter of the through hole 201 is larger than the outer diameter of the ejector rod 4.
Based on the above embodiments, the manner of using the tool is described as an example:
(1) The disassembly process of the chain comprises the following steps:

when the chain is installed, two pull claws are used for clamping rollers of two sections of separated chain heads, and the screw rod 3 is reversely rotated, so that the upper part (at least comprising the upper supporting seat 1, the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate 12) of the chain rapid dismounting device moves upwards, namely, the two pull claws pull the two sections of chain heads to move oppositely; when the two sections of chain heads are tensioned to a proper position, the connecting pin is installed to complete the installation of the chain.
Therefore, the chain can be supplemented, the ejector rod and the pulling claw have the functions of disassembly and assembly respectively, so that the ejector rod and the pulling claw can be considered to be in a disassembly and assembly mode in actual operation, namely, when a chain is required to be disassembled, the ejector rod is only required to be assembled on the upper supporting seat, and the pulling claw is not required to be assembled; when the chain is required to be installed, the pull claw is only required to be installed on the corresponding connecting shaft, and the ejector rod is not required to be installed. Secondly, as shown in the figure, in order to improve the stability of the tool and enhance the performance of the tool during operation, it is conceivable to set the number of the first connection plate, the second connection plate, the third connection plate, and the fourth connection plate to two.
